It is a shame this service could have been a good thing and service especially for those that have trouble getting out. Instead it's a huge hit or miss. I will never order from Doordash again. Some of the delivery drivers are less than desirable questioning the a safety of the food which 9 out 10 times is so cold its just not worth it. Tonight our food looked half eaten. Just gross!

I ordered from DD and I called to speak to an agent regarding an order, cancellation, and my refund. The agent continued to cut me off as I was asking a question and disconnected the call after the question was asked not allowing me to ask any follow-up questions. The sum of the story is, I placed an order the previous day at Credit place to order the next day. My order was canceled, and they refused to refund all the money. if you plan on placing an order, be sure to ask for compensation to original payment method unless you decide otherwise because you will not receive a refund after asking for credit

My door dasher, Michelle just dropped off my food at my work and was rude to the front office staff. Then proceeded to complain about the lack of tip I give. She is exactly the reason I don’t tip.

Everything is wrong! Your pricing is MUCH more that what the restaurant actually charges. The drivers cannot even follow GPS directions.. often leaving food in incorrect places. I AM DONE WITH DOORDASH FOREVER WHAT A RIP OFF

I've had two bad experiences with doordash. The first one my wife was at the hospital, I ordered food and the driver took the food. He said he left it at a place very far from where I was like 2 miles. The 2nd time I ordered food through chilis and the order was dispatched to doordash well the food never arrived. I called and texted the driver and they never answered. The instructions were ignored in purpose and they kept the food. The picture sent didn't match my place neither shows the food being handled to anyone. My family couldn't eat anything that night because of this

They literally just took money off my card. They do unauthorized charges... Literally stole my money and I sent a email was offered credit or 10 business days for a refund waited 3 weeks called back and was given more excuses and was told basically that I had another 2 weeks to wait on my money that was stolen off my card... Then it was showing 2 different amounts for me and on their side... Argued me up and down just for them to be wrong... Never using them again... I'll be using Uber eats I should have never tried them anyways... Trash customer service....

Subs arrived 2 hours late and soggy. I paid over $30 for subs I had to throw out because they were so soggy and all they would do is give me a $5 credit. HORRIBLE

I woke up to two charges for DoorDash in my bank account totaling over $50. Today is January 31st and my last order was on January 24th. I reached out to customer service to report the issue and their "resolution" was to tell me I needed to wait three business days for the pending charges to fall off of my account. They said it may have been a "glitch" but gave no other information. I asked if they had looked into WHY I was charged for two orders and where they came from, they could not answer those questions and reiterated the pending charges will fall off after three business days. I have now sent an e-mail and will be calling within 24 hours if I do not receive a response. I advised them that I need to know if my account has been compromised and if I need to get a new card. With no answer as to how that happened, I will no longer be using DoorDash.

The customers rarely tip with bad directions and wrong GPS, company doesn't care, they Tax you 15% of your earnings and you have to pay for your own Gas

I ordered some cookies from 7-Eleven and my order said that it's was delivered but never received so I called the Dasher he told me his English wasn't that good and didn't understand me explaining to him about the problem on the app it said he was half way here but I guess he ended up fake completing my order and and stole my order SMH just bums the Dasher name was Jarrod

Doordash is extremely high priced and its not worth it they tax everything and dont show all the menu items they add fees to everything an then also want u to tip the driver

Scammers. I deleted my dash pass 6 months ago yet they still are charging my account every month. I contacted my bank and blocked them received a new card and doordash still debited my account. I contacted doordashes support and it was the worst possible customer service I've ever received. Someone that did not speak English answered the reception was so poor because the rep is probably living in a 3rd world country. Needless to say nothing has been resolved. Even if you cancel your pass they keep your bank info and steal.

I only have/had DoorDash for the convenience I was pregnant and a working mom so I needed it when I was in a hurry to tired to cook and get out of bed at times and my husband works 3rd shift so sometimes we just want to order out anyways every time we do there is something wrong with either the service and the doordasher or the overall food in general. I’m not a Karen but when my food is cold or the order is incorrect (75 percent of the time) or the doordasher takes over 3 hours to bring me my food yes I want credit yes I want a refund. I’m not lying I have even sent pictures proving my point and at times they have not believed me. It’s so frustrating. I will tel anyone not to use DoorDash because it’s horrendous

My dasher showed up on a bike with my food in his bag pack heaves only knows what goes into his bag pack I was turned off and I feel that door dash should have certain stipulations in fact that should provide a proper delivery case all they do is collect money can’t trust them any longer

The most horrible delivery service around. And a bunch of liars. Whoever is the owner of this company ought to be out of business. They deliver my food to the wrong address twice and refuse to refund me my money. Never received order. When I tried to talk to customer service he disconnected our conversation right in the middle of resolving the issue. I sent pictures show the order was delivered in to the wrong address. On top of that dasher left my food on the cold wet ground. They still had the nerve to say they are not refunding my money. So the crooks stole my money and never delivered my order. Do not order from these crooks they will mess up your order and will not give you your money back. They didn’t even give me a credit back for their screw up. I even provided proof and they still refused to refund me. Dirty crooks I see why their ratings are so low. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I’m warning you.

Horrible! They took my food order and my money. Then their driver texted me that my order had been delivered to some Freeway address I had no delivery. I texted their driver and he said...I just delivered it to where they told me to. I called them They said for me to heck my email for a refund. I did and they said that I was refused. I called them back and got more BS. I then told my housemate and he became furious. He said they did the same thing to hi. Last month. They are THEIVES!!!

January is my birthday month. We do a substantial amount of eating out as well as ordering in. ( almost daily) this past two weeks I have had to utilize door dash services. With the exception of our order to five guys today. Every order has been incorrect in some way, extremely cold( to the point that the box is soaked with grease and cheese is congealed due to being so cold!) I have been charged a delivery fee only to have my husband have to walk our complex trying to find our driver that swears that they can not find our unit. ( even though I put the building number and unit number on all orders.) I have had drivers that won’t even get out of their vehicles to walk to the side of my building where my unit is located. ( instead my husband has to go out , around the building to the driver’s car to get our order. ( why should I have to pay a delivery fee and there is no delivery, or the order is missing items?) I am terminal as well as recuperating from my fourth stoke December 2023 so having food delivered use to be a great service that I definitely did not mind paying the extra cost for. Not any longer if I can not go retrieve or send my husband for I will not be using door dash again as well as advising my family and clients from being taken advantage of by such poor service that I have been forced to pay for.
