“I ordered more than a month ago and I never received my order. No phone number to contact them. They never responded to my email . It's a fraud site. Please do not order from them. I regret. They will perish in hell.”

“Please do not trust dhgate everyone they are nothing but liars and thief. I place order and it came after over a month and when it came it was the wrong order. Dhgate customer service advised me to return it so they can refund the money. After I returned the order, they released the money to the seller. Now the seller got the money and the order and I got nothing, I sent over 40 emails to customer service and got zero respond which was very disrespectful”

Meu nome é Daniel Tomás, da empresa Arus sediada em Portugal.Nós pedimos produtos e chegamos a acordo com o vendedor,ninguém envia os produtos e a Dhgate não resolve o problema com o vendedor. serviço ao cliente,não existe,ninguém responde aos emails também,como cliente temos direitos e este esquema é somente para roubar os clientes,temos printscreen de tudo como provas,evitem este site a 100%..mais uma forma de os Chineses roubarem o clientes em todo o mundo.”

“Just want to thank everyone for these reviews. I went to pay for an order and it stated that my credit card company denied the order. I am now worried that they have stolen my cc details as there is no reason why my credit card company would deny the order, as I order on line all the time (and no I have not reached my limit LOL). Just a waiting game now. Dam glad I didn't buy the product though. Now they keep sending me emails saying it is sitting in my basket and waiting, well, it can sit there for EVER !!”

“I order 10 sweatshirts back in January 2020 still waiting for my items!I've tried to contact the seller who is jaifei1977 for the last 2 months.I bought my granddaughter the same item back in december and received it a month later!This site is ridiculous and very unprofessional!Never in my life will I recommend Dhgates!”

“I was going to make a purchase, and decided to read the reviews first and I am glad that I did. After reading the first 5 noticed that it's just a scam. They should be exposed and have something like BBB band them from having that tricky website.”

“DH Gate is a fraudulent company. I placed an order in early Feb 2020, the seller shipped me the wrong items. The seller would not acknowledge or respond to my messages that they sent me the wrong items so I opened a dispute. I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. I no longer wanted to work with this seller due to lack of response and unprofessionalism. The seller did not comply with the dispute, they did not acknowledge that they received the return, they will not comply that my refund should be released. Fast forward over 2 months, now mid April 2020 DH Gate mediation will not work with the seller or myself and they will not release my refund. I am done with this company, they are so unprofessional. This isn't a small refund, its hundreds of dollars. I called my bank today to report the fraud and request a chargeback for the charge. I will NEVER order from DH Gate again.”

“Due to school closures, I was unable to receive my package since it was being delivered to my college dorm room. My school sent back packages because we are not allowed to go to the school to get anything and because they are unsure when we will be back. After trying to contact my seller 4 times, with no response back, I was informed by the DHGate team that my dispute was being closed due to insufficient information. I told them multiple times that I was unable to get the package and that my dorm was sending it back, yet they said to get the package from the dorm and to send pictures of my package to them. Obviously they werent reading emails or truly caring about their customers.”

“the watch that I paid over $320.00 for arrived damaged and non-working. The seller offered me one cent for compensation and I appealed to DH Gate to return the item and replacement. DH Gate found for me $20 as a substitute for the watch! I have to agree with other reviews of DH Gate, these peopleare a bunch of crooks! I do not advise anyone t deal with DH Gate!”

“I am someone who reads reviews on any site that looks like it might be sketchy and, this is one of those times... Just like the old adage goes “if it seems too good to be true, it is!” I’m thankful I read these reviews before I became a “victim” of this site. I was about to purchase five of the same guitar. It is normally a guitar that sells (used) around $1,200-1,600 and new for $3,000+. They have it listed at a 10th of that price. I almost gave in and bought several of them because the price seemed “too good to be true”. I truly feel for everyone who have sent money and not gotten it back (yet). I have been in your shoes and bought a dvd set for my wife online for $60, only to have $16k (yes $16,000) taken from my bank account, from one of these sketch ball sites. The only thing we’re really able to do is, post reviews like these, to help keep someone else from making the same mistake!! Best of luck to everyone and don’t give up, you’ll get your money back EVENTUALLY!!!”
