Also I didn’t realize that u had to register to the website first especially if u want to track your shipping. When I tried to contact someone regarding the matter I never got a response. “I just wanted to say thank you to the customer service agent who helped me out yesterday she opened a dispute for me and a hour later she got me a total refund from a seller who was not being honest to me. I ordered a drone from this seller and everything was fine until the tracking number he gave me ended up getting delivered to Arizona and I live in Delaware he kept telling me he has a warehouse in Arizona and then they will ship it to me from Arizona which really sounded fishy to me then why give a tracking number when it's not going to me but someone in another state then I saw two reviews on his site that people were saying the same thing happened to them. So after leaving him message after message and he kept saying the same thing we ship from China to a warehouse in Arizona and then they ship it to you. Then I saw that they were getting ready to release my money to the seller next month and I still did'nt get my item so the young lady I was chatting with yesterday opened a dispute and a hour later I got a full refund and this morning the money was put back into my account so I just wanted to say thank you to the young lady that helped me yesterday she was awesome.I would have put 5 stars for customer service but I had to take a couple away because of the seller spinning me in circles for the last three days.”

“I ordered a laptop screen from DH gate. It took forever to arrive but it did after a long time. They sent me a screen that was for another laptop not even close to what I asked for. I requested a replacement. Had a hard time trying to get the message through via the live chat with an automated machine. Long story short they wanted me to post it back first & then they would send a replacement screen. Not bloody likely. They have taken my money & want to take no responsibility for their very obvious mistake. Had I posted it back at a cost similar to the cost of the item, I do believe I would have heard no more about it with them having my money & their product back & me having enriched Australia Post. Someone in authority has to put a stop to this company being allowed to commit fraud like this on our shores.”

I was sent a defective galaxy mobile phone that does not connect to Wifi 99% of the time, LCD has amoled screen burn-in, Ear piece audio is extremely muffled apon taking a call, Phone has hacked softwear - Has root access not mentioned in description, Phone has missing NFC antenna.
I have no idea how they could send me absolute rubbish. Seller wants ME to cover return international postage and to expect a percentage of a refund - from other reviews on other review websites once they receive the item back it's a gamble if you receive any funds at all in return.

“These people are scammers fraudulently stealing peoples money. They lied for over 7 months that they were mailing my order. It was never sent. I emailed there customer service department and never received a responce except that they were mailing my order. I never received anything and now they refuse to refund my money. They say I have to speak with the vendor from their site whom I already advised DHGate since month 1 that I never received a responce from them.

“I had the worst experience buying a wedding dress from a seller through DH gate. I not only got a dress that failed to represent the pictured dress on the website, but when messaging the seller ( which is the only way to rectify any issues) they were unprofessional is talking to me, chastised me for writing an honest bad review. They agreed to pay a refund if I would send the dress back but did not send a label for free shipping and my shipping cost the same as the dress. So i came to a verbal agreement with the seller to keep the dress and only get a partial refund for not being satisfied with the quality and I still 4 months later have not received that money. When i wrote a bad review i was contacted by the seller and told to take the bad review off or I would not get my money back. I was already upset with these guys because I kept waiting for the promised money and it never came. They actually asked me what was wrong with me and i explained that they keep promising things that never come and they said they were busy and I needed to be patient. Well how convenient that its my money that is getting held hostage and I need to be patient. I took the bad review off and they still have not given me the partial refund. DH gate told me they would 100% back up the first purchase and I have not gotten any support from them. They tell you to communicate with the seller.”
