This company Door dash lets the Driver mess with food and take food out of the order and door dash does not do anything about it. It is ok for the driver to take people food and have no consequences

I use this app more than I should-but due to my crazy schedule it has been necessary. I ordered food late last night after returning from a 17.5hr work day-my food order was canceled by doordash earlier when I ordered from work- then after placing another order using my doordash credits, the dasher delivered my food to another location(another building with apt b3 in my complex). I texted him immediately(Adam)and asked where is my order...he never responded. I requested help from door dash...never spoke(via text)to a live agent...yet my refund request was denied. I reordered my food in the meantime(yes, I need to get to the grocery store), thinking my refund would come after I spoke with someone. I called doordash(a first for me)and spoke with an agent this morning. He said i would receive an email within the hr with a response. I'm not sure why this isn't a clear case of the dashers error but here we are 3 hrs later. I've had multiple orders canceled by doordash in the past month, but always received my credit or $back on my card. I'm very disappointed in their continued lack of customer service. One order was actually picked up by a dasher and canceled when they were on their way to my work..so I missed my dinner and my break.. All they had to do was call the dasher last night and ask him to bring it to the right place. It's not that serious, everyone makes mistakes. But to spend $36. And receive nothing for it is unacceptable. So just a heads up.

Charged me $8.00 for 2 syrups that were added to my existing order. Customer service was very abrupt with me and refused my refund. I will no longer use this apo for my food deliveries!

Biggest problem I had with DoorDash was getting paid. They put your earnings on the card then you can't get it. Oh yes I went to Walgreens, CVS, and a number of All Point ATM's but couldn't withdraw a dime in Souteastern New England. Then they wonder why they can't get help. The others pay you with deposits through your Bank debit card which works fine. Yes I gave my debit card information to Doordash but still couldn't get paid. Oh you can use their for fast food or gas but not for an oil change. GOOG LUCK try one of the others Uber, Grubhub.

awful customer service, my order was 40 min late (driver still waiting to pick up ‘my order’ and ‘someone else’ order”) and they wouldn’d refund me the whole amount still charged me $7

I am having the same problem as the prior posts. I did 2 orders this week. They did make good on the order that was missing fries. Today I had an alcohol order took a long time to get here and it showed up in a Walmart bag. Of course I have to show my license to receive alcohol. Anon English speaking person delivered it took my license and then she told me my license was expired. I started to get aggravated because she couldn't communicate with me properly because she's from Venezuela and she's telling me that my license is expired clearly it is not she was probably looking at my birthday which is clearly expired. I have no problem with people coming to America and trying to make a living but I shouldn't have to learn another language to communicate I'm too old for that now. 😂

Delivered warm beer to a hotel on a Saturday night. Are you kidding? Asked customer service to credit my the door dash fees at least. No was the answer.

Horrible! I’m not even going to get them a constructive feedback, because at this point I don’t even want to see this company succeeding. App uninstalled. Boo doordash! You service doesn’t deserve a single star.

door dash does not even deserve a single star. The worst service I have ever experienced. I only left a star because otherwise I could not review this terrible service. Pizza came stuck to the top of the box and Door Dash will not offer any compensation other that a $5 credit. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from any company.

I was supposed to receive an $80 refund, I have been not receiving my food, drivers not following up and even the people that work with the DoorDash customer service keep telling two different things or just hang up when it comes to me getting a refund .

My coworker and I could not leave the office for lunch. She stated that she has used DoorDash several times . We ordered burgers and fried pickles at Twisted Root. We were constantly aware of the status of the delivery . An hour had passed and lunch time was over.. then to our surprise, the driver took a blank picture saying the order was delivered. The driver’s name was Fatima.. This is shameful!! We could only assume that the driver ate our order. We would have purchased something for her if we had been asked. We included a tip !! Is there no integrity among your drivers?

They steal your money. They charge your bank accounts for dashpass without your permission. If they can’t charge your first account, they try your next one, without even giving you a call or something. They also refund you when they cancel your order, but it doesn’t cover the cost. They don’t refund the driver tip, delivery and other service fees, which is stupid especially when the cancellation is on their end.

Please send someone can receive directions in English. It defeats the purpose of delivery if they are lost and you can’t direct/ communicate with them to get to you. if they can’t speak or write in English is a disadvantage to the Dasher and the customers.

My order was delivered to the wrong address and after reporting it to door dash, they refused to offer a refund or replace the order. Won't be using this service again.

How does doordash get away with this B*******. I'm new there and have ordered a handful of times. They have messed up most of the orders so I found myself with no food and having to wait 1 to 3 days for the money to get back to my bank. Now they say, since they've had to refund me a couple times because they screwed my order up, I don't get a refund. Refund. So now they screwed my order up on their site, brought the wrong food, and refuse to give me a refund. When you call to talk to a supervisor, everybody is apparently in China and nobody speaks very good English. Can't even understand a word anybody saying no matter who you talk to. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. Who does this. Messes up repeatedly on what their company offers you and then refuses to honor common decency and give you your money back. I would definitely recommend never ordering from these assholes and try something else. I will leave my house buck naked in 10 ft of snow and walk to a restaurant before I order from doordash again. F*** doordash

Worst service I have ever received from door dash and very disappointed in Buffalo wild wings messing orders up since they opened I don't know why it's so hard to read the order and fix the food but maybe iam wrong maybe I shouldn't have made it past the 12 th grade so I could understand of how not to read I will stay up and cook dinner every night after work before I order door dash ever again hope both places can get better managers to do a better job since these ones clearly can't

I order a couple times a week and items are usually wrong or missing. The first 2 times Doordash is happy to credit. The third time I was missing $10.18 worth of Arby's popovers. I am now being forwarded for Customer Resolution with an answer in 2 hours. I do not lie. And I am done with Doordash.

I don’t know what the problem is, but their DoorDash have to learn to slow down and make sure they grab the complete order. I am tired of not receiving my complete order and constantly having to get it credit back. It is so disappointing that when you’re expecting a piece of your order and it’s not there. I am sick and tired of providing good tips, and not getting the service from the Dashers. In this instance, it is clearly marked that I ordered a shake. How difficult is it to look for it? If I could take back my tip, I would.
