I've only used this twice. The first time was excellent. The second time was okay as well but it was the restaurant that messed up. They didn't include things such as ketchup and silverware. But so far haven't had any problems. Delivery people are very polite

Customer service and delivery and price are awesome. The major issue I have is they are ALWAYS early. Like, annoyingly so. When I request a time, I meant THAT time, not 30 minutes earlier. Heating up food while waiting for guests is not fun. Other than that, every thing is great.

It is a good service that I have used meny times the only problem I have had was when ordering buger king I have twice had missing ideals from them

First time I ordered through doordash. Was a lil scared after reading all the reviews. My order was on time and only wrong thing they didn’t put cheese as I ordered. But no biggie. Other then that everything was ok.

I really like doordash. my one complaint is with the deliveries sometimes. I have specific delivery instructions because for some reason people can't locate the house (you can't miss it, so it baffles me on how they manage to). this is also a problem with uber sometimes. it would be helpful if drivers actually were told the instructions and followed them, otherwise i end up literally having to chase the driver down.

Delivery was AWESOME! Restaurant filling order accurate was not...again. I have found if I don't physically go in and double check order it is never correct. Sad face because we enjoy this spot.

We were a bit skeptical about getting money for 150 deliveries. I started first and my husband signed up after me. The second he hit 150 deliveries, he got a text 100.00 would be on next deposit and I got one that said 750.00 would be on mine. Today we both got our money. I'm not sure why people say they didn't get money but we have no issues getting paid. We have been doing it for 3 months and really enjoy it.

Horrible experience! Ordered dinner for my husband that was only never picked up by the driver, but the driver calls my husband saying they have the food but there are police out front and they can’t deliver it! What??!!! I called restaurant and manager informed me that the food was never picked up by driver. Will never use them again!

Easy ordering, shows full menu, and expected delivery time! 4 star rating cause track order page wasnt available to view. But customer service chat helped me out in a timely manner. Delivery driver was kind and effiecient

I've used DoorDash 5 times in a row. Each time my food was delivered timely and correct. The only reason I can't give the 5 Stars is the 10% Service Charge on top of the delivery fee and my tip. Gets pricey fast. I use GrubHub when both sites deliver from the same place.

I work as a driver. First off, it’s appalling that the customer service experience is next to non-existent during deliveries. Drivers have to find a parking spot in busy street, deliver food before it gets cold, and respond to customers in the event they are unavailable, and maintain a rating about 4.5 stars when it’s absolutely uncertain satisfied customers will rate you highly, whereas dissatisfied customers will almost always rate you poorly because it’s part of human nature to see things you aren’t happy with fail miserably, whereas things that are successful are taken for granted until things go wrong. The recipe for this is disastrous and I’ve been assigned to a handful of deliveries where the order is already late or the customer is not available to pick up the order or there’s a festival going on making it impossible to get to the restaurant by car or there’s a violent storm on the streets that has severely backed up traffic. Doordash does not account for these situations and the customer care agents basically expect the drivers to be perfect for every single delivery otherwise the drivers are terminated for unsatisfactory performance. The drivers are carrying this company to the top so next time you decide to give a bad review to a driver to no fault of their own, please be mindful that everyday, they risk their lives to bring you hot food at your doorstep about 70 percent of the time. I'm a happy dasher , the only thing I wish from doordash is that they would stop letting customers rate us because it affects the driver . We have to wait on the orders at times ourselves or we can't find your address at night . It's lot we have to do as drivers but they get to give us a bad rating if they don't like something that's not our fault ! Also the way can track our every move is not a good idea and you don't feel safe as a driver .. thanks

Prompt service. However yhey charge a delivery fee usually around 6.00 n then charge a service fee of 6.00 so ur really paying 10 plus tax n tip

Our order arrived on time. Messages were sent via text to let us know driver was near. One sauce was missing but food was plentiful and delish. Driver got a bit confused with the address but he was friendly and we were very satisfied with food and delivery service.

I was a bit hesitant at first because of the recent low ratings of other costumers but was pleasantly surprised when my order came in the time it said it would. The only issue was that the meal I ordered said it included mashed potatoes but instead I got a cookie...? Otherwise, quite satisfied.

This was my very first order. After getting assistance with how to use the the menu for ordering through phone support, I waited for the delivery. Everything was perfect. It was on time and the food was hot. The food was all very satisfactory. (Not sure where I can rate the restaurant yet) Based on this experience, I sure would be willing to order from there again.

I am wondering if anyone else has the problem I have when ordering. The entire selection menu list of options doesn't show on the screen so it is impossible to place an order. The 1st time I used this service it took me longer to get the menu site to work and accept my order than it did for Door Dash to deliver it. Today I end up with the same problem. And then when I wrote support I got an "Error while submitting" notice. The website leaves a lot to be desired.

I actually have had really good experiences with DD. Tonight was...weird. Placed an order and being a Friday night, I expected it to take awhile. Got an email saying the order had been picked up, then immediately got a text saying the driver couldn’t find me...takes about 10-15 mins to get from the restaurant to me so that was odd. Then the driver calls me and asks ME to cancel the order because it was “too far for him to drive.” I said no, because that will likely result in no food and no refund, anyway why should I cancel it? Said he’d call DD and call me back. Never did. Meanwhile I pull up the chat and spoke to a gentleman to ask if this was normal, and he called me and said no it is not, he is supposed to request the order be reassigned, not ask me to cancel it. He assigned it to someone else, reported the driver, and refunded the full amount, which I thought was very kind. I really don’t know how the drivers get paid, and I can understand not wanting to drive 10-15 if you’re only getting paid $5 plus tip (I tipped $7.25), but you don’t just call people to cancel something because you don’t want to do it. Fortunately the agent agreed with me!

At 10:30 am, we placed an order via DooDash for an office lunch to be delivered by noon. The "order" arrived at 12:30 but NOT our order. The driver took it back and placed a new order. The new order arrived an hour later. I called DoorDash to complain. After involving a supervisor, they refunded 100% of our order. Mistakes happen. I was impressed that DoorDash took responsibility for the mistake and made it right.

What I don't get with this consumer is that the restaurant is just a few blocks away from them and yet they will still use doordash and if the order will be late, they will blame us. Lol you should blame your lame ass self. Also, if a restaurant is closed. IT IS NOT DOORDASH FAULT. WE HAVE OVER HUNDREDS OF RESTAURANT ON OUR SITE AND IF U GONNA ADVISED US TO CALL THEM EACH, IT WILL BE A MAJOR DELAY ON THE OTHER INQUIRIES. USE YOUR NUTSHELL. NOT BC URE THE CUSTOMER U WILL ALWAYS BE RIGHT. DUH, GROW UP.
