I ordered from Beck's Prime and the doordasher left my order outside the open leasing office on the ground. They never used the gate code or called me. When I went to the leasing office after getting the picture they sent me, my order was gone. Doordash refused my refund request even though their employee didn't do their job, they were supposed to bring it to my apartment. I guess they think I should pay for an order I never received. My bank is doing a fraud complaint against them now. Wish I could give them less than one star!

This was my first time to try DoorDash for a restaurant that we regularly use Grubhub for. I was shocked to find out that the DoorDash driver will stop to pick up other orders and even run errands for others while carrying your food. I tracked the driver and he passed within a block of my house but kept going several miles to make another delivery and finally returned. By this time our food was ice cold. Caused quite a bit of family drama on what is usually a quick order with Grubhub. Never again using DoorDash

DD is paying lobbyist in DC to keep their business open. This company is screwing everyone involved from merchant to Dasher to customer. How in the hell can we as a group of 30,000 strong win.

My order was cancelled the rep kept telling me I would get my refund. $52.00 since Jan 15 these people gave me bs k $11.00!drivers suck never came by and DoorDash kept my money and product and will. It refund money SCSMMERX

They did not deliver my food and refused to refund my money. Before the worst that had happened was they often did not bring the beverage I had paid for. But I could not believe they would keep my money when they did not bring anything I had ordered.

Dasher dropped off order at incorrect address. She sent a picture. I called to tell her that she dropped the order off at the incorrect address. With a condescending tone, she told me that I could walk and go get it or get a refund. She also argued that it was the correct address. (My home was not the home in the picture. I order multiple times a week to the same address and have never had an issue. I contacted support and they continue to deny me a refund! Dasher:Tara near Cape May Court House, NJ. Very disgusting behavior!!!!

I ordered Buffalo Spot through Door Dash. Not only did I wait for over an hour for my order to just be cancelled, but when I called the restaurant to see what happened they said the Door Dash employee stole the food. Neither Door Dash nor Buffalo Spot offered to replace the food. A couple of days later I see I've been charged for the stolen food. I call BS to get a refund. The manager tells me I have to call DD because they can't refund the money since that would cause Buffalo Spot to lose money... absolutely no concern for the fact that I've had money stolen from me. I call DD and of course the woman I speak with says they can't refund the money, it has to go through the store. No one wants to take responsibility for the fact that my food was stolen, that my money was stolen from me, and they apparently hire thieves and have zero accountability for what happens. Two horrible businesses with horrible work ethics "working" together to rip off customers. Both still refuse to issue me a refund.

Ridiculous charges! Extra 15 percent on top of orders- so doordash making 40 per order. Not using door dash!

Don't do it! Seriously, everytime I give door dash another chance, my order is screwed up. Then I get to speak to people with broken English who screw up my refund and credit it to my door dash account which causes ANOTHER CALL!!

Ordered two items from Walgreen’s. Fast delivery; order actually arrived earlier than expected, great communication/tracking and the driver was friendly and courteous. I wish stores would inform customers that they’re using DoorDash (or any of the other delivery companies) because, otherwise, I assume the delivery is being made by someone employed by the store. Walgreen’s already charges $5.99 for delivery on orders under a certain amount. No problem. Then I’m expected to give the “Dasher” an additional tip. My problem(s) with that; “Dashers” (in Seattle, anyway) were just awarded better benefits, I agree there’s gas costs and wear and tear on the driver’s car to consider but they know this before deciding to accept the job and my biggest problem is, when I looked online for tipping guidelines, it states on several websites that “Dashers” can note if someone doesn’t tip them and can then choose when to make another delivery to that person or simply choose not to make the delivery. Yeah…I’ve only used DoorDash twice and will never use them again.

This company has horrible and incompetent customer service and drivers! Ordered food that’s costs over $75 for one meal because they jack the prices up on their website, then charge a service fee and a delivery fee! Driver brought wrong order!!! Called the Resturant who also confirmed I had wrong order. Contacted door dash, who said a manager would call me back within an hour- no call!! I called them again the following morning to follow-up.. no manaher available and they stated one would call me within the hour!! I called my bank to dispute the charge. Will NEVER use them again!! Horrible! Horrible!!

I put an order in for Red Lobster. DoorDash said the order was headed to me after 20 minutes I noticed the Dasher had not moved so I called Red Lobster. They said my order had been sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting to be picked up at the time the food got here it was already cold so I reached out to DoorDash. All they offered was a $25 credit on $125 meal so I canceled my dash pass with them and will not be using DoorDash any longer so, something think about.

SCAMMING ALERT! Think twice before using this service in the San Francisco area. Either the driver's or the affiliated store employees are stealing card information. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Horrible service.Last night we ordered burger to be delivered to work.Unfortunately, the dasher just took a picture of the paper bag while holding it to appear that it was delivered. However, after taking a picture she returned back to her car carrying the item with her. As my friend went down to pick up the order, the item was nowhere to be found. A concerned bystander notified my friend that the lady came with the small cheval took a picture and left with the food.The service doesnt even deserve a 1 star. The customer service was contacted and claim for refund was rejected.
