Ordered food from a local restaurant ( Avelina's Bar & Grill ) via doordash online and it turns out they were closed due to the weather. Did doordash take my money? Yes. Would they return it even though I didn't get anything? no. Did the restaurant step up and do the right thing? no. Bad experience all around do not recommend. The people on the phones are unhelpful and rude. Door dash policy is no refunds after 3 days. Ridiculous. Will never use these people or that restaurant again. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Never received my bottle and it was returned back to the store and they won't give me my 36 dollars back

Communication is horrible; I ordered two separate orders to different addresses, and because DoorDash did not communicate correctly with the driver or the driver was trying to make money, they selected both orders. Once they delivered the first order, the driver decided they could not make the second delivery. Stating they did not see the second address. Now they have my lunch, I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back, and the driver had a nice lunch. Me, not so much. I will be using Uber Eats!

Became increasingly difficult to communicate with them, and since we order from our office through them twice a day, it became impossible to continue. We have switched to Uber Eats.

Thieves, the driver delivered my order to another customer by accident and showed up without my dinner, he said he told DoorDash this and they would refund me. Then DoorDash denied my refund while I received no food. They are crooks, I explained to customer service and the driver claimed he did too.

I do not recommend the Dash Pass to anyone. We subscribed to the monthly version and just found out that we have been charged for it3x each month for the last year. When I contacted Door Dash in regards to this issue the lady was not helpful or sympathetic with the problem. All she did was offered a few credits that came no where near the amount that this company has stolen from us. I have discontinued my Dash Pass and am considering never using these theives for anything ever again.

Never again. Our pizza order was placed at 4:44 pm. By 6 pm I could see through the app that our driver was all over town. EXCEPT they NEVER BOTHERED TO PICK UP OUR ORDER!!! First and last time I get anything from DoorDash. After over an hour we just went and picked up our own food at Pizza Hut. Which was soggy and barely warm.

My son and I are recovering from the flu, so I Doordashed from Chick-Fil-A two bowls of chicken noodle soup, and just for filler, two orders of nuggets and two drinks. I tried to change the app setting to tell the dasher to knock on my door. The app won't allow me to change the "no contact" setting. (Maybe this is user error, I don't know, but it's frustrating.) On the first order attempt, I got a completely different customer's order of salad and nuggets. On the second delivery attempt, we got one bag and the two drinks. The one bag contained the two orders of nuggets, as ordered. WHERE IS THE SOUP??? The soup was the whole reason for the order!!! No I am not happy with the $9.53 credit to my account for the soup. That means I spent $40 on two orders of nuggets and two drinks because of the tip and your upcharge. You have GOT to be kidding me. I don't ever want to use this app again. I just want what I ordered because we don't feel good over here. I want my dasher tip back because they obviously forgot a couple of bags. I'd rather drive while feeling icky than deal with food frustration. This is not worth it.

Door dash is charging me 40.00 for three milkshakes that I had delivered but, Never Got!!! I have tried to talk with them but they will not give me a refund for the order I never got if this is the way they back up their product of a delivery service please please please don’t trust them. If the order looks like it’s been dropped off, just make sure you have your cameras on so you can see the dasher taking the order back after they take the picture. It’s a huge risk so DONT do it just go get your food

I had to finally stop using DoorDash. The Dashers kept stealing my food. No one wants to have to keep asking for compensation. The other day, they told me the time had passed for me to be compensation for the most recent theft. They finally did compensate me, but it is no longer worth the risk. DO NOT TIP THE DASHERS UNTIL YOU HAVE FOOD IN HAND. There are honest Dashers that provide great service, but the thieves have killed the DoorDash vibe for me. My Daughter deleted her account as well. The person on the Live Chat was great, but I shouldn't have to speak to them about theft.

Some of theWORST DELIVERY services EVER I would give it 0 stars DoorDash is a scam! My order had half from one place and the driver must have done something with my shake and had to stop at Burger King for a COKE. It was a gift delivery for my birthday. I don't order from them. I have read the comments from some of the dimwits they have working for DoorDash One man said if people couldn't tip then they should not order. I feel if they can't handle the heat to get out of the kitchen. SHADY!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Wear contactless service is the name of the game you would expect this company to hire people who can speak read and write English. Do not expect your order to show up. Even the live chat support agent was having difficulty spelling simple words correctly.

They always talk about having great deals, but then nickel and dime you with added fees, so you're not really getting a discount at all. Why the hell should anyone pay close to $50 for some chicken tenders, a drink and fries?! It's ridiculous...it's overpriced and they don't even provide quality service as most times it's the wrong order or it's delivered cold. HORRIBLE. It's supposed to be a convenience, not robbing our pockets. Funny, people complain about huge corporations being greedy yet these small time companies charge you up the ass.

I;m severe chemical sensitive and legally disabled by this. I requested the driver to keep my food fragrance free but instead all my grocery purchase was super full of strong scent plus smoke and whatever the bags touched those surfaces stink too like my home entrance, my kitchen counter and for more than I scrub with water and soap, it is not coming off. What the fudge this driver had in his car???!!!! that I had to throw my delivery to trash. It was my first time being forced to have it delivered from Winnie Dixie via door dash but I'm done with that grocery store and with Door Dash. I can;'t believe they allow this level of scent/smell that is not going away from their drivers when people have cancers, lung problems, asthma, Mcs, hyperosmia, allergies...

I never get my full order from anywhere. Today was Smashburger, didn't get two six dollar shakes. After tipping 7$ and a delivery charge of 8$. One would think they'd be given what they ordered. Just have to go to the shops and skip delivery. Sucks they took over delivery direct from restaurants and also ruined it.

We have encountered persistent issues with DoorDash, including frequent misdeliveries, disregard for delivery instructions, and a lack of communication in cases of undelivered food. Despite efforts such as adding a location pin and explicitly requesting calls for issues, these issues persist consistently, leading to dissatisfaction not only on our part but also among our entire neighborhood. As a result, we have opted to discontinue the use of the application due to the recurrence of these challenges.

the food was good, the driver was great - Doordash the company sucks. Used the wrong credit card, called was on hold for over 2 hours, clearly by that time the food was delivered. Called next day, get passed from one agent to the next to tell me its impossible. Asked how they can manage to refund by its impossible to refund and recharge, agent says I'll put you on a short hold, leaves me there for 10-minutes then hangs up and cuts the call! So clearly the ask was not impossible they just didn't feel like doing it. That's the big corporate giant for you. Sadly not using Doordash again. Let me go back to pickup only so I can support local business that really do care about customers.
