Horrible to work for. Today was my first day. I got 3 deliveries which went smooth, although none of those tipped, hmmm. What they considered my 4th delivery made my phone ring, but nothing came up on the screen. My acceptance rating went down and my shift was ended. I contacted support and was told I denied the order, ended my shift, and I would have to reschedule another shift after driving 25 minutes to where my shift was and waiting to be engaged with work for an hour. In another message from support while I was typing to them, I was told I'm obviously occupied doing something else. I told them I had just sent them a message a minute prior. I also let them know they are not supportive of their new drivers and were discriminating against me for not typing lightning fast. It is disgusting how they treat their drivers. It's even more disgusting as a customer how high their prices are. They add at least 35 to 50% to prices plus charge fees.

I would give them minus stars if I could. All of a sudden any type of payments I try to use stopped working. Two weeks of regular calls to their „support“ and nobody could help with anything. They could not even help with restoring password! Even talking to a supervisor did not help at all! He was clueless and helpless as well. I can’t believe they don’t have an IT support of any kind at all.

Deleted app. look at all these reviews. they ripped me off for 100. talked to 3 different people. they never refunded or called me back. what a piece of s*** company. If you get scammed into ordering from a store thats to far away dispute the charges with your bank like I did!!!! WHAT A SCAM! that's dirty. Report Door dash.

I am a dasher, and several times the app has glitches and gave wrong address for pickup, and another time went to pick up an order and restaurant said someone else picked it up, seems every time you call support your ratings go down. Spoke to support, first person claimed they called the restaurant as order wasn't in system, the second person tells me that am at wrong location, but this is where was directed to come to , then go to other location and rating drops and receive violation for late delivery??!!?! Even customer said that same thing has happened to 3 other drivers!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didnt get what I ordered, called about 15 times to report it and demand my money back and they said NOPE. WHO DOES THAT?!? YOU got my order wrong! WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAD TO THROW AWAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've never had an issue with any DoorDash drivers. It's the company itself. On 2/2, we ordered food from a fast food Mexican restaurant. With all the fees and tip it came out to around $53.00. One week later, we ordered the same food/order from the same restaurant and the total came to over $71.00. It wasn't the restaurant that increased its prices, it was DoorDash - increased the food prices listed on its website as well as the delivery fee and other fees. So, in one week, my order was almost $20 more. My husband is disabled so it's hard for us to get out.

After making an order, I was later informed that it was cancelled. The whole process was incredibly confusing as I only received a message stating I would be refunded for part of the order. When I enquired, the staff were not informative and cut me off twice, after the second staff member telling me it would take 7 days to get my refund. Finally a third staff member responded with a less than impressive response. This is not the first disappointing incident with DoorDash and I doubt it would be the last if I didn’t cancel my account

After waiting more than 2 hrs and getting my order delivered to the wrong address and my driver completely ignoring me I never got a refund of any sort. I was charged an express delivery fee, delivery fee and service fee. For WHAT? Not only should that be refunded but the whole amount. The stress from this company is uncalled for and my dealings completely blown off. Never dealing w this co again

I was a loyal doordash customer until FOUR times in a row they said the "burger" I ordered was not available. I called and complained and they refused to make it right. I know the drivers lied because I called the market and spoke to the meat department. After a 2and request for things to be made right I was mad and cursed a bit. They blocked my account owing me $56 in fees paid and told me the only way I could get the credit was to place an order, however I couldnt order because my account was blocked. I asked them to refund my bank account and they refused. I have since used Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Instacart with no issues . By the way I am a senior citizen on a fixed income with limited ways to get around. My wife passed in August of 2023 so I need these delivery services. Stay away from doordash as they steal from seniors and dont dont deliver what you order. They cover for their drivers lies too.

I ordered 50 dollars of food for me and 2 coworkers only to have the door dasher steal our food!! Never delivered and now I have to wait 7 building days to get my money back!! Doordash sucks!!

If I could rate 0 I would. DoorDash is just filled with thieves, I’d advise not to trust DoorDash. Foods always missing from orders. Ordered from Panera today for some soup because I’m sick, and the dasher Madeline stole my almost $50 order.

Most of the reviews i have read on here are mostly customer error or long wait times at the facility where the order was placed. door dash deliverers couldn't possibly deliver your order to your home if you had entered your work address, they don't have nor save that information. The tip is available at check out so the driver can see if it will be profitable to accept the order, I'm sure most people can understand basic economics but for those who can't its simply that the dash base pay barley covers the drivers fuel and i bet you wouldn't go work all week simply for fuel to and from. I'm just simply saying some of you are some whiny petty little BITC***!!! It's not personal so just accept sometimes shi* happens don't let it ruin your day! And thanks to all the great dashers that go unrecognized!!!

Incompetent, Lazy and Dishonest Delivered to wrong address, lied to deny responsibility. Refund takes 10-12 business days. If your hungry now don't use this service.

I have had too many issues with DoorDash. I will never be using them again. I will just go pick up my food from now on. Every single time I order, something is messed up. Today, my first order was lost by the driver. The driver said that I have to cancel because it isn’t his fault. When I go to cancel, it says I won’t receive a refund because the order has already been picked up even though my Dasher said he didn’t have it. I reordered from the same place and got my original order refunded from the support team. My second dasher roamed around for 10 minutes trying to find my VERY clearly labeled apartment. Then he delivered to the wrong building. I asked him to bring it to me and it took him 10 more minutes and by that time my food was cold. THEN I go to bite into my food and it was completely made wrong and I almost gagged because it contained ingredients that I despise. DoorDash is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Just go get your own food, it isn’t worth the hassle.

Sent my order to be delivered to my work. They delivered it to my house instead and then lied that I said to deliver there. Refused refund of over 80 dollars. Never again door dash

I would give 0 if I could. Overpriced , unreliable with 0 customer service scam. Any time I order food , it arrives with missing items, spilled , or something else. But the worse part that they cancel your order for no reason at the time of the arrival. The driver probably get a “ better deal” and just gives up on your order. It happened to me a few times . I was left with no lunch . They don’t even apologize or explain the reason for the cancellation. The will offer you to order ( and pay!!) again. That’s all you can get. Biggest scam! Deleted this horrible app and highly recommended anyone to do the same thing. There are many other services that are not so bad.

My dasher crystal she when through he'll trying to get my order when it didn't pop up on there screen she stayed there for about 20 mins just to have them remake my order plz when you get her give her a good tip and review she is amazing
