“THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ON THE INTERNET. I BOUGHT A HAIR DRYER (DYSON) AND WHEN I WENT TO REGISTER IT WITH DYSON FOR THE WARRANTY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT WITH A COUNTERFEIT WARRANTY REGISTRATION TAG. DHGATE SAID THAT IF I RETURNED THE DEVICE THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. I NEVER GOT EITHER. I HAD TO DISPUTE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE WHICH WORKED BUT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME THE $70 IT COST TO SEND THE HAIRDRYER BACK TO CHINA. THEY KEEP TELLING ME HOW IMPORTANT MY BUSINESS IS TO THEM AND DON'T WORRY THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY. THEY LIE.”

“Interesting how you have your own Chinese employees, under names, state how happy they are. Entirely wrong way to do any kind of business. Real businesses do not lie, cheat, humiliate or talk down to customers or accuse the customer of purchasing the wrong size. No Refund for you. We are purchasing items from the same company that supposedly pays you money to work. Absolutely horrible , they should be taken off the entire internet in the USA, or better off stay on your own internet in China.”

“They are the worst company to do business with. Not only do they lie about what they are selling. There packages get lost, and they deny refunds basically for everything I ordered three things at one time BIG MISTAKE! I only received one correct order the rest was lost! I never write reviews but I want to spare people from losing their money!”

“FRAUD at it's worst. Purchased a $263 android tablet. 3 weeks later, discovered that I had been given a tracking number for shipment to someone else in another state. Asked DHgate for full refund and received email saying it will take 4 to 6 weeks before I receive credit card refund.”

“THREE different RC Drone Sellers protected by DHGate tried to steal money from me, by sending fake tracking numbers, ignoring my emails disputes and reports and chats...DO NOT BUY here as they have the immoral Chi-Com code that its OK the lie, cheat and steal from Americans. BTW I was forced to 1 Star this review, but trust me these CHINESE people ARE Zeroes !”

“I placed my order, paid for the items. Credit card was charged. Over 30 days later and no merchandise was received. Contacted the seller and received the response to wait a few more days which I did. A week later contacted the seller again. Still no merchandise or a reason as to why it was taking so long. Opened a dispute with dhgate and now waiting to see if anything will be done to correct the issue. This will be the first and last time ordering from this site. Highly recommend that others stay away from this site.”

“They are just another chinesee scam website. You will pay for goods, but they will send "signed for" letter for random address aroud you, or empty envelope to you. Once they obtaining some proof of delivery, goods are delivered. Obviously you won't get any money back, as customer protection is a part of the DH Gate scam. They also can use your payment card details to clean your account to the very last penny. You been warned, stay away. I hope, Americans soon will burn to the ground place called China with all scammers.”

“ordered shoes online from this company only to be told 2 dys later that shoes were not available. have been waiting for refund for 3 weeks and now I find the visa has been charged a second time. if this isn't a scam i don't know what is.”

“Almost everything I ordered was wrong. I sell mala beads and only one supplier out of 5 sent me 108 bead males as they advertised. It' almost impossible to get a refund. I guess they can't count in china. Will never order again. I lost over 400.00 from this site.”

“I purchased a guitar for $388.00 on Dhgate and I never received it. I have been inquiring for 2-weeks to get an answer from the seller and to process a claim through DHgate. It is a nightmare!! I went to the post office yesterday and had a notice to pick up a package from China. I was excited to finally receive the guitar. When I went to the window, the mail clerk went and brought a 4" x 5" padded envelope with a 3/4" steel ball in it. Long story short, now the seller is denying the claim stating they have my signature that it was delivered yesterday. Went to DHgate to try to start another claim and now they are stating that I will have to wait 13-days after the delivery to file a claim! This is my 2nd time getting burned on the site. It sells nothing but knockoffs and they know it is a knockoff when they ship it. Don't let them have your card information! When I tried to file a chargeback on my card, the seller sent a copy of me receiving the ball in the padded envelope and they ruled in his favor! They are criminals you are dealing with!!!”

“I order a gift for my daughter - a Dyson - then the seller emailed and told me it was a knock off - not really a Dyson. I then told the seller I did not want a fake and they replied this was too bad - they were sending it anyway!! I then went to DH Gate to dispute and they said this would take months! This is a BIG SCAM! Stay away from this company!!”

“Order electronics from it and shipping was free all Australia. After payment Seller started asking that your location is in remote place( Which is not) you have pay extra money. Asked DHgate customer service but they said they will look into it but no response even after a week for refund. Still waiting for it.Dont buy anything from here .”

“I have been buying from this place for a couple of years and no problems with them, but you have to understand that if you are paying cheap for items they are not top quality. I won't recommend electronics but clothes and shoes are great for the prce you pay.”

“Trying to get a refund from a company that posted the wrong price. I paid 18.90 and they now want 220.98 for the item. Now they want me to jump through hoops to get my refund. I have done every step they ask me to do any yet there is NO refund button that pops up. I place a order for 5 items wondering if I was scam.”
