I go to school, so I had the dasher deliver to a specific spot cause I was doing a test and I wanted to do contactless. I will never again. So I had them do that, I made clear instructions and the dasher tried calling me, I didn’t answer due to me taking a test. After I finished I asked them if they needed help or if there was something wrong and they say “uhhh” which is so unprofessional. I ask them if they need help finding it and they don’t answer. I get sent the picture of where my order was placed, when I opened the picture I come to find out they left it outside the building along with it being all the way across campus. They did not follow my instructions and I told them to not leave it there. They continued to say “ I called n you never gave proper instructions and the staff was no help I'm not fixing to walk around I get paid by the order not hour” I mean I understand but I did give clear orders. Later I found out when I was speaking to the staff members that the dasher was rude to them and going off on them. I usually get nice dashers and ones that follow instructions, the same ones I always give. This one was different and I don’t review at all but this dasher was unprofessional and rude to me and others. Because the dasher left my order outside I went all the way across campus just to get food.

My food was delivered to the wrong house. Was told due to my account and circumstances they won’t refund it to me. Scam, absolute scam.

Refused to help me because they dropped my order had to call 5 different times, and never even compensated for the drinks. Refused to help with getting a refund with sheetz.

SCAM!!! CANCELED $16 ORDER TO BE REFUNDED $5.25. SUPPORT IGNORED WHEN I ASKED WHY, AS WELL AS SEND ME $13 WHEN I ASKED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. DOORDASH IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

ordered pizza for my wife and kids, a simple evening from Papa John's the driver went past my house marked it as delivered, and kept the extra TIP due to cold weather, I called customer service this dude has done it a few times before without no recourse. stealing to me no matter how little is not a forgivable action. DoorDash refunded to Papa John's but I had to drive to the location to get food etc. wasting quality family time.

Doordash refuses to update their maps and because of it yet again we're going without an order. We leave instructions for the dashers, call the dashers (they don't pick up) and they still leave our food at the wrong building a 1/4 mile down the road. Doordash customer service refuses to rectify the situation.

Rip Off, Rip Off, I just deleted the app from my phone , I accidentally hit the continue button thinking that would see the price , but it went straight to pay without no cancellation tap nowhere to stop it, so I called the customer service number and spoke with someone and told me it was to late to cancel less than 2 minutes the only thing that she could do is give me back partial of what I paid &25.67 would be $7 WTH kind of BS is this never again

The worst experience. I am in a wheelchair due to surgery. I live on the 2nd floor of a condo building. I bought a few grocery items and requested they ring the buzzer to get in and then leave them at my door. I asked specifically if they were not willing to do this please let me know so I could cancel the order. I gave a good tip. Not only did they not ring the buzzer to at least enter the building, but they left my groceries outside in freezing temps and rain/snow/sleet combo. I’m so disgusted.

1/10/24 I ordered from ALDIS, the driver left the wrong order - claimed to go back and get the right one, never returned saying in chat the customer who had my order refused to return it. I was denied a refund, I cant understand how this happened and it cant be legal. DD takes money yet nothing is given to me, no groceries or services?

My orders almost never get delivered. I wait for four hours just to get the “your order has been cancelled” I swear if my order gets declined one more time I’m done.(I have a bad back and cannot go out to get the food I want a majority of the time)

DoorDash is total garbage! I have consistently received incorrect orders and half the time, I just "put up with it", which is on me, of course. Most recently, I placed an order and paid for something I never received. Requested a refund and was told by the customer "support" agent I would receive an email/refund within 24 hours. I've connected with their chat support 3 times since then and keep getting told my refund is being reviewed and to wait 24 hours. It's now been 7 days and I was just told on the phone that it's been too long to request a refund, which is complete garbage. I requested this the day it happened and now I'm being brushed off because they don't want to refund the money they owe me. Compete waste of time and money this has been and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Nicely done, DoorDash.

I honestly would not even give door dash 1 star! They stole $103 from me! It has been a cold weekend we got a lot of snow were I am at, however people were out doing door dash those who I’m assuming felt comfortable enough to drive in it. I placed a few orders throughout the weekend as I didn’t want to go out and drive in it. One was from Safeway and I changed my mind shortly after I placed it, and clicked cancel my order in which the app gives you the choice to push that, so I canceled it expecting a refund. Then i placed a order the next day to little Cesar’s and no dasher was assigned to my order for almost two hours, I instantly reached out to customer service for them to cancel it because of the time and they said they couldn’t refund me because little Cesar’s was already preparing my order, and that they were working hard at getting a dasher assigned. Well after several hours passed and still nothing I reached out again and the agent that was chatting with me said they will refund it. Okay that was fine… then the next day I placed one more order and decided to cancel it as it looked like I was able to drive to the store and wanted to save me a little money by just going myself, well again I canceled and they said they couldn’t refund it. So yes I canceled a few times due to different situations however I have been a customer for several years and I’ve never been put in this situation before. This weekend was an exception due to poor weather, that is why I was ordering more. But I reached out to door dash customer service again tonight because one of the transactions they said would be refunded went through on my bank. The agent I got this time said they couldn’t refund any of them, as they were already assigned. And I mentioned why two of them say refund then and the agent kept ignoring that and just kept saying I’m sorry we can’t compensate you. So long story short I lost $103 never received any of the things I ordered but then canceled and I’m not getting any of my money back. I was also lied to, apparently because it says refund issued and the other agent said I wasn’t getting any of my refunds. I told them this is stealing, they’re stealing my money. This is not okay. I do not suggest any one use door dash, they are not professional, they lie and they steal! Yes I crossed off what I bought just because some of the items were personal. But showing that it says refund issued etc and when I placed the orders. I highly recommend that no one uses their service. Yes it may seem convenient etc but it’s not worth having your money stolen, or to be lied to or to not be able to cancel your order. I understand if the dasher is already picking it up etc or on there way and at that point the “cancel” button shouldn’t even be there at that point, however my situation with the little Cesar’s one should be refunded because there wasn’t a dasher assigned and I was told it would be refunded and the Safeway one because again I canceled in time. But this is my situation and I am out a large amount of money. I canceled my app and will never use their service again.

I was a dasher for 3 months,they spend millions on commercials because they SUCK as a business.Dashers only get paid the sum of 7.35 an hr,they limit how much the customers can tip and their agents are the worst when you need help.They do not pay for wait time at establishments so as a dasher you will definitely LOSE waiting more that 20 minutes for an order.DID I SAY THE COMPANY SUCKS THEY ARE THE WORST GIG COMPANY TO WORK FOR.No other gig companies advertise as much as they do,because instead of making dum commercials they pay their drivers...YOU WILL RUN YOUR VEHICLE TO THE GROUND FOR LESS THAN $8 an hr WORKING FOR THIS GREEDY SLAVE WAGE PAYING COMPANY.DOORDASS IS THE WORST GIG COMPANY TO WORK FOR IN AMERICA....

I used to work for door dash and they just tried to charge my new credit card 10 dollars. So I went on line and tried to deactivate my account but you can only do that by calling. So I called and they asked me everything besides how much I weighed at birth. The guy wanted my bank name and also the last 4 of my bank card number. I told him that I haven’t had that card in a while and don’t remember the last 4. He said then there is nothing he can do. So I hung up and called again and spoke to someone else who didn’t ask me for the last 4 like the last guy and she was able to deactivate my account. They just don’t want you to deactivate it so they can charge the 10 dollars a month. A lot of people probably don’t even realize they are being charged every month. I haven’t dashed in 6 months. Door dash sucks!!! They make it so hard to deactivate it because they want the money.

Wish I could give zero stars at this point. Service from dashers and customer service used to be amazing, and then they went more money hungry. Pushing their workers to double dash and expecting additional money to get your order faster. So basically pay more or you get cold food and instead of being held accountable for the food being cold, you try to blame the restaurants even as I watch my dasher miss turns 10 times, then sit somewhere for a while before pulling onto my road and passing my house not once, but twice…. When my house is the only one with a light on. But how dare the restaurant give me cold food. Also can we talk about your hiring practices? I get you’re offering more jobs to people that sometimes otherwise can’t do another job, I applaud you for that. But…. As a business based off providing a service to customers…. Can you at the very least do a mere simple training with your employees to not put drinks right in front of the door? I don’t know how many times I’ve had to go out another door to get my drinks, or someone opens my door not realizing it’s right in front of the door and boom there goes my drink. Obviously I know common sense isn’t so common, but as a company it is your responsibility to set your employees up for success, not failure. Stop worrying about extra money here and there, you’re losing more customers through your greed and taking it out on everyone but yourselves.

I'm the 62-year-old Man on disability using doordash and supplement income. I have become top dash or several times and did over 2,000 delivery. Did you not treat their employees right. I found a complaint against Papa John's location they did not give me my order when I arrived there had problems with the management at Papa John's and I took the pizza from behind the counter and went and delivered it and got paid but the lady at Papa John's reported me and then they turned around and deactivated my account with no notice. The lady at Papa John's was cursing me she got a hammer running out of the building with it try to hit me with it and she is the one that should been deleted or deactivated not me I'm the victim. The pay with your dash is not very good you wear your car down I was driving the BMW and have more it out doing doordash. I'm an honest person clean but in on the flip side they got people that are dirty delivering food with cars smell like marijuana low lives. They would rather have a low life delivering food or someone decent. I don't use drugs don't drink alcohol and you got some of these low lives in Biloxi running around smell like marijuana everywhere they go carrying food around. Don't waste your time doing that I hope they go out of business soon

On 12/28 I ordered two burgers two small fries and two shakes. Shortly after the driver showed up with an order just not my order. No shakes different burger and different fries. I called Door dash and they said that I would hear something back in 24 hrs. I said ok and reordered my food the second time they got it right but now I have paid almost 100 for what I wanted. I have sent them copies of both receipts the wrong order and the correct one and they still won’t refund me and won’t tell me why.

Price was better for the SAME exact meal at SkipTheDishes. I tried to cancel right away after seeing that but it was too late even though only minutes after placing the order. I called support and the supervisor said I would be called back and I never was.
