Dashers always steal food. Doordash never gives you a refund in money, only credits. My order took over an hour and a half today to prepare , only for the doordasher to be so incompetent and steal my food.

I ordered 16 pieces of chicken from Popeyes for my family last night and only got 8 pieces. I made a claim showed proof which was my receipt and the box of chicken and DoorDash declined my claim. Now either their driver took the rest of my chicken or the store made a mistake either way I’m out of half of my chicken to feed my family and half of my money. They were no help. What a rip off. Should’ve just went there myself but I wanted to make sure my husband had something to take to work. And the chicken that I did get wasn’t that good.

I have never had dashpass yet I get charged 2-3 times a month for it. Contacted support for the issue explaining that the 2 cards charged are not even on my account and was told I gave them the wrong information and the chat was ended. I the received an email stating to send the correct information there. I have now had to cancel my cards because of this one company. All they do is steal money and refuse to help anyone who complains about it.

I never cancelled my yearly door dash pass and they said I did in order to charge me for delivery fees … they did not reimburse on the so called “ cancellation “ and hung up on me

This complaint is to alert this way or form of fraud, today I ordered a meal for my daughters (I was at work) because 30 minutes after placing the order I received a notification that the food had arrived, and it was not true (the photo taken by the delivery was on the stairs (on the first floor and I live on the 2nd floor, in addition to that I have cameras, so I can prove it in court if possible, the fact is that I notify this company about what happened and they wrote to me saying that my money will not be returned, this is a theft of this company in complicity with its employees, this must stop, it is already good with so much abuse!

Doordash guided me to a store, processed my order than stated I was out of delivery zone. I promptly cancelled my order and they refused to refund my $51.17. Despite multiple appeals they kept my money and told they are bound by their process. Thieves and rip-off artists. Never trust Doordash

App is complete garbage! Can’t process order and when it does, the driver screws it up anyways. Will just be going to get my own food from now on! Useless company and waste of time and money

My order was not delivered to my house. The picture of the delivered order is not even my house. The location it was delivered to is not my house. Yet they denied my request for a refund!!! I just paid for nothing. Doordash sucks!!! Not ordering through doordash anymore!!!

Canceled my membership due to a series of frustrating experiences with their service. The final straw was the denial of my refund request and the lack of responsiveness to my attempts to appeal the decision. Despite reaching out multiple times to seek clarification and resolution, I never received feedback, and I was informed that my appeal window had closed without the opportunity to submit another appeal. This lack of responsiveness and the inability to address customers concerns is unacceptable.

Doordash is complete disaster delivery service. My food was left at the wrong home and when trying to get ahold of the dasher, he answered and could not sp3ak English. He had another person call me to try to get the delivery straightened out but still did not show up at my home. When calling for a refund it took almost two weeks and 4 phone calls to get a refund processed I still have not received my refund and cannot believe the poor customer service that was provided. I will never use Doordarsh as a service ever again. Do yourself a favor and so not waste your time using them for deliveries, it will be a waste of time and you won't receive what you ordered.

Got an incorrect Subway order which was not accepted by me and returned, yet my money was taken and not refunded. SCAMMERS!! NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY EVERYONE!

I wish I could give negative stars. What a horrible company. The take orders and change the delivery times over and over again hoping you will cancel and they won't have to refund you. Awful company.

Clearly store was closed but their policy was I had to wait 30 more min until I could receive a credit or refund , if I cancelled before the 30 min I wouldn’t have been able to receive refund or credit. The rep even called the store and no answer. How can you tell someone they can’t get a refund if the restaurant is closed . I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 30 min

Here is my email to your support: I’ve also concluded my review of your services. You typically do your best to renege on offers and promotions that you advertise so that is not surprising. In many cases, especially where the restaurant is at fault, I have offered to forfeit a refund, preferring that you convey complaints about food quality to them. See Popeye orders for reference. In this case, you clearly offered that for customers with a dash pass delivery would be free. You charged me for delivery. I would happily forfeit that refund and continue with the service if your agent could have had a proper conversation around why that happened. You subsequently wrote me an email that reads in part “…we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history." I recognize that it is your business and you will run it as you see fit. I have on my part, deleted my DoorDash account. It is not the money, please believe me. It is that you shut complaints down in my face every single time. The undernote is that your impression of honest reviews is that people are out to rip you off. You do not fix the problem, you do not refund the exact amount - you offer a bribe to forget the problem.
