“Placed an order that meet the minimum requirements for free delivery. The store was out of an item so the min order requirement was not met so they added the delivery fee and a service charge!! When I reached out for help, was out and out lied to, not just once but twice by two different people stating that in order to receive the discounts you have to use the same card that you pay for your subscription. Both agents abruptly ended my chat so I requested a manager. The manager then called me the next day, provided me with a $5 credit and again, abruptly ended our conversation. What happened to customer service and care? Done with you!”

“DoorDash, it's not worth the value that it claims. DoorDash had two drivers pick up from the same restaurant--what a ball of confusion, so they wound up canceling my delivery, because another driver had picked up the order, but I never received anything from DoorDash. Had I known the restaurant used DoorDash, I would have explored other options. They didn't deserve the tip, as they never delivered the order--crooks!”

“False advertisement! Beware! Ordered a coffee grinder based on the picture displayed. When I received the actual item -completely different model. Was denied refund with no specific reason. I will never use doordash again.”

“***WARNING!!!! I will NEVER order from another restaurant that uses Door Dash!!! Today is the 2nd time Door Dash was going to deliver my food order and the other order was just last month. Just like my 1st order it was not delivered even though I received confirmation that “someone” has delivered it! Door Dash would not talk to me when I called them. When the text came in it stated “your order was handed over to you”. The driver put “his” phone number in this text too in case I had any questions. When I called the drivers phone number it immediately dropped my phone call. I also sent two texts to this same phone number and I didn’t receive any texts back from “Ryan”.”

“I did not receive my complete order and DoorDash and their analytical research decided to make me the fault for my order missing. They told me that they would not refund my money. I didn't say my full order was gone so I'm out of money and food and I will no longer support this company.”

“I used doordash alot, But i will never order from these absolute thieves ever again, i usually used it at work and rarely at home, i accidently sent my order to the wrong address, realized within a few minutes and cancelled the order to find out that i wouldn't be getting a refund, even after getting ahold of customer service, they said no and when i began complaining just spammed me with "i will record this for feedback" . They took $40 from my account, and i got No food, and a big F. U. From their customer service.. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?”

“An unlicensed, most likely uninsured driver crashed into my parked car during a delivery, DoorDash is sending me in circles and not giving me answers or solutions. They clearly poorly vet their drivers. Customer service does not help at all. They just “route your complaint up”. To who exactly?!??! They unnecessarily make you wait around on emails and calls from people who continue to make you wait more.”

“Had to cancel an order and was told my refund would go to my original payment method and when I checked their confirmation email, it said they were going to apply the refund as a credit to my DD account. Took me 20 minutes and 2 support agents to supposedly make the credit go to my credit card. They have the worst service, ridiculous fees and still they want you to come back. NOT THIS TIME.”

“I ordered from doordash and never received my food. I called twice to let them know both times I was told I'll get a refund but got denied by email both times. How???? If the customer is telling you they didn't get their food. And there is no picture of my food being delivered! And on top of that the driver didn't answer the call when I called him twice by the way and didn't answer the phone when doordash rep called... You definitely lost a customer! Something is wrong with this. Is this how yall gain by stealing?”
