“I appreciated that my food was delivered to the door. Usually for UberEats, etc. I would have to meet the driver outside. My order was also delivered in a very timely manner, however I wish there were more opportunities for free delivery!”

“Well to start off, we ordered 2 of the same entrees from a Greek restaurant. When we got our food, we discovered it was all wrong. There was one different entree, 2 sides and 2 drinks. After having a very long day, I was starving and already grumpy. I was beyond frustrated. Submitting a complaint is a little confusing on their app, and it was difficult to figure out how to fix the problem. But after a few minutes of waiting we got a call from doordash. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received with Daniel! He was very sincere and let me explain my issue without interrupting. I was given an option of a refund or re-delivery; I chose a refund. He was extremely helpful and turned a pissed of customer into a happy one! His accent may have helped slightly :) Thanks Daniel!”

“So far, so good. Your delivery, up to this point, has been faster than the "expected delivery timeframe". And the choice of restaurants to choose from is better than Postmates. Actually, I had a bad experience with Postmates and I told them I was leaving them for you guys! The only thing I do not like, it that you have to pick your tip amount BEFORE you get your order. There's absolutely no sense to it. So far, I always tip around 15%. But if my service is bad or awesome, I can't change the tip amount. I don't think that's fair to your drivers. We need to be able to tip according to the level of service we feel we received. Other than that, I love you guys! JUST FIX THE DANG TIPPING OPTION! lol”
