“I don’t know what the problem is, but their DoorDash have to learn to slow down and make sure they grab the complete order. I am tired of not receiving my complete order and constantly having to get it credit back. It is so disappointing that when you’re expecting a piece of your order and it’s not there. I am sick and tired of providing good tips, and not getting the service from the Dashers. In this instance, it is clearly marked that I ordered a shake. How difficult is it to look for it? If I could take back my tip, I would.”

“I work for them they're giving me a lot of hours I went to my son's wedding I came back and I'm lucky to get any hours so I don't understand why they keep running their damn commercials”

“This is a company that has deceptive practices. They hold out a “no delivery fee” to suck you in, and then sock it to you with an inflated entree charge and a $3 “service fee.” An entree that would cost about $13 is bumped up to about $17. So, a normally $13 entree plus $5 tip with a total of about $18 is instead about $$27. We also did not receive the side orders, and their solution is a credit which we will NEVER use because of our negative experience.”

“Dasher always completes orders before mine so my food is always cold and take 3x the amount of time. This is ridiculous. I've had nothing but issues with the drivers and the app. Just absolutely awful. If I could give negative stars for all the times they have messed up then they probably wouldn't be in business.”

“The driver was the only thing that was impeccable. Doordash itself besides that. The store forgot an item and doordash refused to refund even though I paid for it. It's sad really being a giant corporation like doordash and still having to scrape for pennies. 🖕🏻”

“WOW SCREW THIS COMPANY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! It won't let me dash, won't let me schedule!? The customer support belittled me about it. I was there midnight on the DOT waiting to get something for next week and NOTHING shows on the screen. It's great the first week, made decent money, but after that they shut me off RIGHT after i gave the app a 5 star review. THIS IS A SCAM STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS.”

“We placed 2 orders from little Ceasars and decided to have them delivered. Big mistake on our part. We did not know it was doordash, but soon found out and found out the delivery person was a thief. He delivered the first order and complained about the tip. We never got our second order and the tip he complained about was on the second order. Our first order had been opened for the pizza boxes weren't closed properly. I called the number on my text and got customer service with doordash. They did agree to refund my second order completely. ( it's been a week and we are still waiting on the refund). They would not agree to refund the first order for We got it, even though it had been gone through and we didn't know if it was safe to eat or not. We will not use doordash ever again. And from now on I will pick up our food. We lost $100 that night, and to think this was Little Ceasars pizzas, our orders should not have been over $50 if that. Best advise for all is do not use doordash!!”

“I have been paying for premium DD for a long time and asked for few refunds and only when the restaurant that partner with forgot my item. They deliver me. The girl from the restaurant drove it to me herself. I am the GM of a restaurant DD has been begging for business from and my reply to you is DENIED!”

“My advice is to not use Door Dash this was my first order with them and they declined a refund on very stale donuts that were not edible and the selection was geared toward children with sprinkles and pink icing. I wasn’t aware that I had to photograph stale donuts i simply threw away the entire box . I didn’t know you can tell donuts are stale through a picture. Never will use them again”

“Can't give negative or I would. First delivery fee$4.99, then service fee $3.05 ( 2 fees basically same thing), then mandatory tip $6.00. for an Arby's order for half pound beef n cheddar, large curly fry and classic beef. Wth could have ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with extras from pizza Hut for about the same price and got more food. First time door dash and last. Door dash is a complete scam”

“DoorDash seriously has to re-train your delivery people. If I find one more meal left outside on the ground in front of my place of business when it CLEARLY says to leave food "inside, at the receptionist's desk"..... what the hell is wrong with these ppl?!?!? It is sometimes left outside IN THE DAMN RAIN!!!! There should be a way to re-tract their tip!”

“Unable to update personal information. Doesn't help that when people try to become a dasher is ask all the questions. I don't understand why they can't verify peoples driver license. I had a problem with not being able to change my information as I was trying to become a dasher. I highly suggest to those that want to be a dasher to watch out. I understand that you can work when you want but its not fully worth it if you can't update your information”

“Door Dash is getting worse than ever. They advised that they were randomly cancelling my order & my account (with no explanation). This forced me to place a duplicate order elsewhere, but the door dasher still showed up l so I had 2 full orders snd 2 charges. Customer service teams could have cared less. It took me a week to have my acct turned back on (and no one seemed to know or cared why all the hassle happened).”
