“Beware buyers, you all have hardown money. Don't waste your money in worlds biggest chep, lier, and thief site. I bought product from dhgate and lost entier money.”

“Huge scam, DO NOT ORDER from this company. After placing an order I received a fake tracking number, now the seller will not answer any of my messages. Also there is no options for a refund on items that show delivered. I contact USPS who verify the tracking number shows package has been delivered with no address only a state, but not my state, I live in Texas and package shows delivery state of Illinois, I say again WITH NO ADDRESS.”

“The prices are sometimes irresistible and seem like such great deals. Let me tell you, if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Most seller's on this site are from Japan and China. They advertise beyond unbelievable goid deals for products. Those looking for bargains have the urge to over look the obvious scam and proceed to waste their money on products they will never receive. Most seller's will provide you with bogus tracking numbers making you wait for up to 4 weeks on packages that end up going to another state or arrive and is nothing like the item described. I bought a vacuum and received a fake pair of Oakleys. They even spelled my name wrong on the shipping label. Dhgate won't work with you to get your money back or make the seller's supply the advertised product. Don't fall for this like I did. This is a down right scam! Buyer beware.”

“DHgate site has one of the most thief and cheater seller. I have seriously bad experience, I have bought glasses worth $56.00 and got $2.00 cheap glasses in parcel. I had complained customer service, customer service are keep asking evidence, i have provided photos and video evidence still DHgate Resolution Center asking same thing that it is not valid evidence. video and photos are not valid then what they want supreme court declaration .... .... liers, cheaters, thief”

“SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! If i could give 0 stars I would. first item recieved damaged, paid duties. It was a long process to return as originally the seller didnt want me to return, opened a claim and FINALLY they said yes. but now it cost me $83 to return and they promised id be refunded back. took ages of me emailing and then they gave me credit for 83 claiming they cant refund. WTH they lied. And now to top it off the credit doesn't work and they say i have to send all these emails to different addresses to get it. honestly avoid this place at all costs”

“Seriously, listen to all the other reviews. DH Gate operate from China. They don't operate under UK law and don't need to. They're policies are designed to help Chinese sellers scam westerners. You will be scammed if you use them and they will do nothing about it. Even when there is evidence, they will ignore it and allow the scammer to keep on selling. I reported them to trading standards but as they're Chinese, there's nothing they can do. It's a huge scam, avoid it!”

“Do not buy from this website you will regret it! I purchased basketball shoes from "themaxshoes" store which sells basketball shoes on DH gate. When I received them I was shocked as they were imitation so I immediately requested a refund. The seller was a nightmare to deal with, they would not provide me with a returns postage label for me to post the shoes back to them and also would not provide a refund until they received the shoes. They agreed I pay the postage cost and they will refund me, so I paid $33.10 to ship them back to China. Then once they received the shoes they refunded me the shoe cost and closed my order on DH gate as resolved. They changed their mind advising the seller pays the shipment cost!!! I tried to raise another dispute with DH gate but as the order was closed could not. Very dodgy and will not purchase another item from this website!! Order no. 3125049517”
