“The deliveries have been fantastic; arrive when indicated they would. Overall, satisfaction in the quality of food; however, occasionally, it arrives lukewarm and requires some heating. Onion rings were limp and lukewarm, as well as french fries. Other than that, this service is one we will continue to use due to the over-all convenience.”

“DoorDash is simple and easy to use. All the delivery drivers are kind and punctual. They are always updating and communicating their run. In my honest opinion it is the delivery drivers that make doordash a pleasent experience.”

“Great costumer service. There was issues with my delivery time, and I really appreciated that someone contacted me personally. One thing that would be really helpful would be to have the contact information for the delivery person, or a way to edit an order. I had forgotten to add a drink, but I wasn't able to edit my order or contact a delivery person.”

“I think door dash is great! Just a few hiccups here and there, like the restaurant we ordered from not being open and finding out over an hour after we ordered. Or one of the drivers having a bit of an attitude when calling me to give me his eta. Small things. Overall the selection of restaurants and accuracy of delivery time is amazing, making it much better than grub hub and seamless.”

“I'm glad there's a big selection of restaurants to choose from, but the app (and website) do an awful job helping you find something you want. There's a search box that apparently only lets you search by restaurant name or cuisine type—but that's what I have Ctrl F for. Why can't I just search "ramen"? Or "ceviche"? The search should go deeper. Also, talk about cognitive overload. The ordering of the restaurants in the grid is unpredictable and seeing giant restaurant logos does not help me choose what I want to eat. Hide the logos. Allow sorting by cuisine. Allow better filters. Also please integrate with Yelp. How can I tell if a restaurant is good or not?”

“They are amazing accurate with delivery time estimates. Most food had arrived at least warm. On several occasions one of the special condiments that is included with a menu item was left out, though I'm not sure if that's the driver or restaurant's error. Despite these small flaws, it's my go-to service for food delivery!”

“im not sure how you can change this. However, I rarely order from pasta market because they started to give me the smallest bread portions or burned bread consistently even though I was paying for it. I get that it isn't much to some people, but don't take advantage of the fact that I'm not in the restaurant and can't ask for more or for them to take it back. It put me off and made me no longer want to use doordash. For awhile I didn't order because I felt taken advantage of. I complained, but the problem persisted. I love that bred and when I pay for it I expect the portion I used to receive and pay for.”

“I like the service and usually the estimates are on time and most of the delivery personell is great. I feel the price is a little high, considering you take 10% of the price from the restaurant (which they often add on top of the price of the food anyway) + $7 delivery fee + tip...”

“Good service, a bit expensive for what I get. $40 order, or $10/item for 4 small wraps, which would normally be a little over half that.”
