“Its sometimes hard to tell which location my food is coming from. Store addresses should be made available. Also a better search filter including their fee, location, price of food etc. Other than that Im happy with Doordash. The food shows up hot which is great. What got me is the variety of restaurants that are available and alcohol to which I might try one day. I was also happy to be compensated hassle-free for an order that I had trouble with in the past. So yes. Im a happy DD customer. Stay consistent”

“The service and selection is great. The delivery was crazy fast. It was at my door while it showed online that it was still being prepared. Your website is horrible. Really boring and bland. The service fee, on top of the delivery fee, on top of being expected to tip the driver, is extreme. Sorry, but I won't tip if I'm already paying a delivery fee and a service fee. Your good, but not quite as good as Skip the Dishes.”

“Drivers were proffesinal and timely. Came up to my apartment door which is great. Postmates never does that. Ordering on app needs improvement.”

“It would have been five stars. Just because my orders had to be cancelled instead of just simply adjusting the delivery time, doordash cannot revise orders when it comes to rescheduling delivery at a later time. They asked me to start ordering all over again.”

“Disturbingly convenient, right on time and a range of low cost delivery options to explore for the future. Very friendly and courteous driver. Will definitely use again! I recommend restaurants choosing lower delivery costs - $6.99 vs $1.99, pretty sure many would go with saving $5. Higher delivery fees was definitely a deterrent when choosing our dinner! Thank you”

“I love door dash! They bring great food right to me! So so so convenient! Thanks for making it possible! The only reason 4 instead of 5 is because a couple times I had a problem with the app not working properly.”
