I ordered food they charge me for everything and didn’t send me the items Instead they send me the receipt that they write in that we are out of the item after 1 hour waiting for my food I contacted with costumer support they didn’t even resolve the problem

Ordered food on evening and paid an extra fee for quick delivery. The order hadnt even been picked up by the delivery time so I contacted the driver. He said he just finishing work somewhere else and used lol. Then proceeded to cancel my order. I called support to let them know and the guy said the store is probably closed. I said now it is not 45min ago. Then the doordash support just hung up. Don't expect to get your food with door dash...

There is really not enough I can say to warn you to stay away - far far away - from DoorDash. I used them for awhile a few years ago. Unfortunately my account was hacked and they weren’t any assistance. I had to close the card I had on file and dispute them with my bank. Well, recently my husband passed. A caring co-worker wanted to give me a way to feed my family of four without stress. I asked for them to use anything but DoorDash, they unfortunately defaulted to DoorDash. I figured since I had the gift I would make the attempt to use DoorDash again. Two nights in a row now I have had my deliveries wrong. Night one was just missing some items, DoorDash’s response, no problem here is your refund. Done that simple. I didn’t have the food to feed my family as need but we made it work. Tonight I ordered again, hoping for zero issues. Not my luck, tonight I got someone else’s order, 100% wrong order. DoorDash response this time, tuff not our problem NO refund. I got an order of three chicken finger, fries and a drink to feed a family of four that spent +$75. So now, I’m out the gift to feed my family and the actual food to feed them. They just don’t care, unfortunately until the business stop working with them they will never change, I have read so many reviews it is extremely clear they just don’t care.

I ordered a huge order, received someone elses order with a different name on the receipt and was only I item, while I ordered 5 meals. Called the driver, no answer, messaged driver, no answer, called restaurant and found out a driver stile my order for themselves and stole a different order and delivered it to my doorstep! Called doordash customer service, was told they aren't reordering meal or giving a refund because they see nothing wrong.bI sent them a picture of the receipt in the bag with a different n

DOORDASH IS AWFUL!! A dasher mistakenly took my order to the wrong door here in my apartment complex. It’s sad that the customers cannot get in contact with the dashers when something like this goes wrong. DoorDash did not want to give me back my refund after I’ve called they told me it would take an hour for me to get a refund back after that hour I called back and the customer representative told me it would take 24 hours for them to investigate 😡😡!!! Why do I have to ask for my hard earned money back due to someone else’s mistake when I reached out to them several times with no reply back from the dasher??? I WILL NEVER IN LIFE GO THROUGH DOORDASH AGAIN!!!

Doordash obviously maintains employment of incompetent non caring delivery drivers. People who will leave your unattended food on a wet porch, were crows squirrels and other rodents can have access to your paid for products. When you are clearly able to determine on your profile how your food or products are to be drop off. Leaving unattended food is a food safety issue! I will no longer use their services. Due incompetent non caring individuals they employ. They obviously could careless about food safety, and your well-being or else they would mandate their employs to adhere to all drop-off instructions or risk termination. This isn't the third time, but its my last time!

Got a DoorDash gift card for B-day and we went to use today. Got to final step "payment" and entered Gift card PIN# as instructed and rejected, tried multiple times[?]. Called DoorDash customer service and spoke with 2 persons' as first person passed me off to 2nd person woman who insisted I'd already used up the $150 credit. I explained this was my first time setting up a DoorDash account, my first time using my gift card & where did I supposedly use it up - which she could not tell me. I said its a mistake in their system and if they could not confirm where the card was used to please put the $150 credit back on the card. Although I was polite the woman then hung up on me. I called my sister who gave me the giftcard and asked her to cancel the charge on Amazon where she purchased & just call in a credit to our favorite restaurant. FYI Doordash charges to the order we were going to place at restuarant 3 blocks away was $19 delivery, $9 tip and the food was marked up an additional $8.50 + tax from the regular prices so about $37+ for the delivery had the card worked.

It seems to me if one is going to have a job working with people/general public, he or she should have a firm grasp on the language predominately spoken in the country where he or she works. SOOooo frustrating to deal with a dasher who spoke no English and was trying to deliver to a business in a big office building. Called to complain, and the guy in customer service barely spoke English, but his native tongue was different from the dasher about whom I was trying to complain. No more DoorDash for us.

Imo they are a shady scam of a company who illegally takes your money without providing a service. Numerous times the door dasher drops off my food at a different house. I call to get a refund and have even offered to send them pics of my house and the house they left the food at and the charged me but declined my refund.

They suck. Don't doordash as it will take you forever to get paid. They don't speak English well at all. I've Bern fighting with them since 830 AM this morning just trying to get paid for the work I did.

I finally learned my lesson. Don't ever DoorDash. The food will be soggy. The food will be cold. You will throw your French Fries immediately into the trash. There is nothing good about this business. And the prices are just plain ridiculous. Never again will I DoorDash....and the restaurants would be smart not to get involved with this horrible business. It really is that Bad.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Waited over an hour for order. Discovered I received someone else's order. The driver came back for the order ( at 1 1/2 hours) I received, planning to take it to the person that got my order and trade it then bring my original order (around the 2 hour point). I refused the order because it had been opened and was cold. I cancelled and asked for a refund. Being hungry still, I reordered and received it in a timely manner. Doordash then refused to refund on the original order. I appealed it and was denied again. I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service who couldn't under stand why I wouldn't accept a 2 hour old order, that had been handled by someone else and was cold. The next working day, I contacted my bank, requested a charge back, and got my money returned. I have since deleted the Doordash account. I was disappointed since I had used the app for years with no problem. Do better Doordash. .

I installed there app on my phone I never ordered any food I deleted the app and I was somehow signed up for doorpass subscription 11.29$/ monrh was coming out of my account. Very crooked and shady no emails saying they took monthly payments .

Door dash is a scam and the people workin for them are too it has been multiple occasions where I stiffed on my order and wasn’t compensated or refunded and I was told they didn’t have to so I just basically had to deal with it that’s not professional nor is it fair customer service

My order arrived an hour later than originally said. It took two hours to deliver my food and I am very upset. I tried to cancel, but my drivers phone would not pick up. Overall terrible.

I can’t believe the experience I just had with Sonu from customer service support. I had a monthly 9.99 charge on my account during my free trial and I was calling to dispute it with proof of the charge on my account and free trial until Nov 22, 2024. Sonu did not listen to me from the very beginning. In order to reverse the charge he canceled my account. I never asked him to cancel the account, which subsequently canceled my free trial. I was getting to asking him to reverse the charge. Then he said I asked him to cancel and tried to debate me. This was his mistake. He never accepted responsibility and said he could either refund me or connect me to his boss. I asked him to do both but he said he couldn’t. This is totally ridiculous. I need customer service management respond to me right away.

We ordered 2 bottles of wine. Door dasher did not read the notes regarding a gate code. I called this driver and he sounded high or drunk. I then called an 1800number and out of 45 dollars they returned 9. Because they wanted to pay the driver to buy alcohol and drugs again. And a restocking fee to put 2 bottles where they came from. We just canceled and are happy to leave.

I ordered 2 bags of cat food. Only 1 was delivered. They left the other one at the store and no Door Dash manager would have anyone deliver the other one. They said I need to go pick it up and hung up on me. I tipped well and they kept it. ☹️
