“They took my money. Sent nothing and told me the system closed my order so they couldn’t retrieve it. They already gave my money to the seller and they could not reach them. They also sent me a pair of socks instead of the shoes I ordered. In my opinion, They are counting on customers to give up and not try to dispute. They never returned my money and I never received my shoes. It’s a rip-off. They stole my money. ZERO customer service”

“I ordered the LV purse, outside was damage from the fold but it’s okay still have LV logo. , inside was a joke the fabric say Gucci. I try to message the seller and make many attempts nothing, no return/money back what so ever”

“The suit was not properly sown when I asked to return the item they refused to accept the outfit and they refused to give me my money I am disappointed with the lack of integrity and professional follow through on botched sales. The least they can do is return my money. I am very disappointed with the experience I have had with dhgate in fact I feel as if I've been robbed”

“My wife ordered cosmetics and they took a month to get and they were fakes. DH Gate has no customer service phone and the process to return them is impossible. You have to provide photos and a statement from the manufacturer they are fake. The company provides a platform for this kind of behavior.”

“Wow what a bunch of scammers! DH Gate offers me coupons expires in days I place order coupon never deducted when sent to my CC company charged full price! Contacted DH Gate customer service says oh sorry too bad use coupon on next order! Now really what scammers offer coupon do not honor then ask buyer who DH Gate just screwed out of $6 usd to place another order! MY God I hope no one else falls for this! I placed an order every week and this is how they treat a good customer by ripping them off! So Sad! Plenty of other China Wholesalers!”

“I received 5/13/19 the WORST wig. I paid $138 which included an extra amount for increase density from 130d to 150d. It wasn't provided. TRACKS were down with hair attached, the cap size and color was incorrect. I contacted Dhgate and the seller An-amer IMMEDIATELY. Neither returned email or messages on the website. THIS WIG WAS FOR MY DAUGHTER'S GRADUATION - age 14. I am a first time customer of Dhgate and never have been cheated and deceived purchasing wigs online until now.”

“There is not enough time to return items. Most of the third party distributors have a 30-day window but they have 7. That is not enough time for anyone who works and or has children to make a decision.”

“DO NOT purchase products from this dealer because you will be scammed. If you have to return an item that was delivered as NOT WORKING, the return costs will be at your expense and you may also have difficulty getting a refund for the item that DOESN'T WORK. Stay away from this scam site.”

“Your service is absolutely horrible. What a nightmare. I have ensured that I have posted on every possible review site and gave you a thumbs down. The only good experience was your online customer service reps. security@dhgate.com and the credit card department is extremely incompetant at their jobs. So unfortunate as I have a large social media presence, and planned to make a long term relationship with you.”

“Buyer beware!!!! I ordered a custom made outfit with the exact measurements to my size. It came and the top and jacket were 5 inches too small!!! They told me to send it back for a refund at MY expense which would have cost me over $50! NEVER order from y this company!!!”

“I BOUGHT A HAIR DRYER FROM DHGATE AND WHEN I WENT TO REGISTER THE WARRANTY WITH DYSON THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT. I FILED A DISPUTE WITH DHGATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND RETURN POSTAGE IF I RETURNED THE ITEM. RETURN POSTAGE WAS $71 WHICH THEY REFUSE TO REFUND PER OUR AGREEMENT. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE LIED TO CUSTOMS AND SAID IT WAS ONLY WORTH $20 TO SAVE THEM CUSTOM FEES. I WOULD NOT DO THAT. I RECEIVED THE ITEM COST BACK BY DISPUTING THE CC CHARGE BUT STILL WAIT FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE.”

“They are the worst company to deal with. Stay away from them, their buyer protection policy is worthless. They will not address your issues. They will always side with the seller. We received a defective product straight out of the box. The best they offered was a partial refund. I did not accept and wanted to return the item either for replacement or warranty but they did not accept. There are better sites than this. I regret not checking reviews first.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE SITE OF DHGATE.COM. I had purchased 2 watches that did NOT WORK. After contacting the DHgate sellers, I sent back the 2 watches and the agreements were that they would also refund me the return postage cost amounting to $ 51.00. I am still waiting for the refund of postage return costs and I will certainly never get them because the DHgate Customer Service Center told me that I had agreed with the sellers that the return costs would be my responsibility (nothing more wrong) . DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY from the DHgate.com website because if the products were NOT WORKING or DAMAGED or simply they were not of the size you expected you will have to pay the restitution costs with enormous disadvantage. Stay away from this site because they are scammers. It is my friendly advice. Sergio Tesio”

“I must have visited the site and all of a sudden I received an alert from my credit card company that they were trying to charge $308.09 to my charge. Never bought anything & I don’t know where they got my credit card information. Definitely a shady company be careful. I would have given them a -5 if I could. I have locked my credit cards & have to go in & physically unlock to use them. Them lock them again. Consider this a warning.”
