“For the most part, our orders have been correct and arrive in a timely manner. What we appreciate the most about DoorDash is the selection of restaurants to order from, there is a very wide variety.”

“Love the convenience of using DoorDash's service; I'd love to be able to rate the driver/delivery personel independently from the restaurants; as often one is at fault but not both for any complaints -- for example, the other day a restaurant forgot to include a side item I paid for, I still gave a 5, as I didn't want to hurt the driver; and my only option is to not order from this same vendor, without giving them a chance to fix the mistake”

“Service is excellent and they take pride in ensuring that menus are correct, restaurants make the correct orders, and delivery occurs in a smooth and pleasant way. Only complaint is that their search interface is really pretty bad unless you already know exactly which restaurant you want. For example, unless you already know which restaurants will make a good breakfast/brunch at various morning hours, it's hard to figure it out in DoorDash.”

“Before Doordash, very few places would deliver to my part of Oakland and the ones that did were really expensive. Now I can get pretty much anything I want delivered here and that's awesome.”

“My initial few orders were not great. Twice parts of things I ordered were missing. But since then, my the delivery service has been great. Delivery people are friendly and on time.”
