“Wish I had read reviews before placing order. My son spent his Birthday Money ordering on here and we still haven't recieved anything. They keep trcking it and saying it's on its way. £80 wasted and customer service is just a robot no help whats so ever. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give it just to leave this review.”

“I wanted a iPhone xmax clone. I received it after some time. I paid 101.00 & constantly ask for a refund. They finally sent it. Only thing u can do is talk. Fake apps & you can't even download play store. Do not get this phone you will spend more money ending up buying another from somewhere else!”

“I ordered N95 masks and they were delivered to San Francisco when I’m in NY. I try and contact seller and I notice they sent me a message through DHGate, instead of sending me an email, stating they no longer have the N95 masks so they sent different masks without my consent! They should have waited for confirmation from me instead of sending masks I did not want nor did I receive! I try and dispute the order and get a refund but that looks like it’s impossible! I will never order from DHGate again nor would I refer them to anyone else!”

“I ordered a guitar case in February. The seller apparently shipped the case. I was given a tracking number anyway. Whether this tracking number was ligit or not I don’t. The case was not able to be delivered and was returned, so the seller CANCELED the order. The Seller instructed me to file a dispute with DHGate and I would get a refund. However, when I tried to make a dispute claim with DHGate, that page won’t open the window for me to click on to start the dispute. DHGate Customer Service page provides a menu of computer generated responses that are totally useless! I have used DHGate in the past, but I will not use them in the future. This company has absolutely no concern with my order failure or giving me my money back.”

“This is the garbage seller telling me that if I do not apologize for telling them what Garbage sellers they are they will not resolve my issue. I have requested a refund 11 different times with anyone from DH Gate that I could speak to. They give you the run-around stating that they cannot cancel an order or refund money. You have to do get the Seller to agree. Fine. I asked nicely, after 2.5 weeks went by with no update on my order. . Then... Global Viral Crisis broke out and I requested that my order be cancelled as I do not with for any out of Country shipments to come during these uncertain times. No answer. Got told your dress is fine. .. Then asked when can I expect my order as my wedding is SOON. Been 2 months and NO shipment details. Not even an update on whether they finished the garment or not. Now it's WW3 between me and this shitty seller, who thinks stealing $100s of dollars from an American is a game.”

“Total freakin scam!! Placed an order, went back to check the status and it said it was cancelled because of no payment. Went to look at my credit card statement and found where I was charged. I was also charged for over $600 for a gaming store not even a week after I made the purchase with DHgate.”

“A scam Chinese company only steal your money. Stay away from this company, there is no customer service email or telephone number. Save your money, they are there to rob your money online. I made 3 purchases in February 2020, never received any merchandise. And can't contact them for refund.”

“Put a purchase into dispute because the supplier didn't supply everything stated and got a small refund, even though DHgate stated on 5 occasions that I would get a full refund, just be very wary that DHgate is not the same as Aliexpress and look after the seller and not the buyer”

“Hi, this is my order number 3186442492. I purchased a slipper from him then I contacted him cause he took long time to ship the item so he told me he cant send the item within the time and told me to request a refund so I did it and purchased the same slipper from other seller. After 6 days of the refund request he refused it !! When I contact the DHgate item they told me to send him please write "I agree to refund you $41.99 amount on this order 3186442492” but he said he will not refund me !!!!!! He asked me to request a refund and now after I purchased the same item from other seller he told me he will not refund me !!!!!. Today he told me he cant cancel the order and I must ask the customer service to cancel it !!!!!!!! The seller is asking me to contact the customer service and the customer service is asking me to contact the seller !!! After contacting the customer service for the 4th time they said they cant do anything for me even if the seller is cheating me !!!!!!!!! I guarantee there answer here will be sorry, we follow the refund request rules or send us an email even though I contacted them 4 times for this case. Stay away from this site”
