I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from doordash. I have clear instructions in my profile that tells the Dasher where to deliver my food. Unfortunately a Dasher did not read those instructions and left my food somewhere else. I reached out to doordash to let them know only to be told sorry no compensation can be given. I was not seeking compensation. I felt that the doordash didn't hear or tried to understand the complaint that I had. I've also left comments on the order itself with again a response of sorry no compensation can be given. I'm truly dissatisfied with the service that I received with doordash. As customers of the service we pay fees to use the service and to not be satisfied and not be heard was not only frustrating but disheartening. What happened to the days where companies actually cared about their customers. Do better DD

My family ordered 2 pizzas from pizza hut. The male dasher delivered the food and ask me to pay him for the food and I told him it was already paid online full amount at Pizza Hut with a credit card, but he said you owe full price and said he didn't speak English. Okay than why are you here? It was a lack of communication. He wouldn't give us the food. So I called pizza hut put them on speaker and ask did I pay for the food with a credit card and pizza told the dasher it was paid in full. I was going to give the dasher a tip, but he kept asking for full price. I told him several times already paid. I told him to just leave since he wouldn't give us the pizza. He was quiet and staring just standing there. He finally walked away took the pizza with him. About 6 or 7 passed by and the dasher came back with pizza knocked again and said "Here is your pizza" remember he told me he speak no English. Wow!! This was some weird drama. One of the pizza boxes seal was taken off or tampered with, so no one wanted it. We didn't trust this delivery company. So the next day I took the pizzas back and got my order freshly made, hot, and delicious. Thanks Pizza Hut for great service and fixing the problem. Not ever again use doordashers.

Excellent customer service!! How refreshing to actually call a number and speak to someone on the other end. Had an issue with the pin on a gift card and it was handled and resolved!! The experience exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Arvin!!!

My order was dropped by like 2 dashers. And then it said one named Marcial actually picked up my order and then dropped my order right after. And then my order cancelled so I am pretty sure whoever that was stole my order after I waited an hour and a half.

The app sucks the customer service sucks.. they want you to take photos of your credit or debit card if you delete it and add it back. Im so disgusted with this company... Id rather pay more and use uber eats!

Door dash drivers in Carson city a POS they all schedule time slots a week in advance so no one else can door dash. You all suck and I want that fade so hmu and I will meet where ever

We had a terrible experience using DoorDash tonight. We ordered from a restaurant and were told our food would arrive in about an hour. During that time, the dasher never arrived at the restaurant. Our food kept getting delayed. At our expected delivery time, our driver headed to the restaurant. When our food arrived, over an hour late, the dasher carried everything at once, spilling a tray of drinks making them 1/2 full upon delivery. ALL of the food was cold and soggy. It seemed as if the food was ready on time but say waiting for the driver. After paying $130 in food with $20 in service fees, $12 in taxes, and $25 in tip, making the total over $190... it was disappointing to only be reimbursed $48 in DoorDash Credit for inedible food. I am not interested in using the DoorDash service in the future, and unfortunately for the restaurant, who probably did nothing wrong, I am really not wanting to order from them after such a bad meal.

This is the second year in a row that my husband has received a 1099 from doordash. Claiming that he works for them. Someone is using his identity illegally and this is fraud on doordash part. We have not received any conformation from them to get anything resolved. Do not trust them, we wonder if they are doing this to cover anything suspicious on their end.

Waited 45min waiting for chat support while on the phone 20min waiting for live support. My order arrived with hair, asked for a refund, they said only food and taxes, not service fees because the order was delivered. On the other hand, Uber eats refunded the whole amount after an issue with my delivery, plus gave me a $5 credit for future use. Done using Door Dash, horrible customer service.

Ordered a meal and got it delivered perfectly fine, but then some random guy who was snooping around my apartment decided to grab a bite and steal my meal. I contacted customer support to see if i can possibly get reimbursed for another order. But they declined the request. I called again because this wasn’t my fault for getting my order stolen and they sent another refund request. After 8 minutes, the refund got declined again. I literally have video of the bum that stole my food but they can’t reimburse me on a $30 dollar order. I am a dashpass holder and dasher myself and they can’t even accommodate their loyal customers.

I ordered my food around 2:40 something and my order has still yet to come because they do not have a driver near the store. Mind you this has never happened to me before and I think it is very unprofessional because I will receive cold food.

If you live in Tennessee do not order from door dash. The past 3 times I have ordered door dash I’ve waited 4hrs then waited 2hrs then waited until the store closed and still never got my order. Talked to them on the phone and the rep was rude that I spoke to and tried to put it off on the restaurant as if it was their fault when it was door dashes fault.

I have been using Doordash for a while now. It used to be convenient until they started allowing multiple deliveries, your food comes cold and they don’t want to reimburse. Today though was the straw that broke the camels back! I ordered from a restaurant who could not “ fulfill my order” so it was cancelled. They refunded the $$ to my account. Because I ordered from another place they said it would be delivered express at no charge . The order was late, AND the driver had 2 deliveries before mine. When tried to resolve the issue I was told because I used my refund they could ONLY refund to my Doordash account. I explained I was no longer going to use them and delete the app but he didn’t budge. It was my $$ to begin with for crying out loud! I had to ask multiple times for another number becUse he was the “top manager”. This place has become greedy, perhpas they need to revise their business plan. Too bad for them as they are loosing a great customer. BOYCOTT DOORDASH!!!!!

This is the worst company ever! They take your money and allow you to pay for food you never got! Hopefully one day a new company will come in and not steal money from you! But with the economy they are desperate and will, keep your money regardless of what you get!! They will not be here long it's just a matter of time!!

My delivery person picked up my $75 order and an $18 Ubereats order. I sent the ubereats receipts showing the same time, restaurant and delivery persons name. They refused to make good. Cancelled my membership and will never use again. Poor customer service!

Door Dash delivered my order to the wrong address. I showed them proof that the picture they took was not even my address, and the Google map showed they delivered it to the wrong address, yet they refused to give me a refund, $60. I am having to go through my bank to get my money back. I will never ever use them again
