“I BOUGHT A HAIR DRYER FROM DHGATE AND WHEN I WENT TO REGISTER THE WARRANTY WITH DYSON THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT. I FILED A DISPUTE WITH DHGATE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND RETURN POSTAGE IF I RETURNED THE ITEM. RETURN POSTAGE WAS $71 WHICH THEY REFUSE TO REFUND PER OUR AGREEMENT. I WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE LIED TO CUSTOMS AND SAID IT WAS ONLY WORTH $20 TO SAVE THEM CUSTOM FEES. I WOULD NOT DO THAT. I RECEIVED THE ITEM COST BACK BY DISPUTING THE CC CHARGE BUT STILL WAIT FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE.”

“They are the worst company to deal with. Stay away from them, their buyer protection policy is worthless. They will not address your issues. They will always side with the seller. We received a defective product straight out of the box. The best they offered was a partial refund. I did not accept and wanted to return the item either for replacement or warranty but they did not accept. There are better sites than this. I regret not checking reviews first.”

“DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE SITE OF DHGATE.COM. I had purchased 2 watches that did NOT WORK. After contacting the DHgate sellers, I sent back the 2 watches and the agreements were that they would also refund me the return postage cost amounting to $ 51.00. I am still waiting for the refund of postage return costs and I will certainly never get them because the DHgate Customer Service Center told me that I had agreed with the sellers that the return costs would be my responsibility (nothing more wrong) . DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS ABSOLUTELY from the DHgate.com website because if the products were NOT WORKING or DAMAGED or simply they were not of the size you expected you will have to pay the restitution costs with enormous disadvantage. Stay away from this site because they are scammers. It is my friendly advice. Sergio Tesio”

“I must have visited the site and all of a sudden I received an alert from my credit card company that they were trying to charge $308.09 to my charge. Never bought anything & I don’t know where they got my credit card information. Definitely a shady company be careful. I would have given them a -5 if I could. I have locked my credit cards & have to go in & physically unlock to use them. Them lock them again. Consider this a warning.”

“horrible customer service. i received a defective product and returned it. Provided proof to seller and reps but they don't care that the package is lost. Now the burden is on USPS because they lost it. when they told me to use USPS and the cheapest shipping method which does not include tracking information. btw- its been well over a month.”

“THIEVES!! THIEVES!!! There was no doubt what I ordered, it was printed in huge text on the enclosed order slip. I got something entirely different, Thief Seller claimed I'd approved it. DHgate's customer service agreed with their Thief. What I got was fourth-rate junk, I sent pictures confirming that. DHgate agreed with their Thief. IF YOU WANT TO ORDER FROM THEM, THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE CAN INSTEAD. THAT WAY YOU'LL AVOID THE 45 DAY DELAY IN GETTING NOTHING YOU CAN USE”

“THIEVES! What I ordered and paid for was plainly written on the shipping order I received. The thief merchant claimed I actually wanted something else. DHgate agreed with him, I certainly did. The product was definitely and visibly not what I ordered. DHgate's customer complaint group, thieves working for a company that steals, agreed with their seller, of course it was. DON'T EVER BUY FROM DHgate, they're all THIEVES!”

“I joined DHgate and ordered my button up men’s singlets $70 aud. The order was on its way after payement on the 20th feb 2019 with a delivery time of 20days max. No parcel has been delivered. Dhgate gave a tracking number which diverts directly to a Chinese courier which is written in Chinese. I have email this scam site 6 times asking for a full refund but no reply has been sent. WARNING save your self the pain and suffering and do not use dhgate... another Chinese scam.. TYPICAL!”

“They never answer my messages I send to them. I had a seller send me a broken item and the seller won't reply, so I messaged customer service and customer service said they would follow it up but never have. There is also no way of messaging DHGate properly...only a lousy loser service would not want people to be able to contact them.”

“I will never shop on DHgate again!! This site is terrible. Needing a second wedding dress for my reception, I decided to order here. I ordered it over a month ago and have yet to receive it. Also I didn’t realize that u had to register to the website first especially if u want to track your shipping. When I tried to contact someone regarding the matter I never got a response. This website is a scam. Never again!”

“I just wanted to say thank you to the customer service agent who helped me out yesterday she opened a dispute for me and a hour later she got me a total refund from a seller who was not being honest to me. I ordered a drone from this seller and everything was fine until the tracking number he gave me ended up getting delivered to Arizona and I live in Delaware he kept telling me he has a warehouse in Arizona and then they will ship it to me from Arizona which really sounded fishy to me then why give a tracking number when it's not going to me but someone in another state then I saw two reviews on his site that people were saying the same thing happened to them. So after leaving him message after message and he kept saying the same thing we ship from China to a warehouse in Arizona and then they ship it to you. Then I saw that they were getting ready to release my money to the seller next month and I still did'nt get my item so the young lady I was chatting with yesterday opened a dispute and a hour later I got a full refund and this morning the money was put back into my account so I just wanted to say thank you to the young lady that helped me yesterday she was awesome.I would have put 5 stars for customer service but I had to take a couple away because of the seller spinning me in circles for the last three days.”
