I have seen them several times parking handicap parking space. This thinking there example I had to wait so I could park after they pull out.

No point of talking to customer service they will end the chat either way you’re finished with the issue or not and they will say they’ll refund you and without any notifications they will cancel and keep the money for them self be careful with this app

Placed an order on January 20, 2024, around 3 o’clock. It took a little over an hour before the Dasher walked into the building where I worked . I was told that they needed to speak to me, so got the whole story. Somehow my food was delivered to the wrong address at that address the seal was broken on the bag and my food was being possibly eaten from then the driver went back to that place and picked up my food realizing they had the wrong address and brought it with a broken seal, and I was asked if I wanted the food. I refused to take the food and DoorDash called me later stating they would refund my money which they never did. I was only given a seven dollar credit when I should’ve been over $23 back after calling DoorDash. They said that they couldn’t do anything and the best they could do was Seven dollar refund or credit. This is also a health department violation. Bringing someone food that’s been touched or tampered with in my opinion.

I received a notification from my debit card that I have ordered food for $9.99. I didn’t make order. DoorDash using my saved cards to still my money. The statement read autopsy occurrence from DoorDash. I blocked the card. I need my money back.

I have had numerous negative experiences with DoorDash. Leading to me leaving them years ago. I ordered a pizza and DoorDash delivered some of it. The driver gave me wings a pizza. Which I did order. Though instead of breadsticks she gave me a bag from Wendy’s. I called DoorDash customer service and was told I would not get my breadsticks the night of the order. Why is their horrendous business still in existence? Great idea/service though run awfully.

Order specifically gave instructions providing telephone number driver never dropped my order and his remarks were as follow “oh well” yet timed myself which took less then 5 minutes and driver took ofc unprofessional explained to the driver who was uncaring and rude . Yet I call the customer service and they state the driver does not speak English that nonsense he knew and understood spoke English very well. But yet it collected my amount and said it would take 10 days to return refund just like previous where I was charged and no return funds . What is very unprofessional of both the company and driver . Unfortunately it is very discouraging and disappointing that no one cares . It makes me believe that is all about money incompetence is key issue .

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! Placed an order and an entirely different order/restaurant was received. Total of wrong order was ~$10 less than what I PAID also. Requested a re-delivery in which was told the only option would be a refund-WHICH WAS DENIED!!! Called and spoke to a supervisor and was DENIED again. Could not give me a reason other than the case had already been “escalated “ to a “specialist “ and they could not reverse decision. I sent copies of receipts for both what I ordered vs. what was delivered also!! My first and LAST time with this company. Customer service at it’s worse. OH, and they threw in the “discrimination “ card in there as well because I couldn’t clearly understand the supervisor and asked to speak to someone else! I even apologized if my request made her feel that way because it was not my intent. I would NEVER recommend Door Dash to anyone. This has to be the worse customer experience I have EVER in my lifetime experienced and I’m 60 years old.

I placed order. I was busy working and person sent text but never called or cancelled order. Two hours later I contact driver and she said she couldn't find me and she just went home. I had to call Corp to get refund. Never again. I'll just stick to GrubHub.

I ordered thru the store app and never received the order. It took 4 phone calls to get it resolved. I was told the dasher only had my unit # and zip code. Doordash blamed the store. The dasher delivered it to the wrong address. My question if they didn't have my street number how did they know where to deliver it. The customer service with Doordash was the worst. I refuse to use them ever again!!! If a store does their delivery thru Doordash I will not order from them!!

I was waiting for my ordered never came took a picture of the order but delivered at the wrong apartment door they didn’t even call me to give them the instructions to give it to me

Door dasher Claudia picked up my son’s order and never delivered it. Now I have a hungry teenager with no food and no money. I hope Claudia feels good about herself, stealing from a teenager who works for his money.

When an order is wrong no one takes accountability, restaurant blames DoorDash, or DoorDash blames restaurants and I don’t get my order, Cancel Doordash

I ordered a 750 ml bottle of Dewars 1 hr 30 mins later had not received anything while the app showed the driver sitting still nearby, complained call and cancelled the order 3 mins later they showed order completed, I don't know to who they delivered it to... Surely it wasn't me

Rude customer service. Dashers pick your food and don't turn up. This has happened more than once. Dasher unassign themselves leaving you waiting for the food never to arrive. Customer service think refunding the money means issue resolved. What happen to the food and the time you are kept waiting?? Unreliable, inefficient, incompetent and rude. Never will I use them again. There are other alternatives out there to get food.
