“I have been paying for premium DD for a long time and asked for few refunds and only when the restaurant that partner with forgot my item. They deliver me. The girl from the restaurant drove it to me herself. I am the GM of a restaurant DD has been begging for business from and my reply to you is DENIED!”

“My advice is to not use Door Dash this was my first order with them and they declined a refund on very stale donuts that were not edible and the selection was geared toward children with sprinkles and pink icing. I wasn’t aware that I had to photograph stale donuts i simply threw away the entire box . I didn’t know you can tell donuts are stale through a picture. Never will use them again”

“Can't give negative or I would. First delivery fee$4.99, then service fee $3.05 ( 2 fees basically same thing), then mandatory tip $6.00. for an Arby's order for half pound beef n cheddar, large curly fry and classic beef. Wth could have ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with extras from pizza Hut for about the same price and got more food. First time door dash and last. Door dash is a complete scam”

“DoorDash seriously has to re-train your delivery people. If I find one more meal left outside on the ground in front of my place of business when it CLEARLY says to leave food "inside, at the receptionist's desk"..... what the hell is wrong with these ppl?!?!? It is sometimes left outside IN THE DAMN RAIN!!!! There should be a way to re-tract their tip!”

“I need my money refund!! i don 't receive the order , Door-dash and KFC are playing ping pong with me, very bad service, very disappointed with both of them, I dont recommend it at all, I feel scammed.”

“Unable to update personal information. Doesn't help that when people try to become a dasher is ask all the questions. I don't understand why they can't verify peoples driver license. I had a problem with not being able to change my information as I was trying to become a dasher. I highly suggest to those that want to be a dasher to watch out. I understand that you can work when you want but its not fully worth it if you can't update your information”

“Door Dash is getting worse than ever. They advised that they were randomly cancelling my order & my account (with no explanation). This forced me to place a duplicate order elsewhere, but the door dasher still showed up l so I had 2 full orders snd 2 charges. Customer service teams could have cared less. It took me a week to have my acct turned back on (and no one seemed to know or cared why all the hassle happened).”

“It is a shame this service could have been a good thing and service especially for those that have trouble getting out. Instead it's a huge hit or miss. I will never order from Doordash again. Some of the delivery drivers are less than desirable questioning the a safety of the food which 9 out 10 times is so cold its just not worth it. Tonight our food looked half eaten. Just gross!”

“I ordered from DD and I called to speak to an agent regarding an order, cancellation, and my refund. The agent continued to cut me off as I was asking a question and disconnected the call after the question was asked not allowing me to ask any follow-up questions. The sum of the story is, I placed an order the previous day at Credit place to order the next day. My order was canceled, and they refused to refund all the money. if you plan on placing an order, be sure to ask for compensation to original payment method unless you decide otherwise because you will not receive a refund after asking for credit”

“Everything is wrong! Your pricing is MUCH more that what the restaurant actually charges. The drivers cannot even follow GPS directions.. often leaving food in incorrect places. I AM DONE WITH DOORDASH FOREVER WHAT A RIP OFF”

“I've had two bad experiences with doordash. The first one my wife was at the hospital, I ordered food and the driver took the food. He said he left it at a place very far from where I was like 2 miles. The 2nd time I ordered food through chilis and the order was dispatched to doordash well the food never arrived. I called and texted the driver and they never answered. The instructions were ignored in purpose and they kept the food. The picture sent didn't match my place neither shows the food being handled to anyone. My family couldn't eat anything that night because of this”

“They literally just took money off my card. They do unauthorized charges... Literally stole my money and I sent a email was offered credit or 10 business days for a refund waited 3 weeks called back and was given more excuses and was told basically that I had another 2 weeks to wait on my money that was stolen off my card... Then it was showing 2 different amounts for me and on their side... Argued me up and down just for them to be wrong... Never using them again... I'll be using Uber eats I should have never tried them anyways... Trash customer service....”

“I woke up to two charges for DoorDash in my bank account totaling over $50. Today is January 31st and my last order was on January 24th. I reached out to customer service to report the issue and their "resolution" was to tell me I needed to wait three business days for the pending charges to fall off of my account. They said it may have been a "glitch" but gave no other information. I asked if they had looked into WHY I was charged for two orders and where they came from, they could not answer those questions and reiterated the pending charges will fall off after three business days. I have now sent an e-mail and will be calling within 24 hours if I do not receive a response. I advised them that I need to know if my account has been compromised and if I need to get a new card. With no answer as to how that happened, I will no longer be using DoorDash.”

“The customers rarely tip with bad directions and wrong GPS, company doesn't care, they Tax you 15% of your earnings and you have to pay for your own Gas”

“I ordered some cookies from 7-Eleven and my order said that it's was delivered but never received so I called the Dasher he told me his English wasn't that good and didn't understand me explaining to him about the problem on the app it said he was half way here but I guess he ended up fake completing my order and and stole my order SMH just bums the Dasher name was Jarrod”
