If you work for this company they DO NOt care for your safety at all and will deactivate you because you did not dash in blizzard conditions.. the customer service is very rude and does not let you talk to a supervisor they put their dasher at risk they are an appalling company with the most horrible customer service the company needs to be shut down honestly.. they also pay their dasher very little and claim that you are independent contractors so that they don’t have to pay you the amount that are by law required to pay you.. they are supposed to reimburse for gas and mileage and they fail to do so.. Uber eats and grub hub any other delivery is better then this horrible company

DO NOT USE DOORDASH!! BEWARE!!! If the driver makes a mistake and u ask for a refund. It won't happen. The doordasher got a bunch of orders missed up (that's his words" I ordered burgers Not Asian food. Filed a claim and received a email that I was denied a refund??? $49.54 down the drain.

Doordash is a company run by frauds. They screw drivers to fatten up their profit and allow dirt cheap customers who doesn’t want to pay encourage. If you want to deliver in the rain, cold weather for $3 and willing to drive 10-15 miles. Then go ahead. 85% of their orders for drivers you lose money. Guaranteed. Its a shame that this company is even legally allowed to run.

The food was not even warm. I ordered no pickles and extra mayo and got many pickles and almost no mayo.I asked for no whipped cream on my shake and got tons of whipped cream. NEVER AGAIN!!! Not too mention the exorbitant cost.

I have NEVER had such a hard time with an outsourced customer support center. DoorDash is milking the system by providing a 'service'. But man you will go I to cardiac arrest trying to deal with customer service. They are so intent on following the script, they forget about the issue. DoorDash needed to refund me $9.40! That's all. But they want to play games with customers. I have taken that crappy app off my phone and find another way. Don't EVER try and get a refund from this joint. They crooked AF!!!!

DoorDash just kept all of my money and refused any type of credit or refund even though I had proof that half of my $50 order was missing.

You work your tail off, only too have some scammer leave a bad review to get comped the charges. Then on top of that, Doordash sneakily sends an order and once you collect it it's a 40 min drive too deliver 3 zones out of your assigned one. Total trash company to work for or work with. Don't waste your time or money with them

Me and my mom get doordash pretty often. The food is great most of the time. But, it takes way too long to get here. One time, we ordered something from Doordash and didnt get it for like 45 to 50 minutes after we ordered the food. I think people a little more serious and try to respect the people that are buying from them.

I am a doordasher with a 5star rating. on startup you can dash anytime you like for the 1st 2 weeks. after that if you do not have 200 deliveries you will have to schedule 30 min a day until you reach 200. most likely it will be 1 order a day around $10 a day. If you are looking at a full time job dashing i would really look into your area and the wear and tear on your vehicle. also if you get one child give you 1 bad rating you will be down to 30 min a day again. if you drop below 4.2 rating they deactivate you.

Terrible company delivering the pizza on my doorstep on the ground and took over an hour blackjack Pizza is 1.9 miles away I'm thinking somebody could have walked that and pizza was cold I will never use door douche again you guys really suck I've been in food and beverage for over 30 years

Half the order was missing. Customer service representatives had very limited ability to speak English. Not certain what will result from the conversation. Will file a complaint with my credit card company. I have used Door Dash twice,”First and Last”!

I Know this is a long review so if you don't feel like reading the whole thing I'll summarize it by say, Doordash is a garbage company who hire unprofessional idiots to be dasher, and when they mess up it's the customer's fault and they won't refund you, with awful customer service. Don't use this delivery service! I heard Uber Eats is better. I have been using Doordash for about a year and a half now. There have been seceral times when the delivery was screwed up. I have never requested a refund or reported an issue until tonight. My Dasher dropped my order off at the wrong unit. The buildings are clearly labled, but whatever, everyone makes mistakes. I reached out to my dasher twice, first to let him know he delivered it to the wrong unit, the second was to ask which building. He never responded to me. So I walked around to the other buildings and couldn't find it. I reported that my order never arrived. After they "reviewed" my case, they denied my refund. So I put in another request thats pending still. Doubt it'll be approved. I chated online with an agent who dismissed me. Customer service is garbage. I get that people try to take advantage and claim they didn't get their order, but after reviewing my account they should be able to see that I've never asked for a refund before. On top of that, you have a small window of opportunity to review/rate your dasher. I missed it because I wanted to give the guy the benefit of the doubt and wait and see if he'd remedy the issue. Complete garbage that I can't write him a bad review now.

Door dash customer service is one of the worst around. I just bought a 17 sandwich which took to long to get here and when it was delivered it was completely soggy. Threw it away. Door dash won’t do a damn thing about it. Guess I won’t be using them anymore. Beware people door dash just likes to take your money and won’t do a damn thing if anything is wrong.

Worst experience. Ordered food from Popeyes. (600 feet away from my office) received my food. Items were cold and fries were limp. Doordash delivery can't even speak English. Commented to Doordash. Crickets. They care less. Cost $17 delivery fee for 600 feet. Will pick up myself from now own. Avoid Doordash

Sick of these freak shows saying it will be there at 12:30, then 12:45, then 1:00, then 1:15. I AM 5 MINUTES AWAY! SCREW YOU IDIOTS! I AM DONE! UBER EATS is my choice.
