I am a dasher and they pay less and less every year. Calling a $4.71 order "high paying" is insulting. They might retain quality drivers if they ever gave more than the bare minimum pay.

If I could give a zero I would. My order was delivered to someone else. Will never use again. This was an important order for a dear friend who is ill and is a superbowl champion. Wanted him to have a great sandwich for the game. DoorDash sucks.

Did not receive what we ordered! Filed a dispute on the order with a PICTURE of what was received and a PICTURE of the receipt with what was received. They declined to issue a refund. Will file dispute through my cc.

Terrible customer service. I ordered breakfast from Tim Hortons and the lid from the coffee came off during delivery and partially emptied the coffee on my sandwiches and soaked them. Made them inedible. I called customer service and they kept placing me on hold (about 8 times) and eventually said they could only give me a $5 credit. My entire breakfast was ruined and inedible yet that was all they would do. Terrible customer service! I have cancelled my Dashpass and will eventually close my account but I am NEVER going to use them again. UberEats will be my goto service from now on.

I'm not using doordash again. I place a order for Joe's pizza on Friday for a large meat lovers the delivery driver name Paula never delivered it I call Joe's n told them to watch out for her she is keeping customers orders then I contacted Customer Service they are a joke from overseas no HELP THERE. I hope that driver Chok on my order Paula is a thief!!!

People complain about gas being $5/gal but they will Doordash a sub and pay $40.... smh..... can't make this stuff up.... have lost hope in humanity... smh.....

Doordash delivered to the wrong house, and the image was clearly different from the other ones, yet they still refused a refund. My house isn't even hard to find and the numbers are easily visible from the street for anyone that should reasonably be driving. Had to go through my bank to get it sorted out.

I wouldn’t even give one star, horrible customer service and I will never use door dash again twice now my food has been messed up and guess they don’t care and say they are going to refund then actually refund it but take it away and are rude and careless app deleted don’t waste your time it’s a waste of $$ and the service is awful 😞

The delivery driver won’t answer a phone call or a text message when you’re trying to figure out where your food is. It’s been two hours since I’ve ordered and still haven’t heard anything or gotten my food. The guys name is Douglas and he don’t speak English only Spanish. I’ll never order through DoorDash again. Just ended up cancelling the order

If your a doordash driver and complain against customer supports for not doing their jobs, they will reduce your rates and delivers. By the way they DO “ steal” your tips. Want be good dasher? You gotta be a obedient “ dog”. Yup it sucks.

There are people who work for DoorDash who have stolen my order but there are also so many good dashers who are going through so much, I know this dasher Mindy, she’s raising 4 kids by herself and the only money she’s getting is from the tips of DoorDash.

I'm done with this company. I live right up the hill from Starbucks. I placed an order and the driver picked it up and drove to Waltham border before dropping mine off. That means my food and drink got called for 25 minutes when it would have been here in 2 if he went to my house first. It would have added less than 1 minute to the other delivery. Instead, he added 23 minutes to mine. I gave a 4.50 tip for a 2 minute (1 mile) drive.

Doordash is the worst I ordered food and they took my money off my card and the order never went through called customer service and they don't want to fix there problem telling me to call my bank and now I'm out of my money! About to go to better business bureau!

They constantly mess up picking our orders. These include losing our order, not checking the order, things missing from the order, ect. They provide horrible customer service when we call for assistance and the drivers are shady and unreliable.

I have never written a bad review before. While placing our order tonight it was suggested we also add alcohol pick up from a second location to our order. In which we did. The driver arrives ask for ID which we provide and when we told him we are missing part of the order he just said sorry I don’t understand and refused to have any further conversation about this. We called customer service to have another driver pick up the order (we didn’t even want a refund just our order) in which the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and said because it was less than $25 we couldn’t receive a refund and they wouldn’t issue another driver. In which we then asked if they could confirm the order even went through to the company and could we just go pick up the order ourselves in which they said no they couldn’t tell us that. So then we called the company to confirm if they had gotten the order in which they said they had but were confused because the door dasher marked it as complete and so did door dash. Basically just stealing our money for lack of better words. While on the phone with door dash I asked so what keeps your drivers accountable to actually complete the orders? Or does door dash just profit off of stealing peoples money because you make them check off a box saying if it’s less than $25 you won’t issue a restocking fee? I find this to be incredibly scammy customer service and business. You won’t refund, you won’t send another driver, and you can’t even tell your customer if the order was even sent to the company they ordered from so that they can pick it up themselves. Meaning you actively provide no resolution for the customer simply so you can keep their money.

tried to sneakily get me to resume dashpass and wouldn't let me order any food without it; had to end up canceling the dashpass fully (it was paused) before being able to order.. sneaky bug; each time i try to order now, it auto checks the "resume dashpass" which is annoying.. horrible

DoorDash is trash!!! Their customer support when garbage! I wouldn’t recommend using them under any circumstances! Absolute nightmare to deal with!!!
