“I ordered a wedding dress from Magicweddingdress. It was completely defective. The seller (magicweddindress) asked me to send it back at my expense and they would refund me the cost of the dress and the postage. It has been over 2 months that they have the dress back and I have not seen the refund. DH Gate has gotten involved and all they say is "we have contacted the seller. Please give us 48 hours for them to respond." They have done this 5 times. They clearly support their seller's above their customer's. Even though I was told by a representative in May that if the seller didn't issue the refund I would get the refund from DH Gate out of the seller's account. LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. I am now trying to get the better business bureau to help me.”

“I purchased a tool set that would weigh in at about 50lbs well when I tracked the package it says it was being shipped via usps epacket not sure what that was so I looked come to find out it’s an express ship method for items under 4.4pounds and since I filed a dispute the shop that I ordered through has closed selling 109 units of the same product at a little over $29 they made over $3000 on the product before closing shop.”
“I have tried for over 6 months to get a refund of a defective dress and the cost of shipping to return the dress to the seller. I was promised a refund for both from the seller's account if the seller did not produce the refund themselves or respond which they did neither. They now have the dress back at my cost. DH Gate Customer service has done nothing but give me lip service...give us 48 hours, over and over and over again. Quoted direct from their CS "I can completely understand your side on this matter. If that happened to me I’d be really upset too. At the same time this is the most that we can do at the moment however we will not stop until you get your money back." This was the 6th time I have been told this. I'm 6 months in and still have not seen a refund.”
“Bought 2 Bose Bluetooth speakers. The first one lasted one day and stopped working after making funny sounds. The other speaker I still haven’t received in the mail even though it says it has been delivered. Not happy at all with the products and won’t be buying anything from this company again. Did I mention everything is fake.”
