“I was a loyal doordash customer until FOUR times in a row they said the "burger" I ordered was not available. I called and complained and they refused to make it right. I know the drivers lied because I called the market and spoke to the meat department. After a 2and request for things to be made right I was mad and cursed a bit. They blocked my account owing me $56 in fees paid and told me the only way I could get the credit was to place an order, however I couldnt order because my account was blocked. I asked them to refund my bank account and they refused. I have since used Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Instacart with no issues . By the way I am a senior citizen on a fixed income with limited ways to get around. My wife passed in August of 2023 so I need these delivery services. Stay away from doordash as they steal from seniors and dont dont deliver what you order. They cover for their drivers lies too.”

“I ordered 50 dollars of food for me and 2 coworkers only to have the door dasher steal our food!! Never delivered and now I have to wait 7 building days to get my money back!! Doordash sucks!!”

“If I could rate 0 I would. DoorDash is just filled with thieves, I’d advise not to trust DoorDash. Foods always missing from orders. Ordered from Panera today for some soup because I’m sick, and the dasher Madeline stole my almost $50 order.”

“Most of the reviews i have read on here are mostly customer error or long wait times at the facility where the order was placed. door dash deliverers couldn't possibly deliver your order to your home if you had entered your work address, they don't have nor save that information. The tip is available at check out so the driver can see if it will be profitable to accept the order, I'm sure most people can understand basic economics but for those who can't its simply that the dash base pay barley covers the drivers fuel and i bet you wouldn't go work all week simply for fuel to and from. I'm just simply saying some of you are some whiny petty little BITC***!!! It's not personal so just accept sometimes shi* happens don't let it ruin your day! And thanks to all the great dashers that go unrecognized!!!”

“I have had too many issues with DoorDash. I will never be using them again. I will just go pick up my food from now on. Every single time I order, something is messed up. Today, my first order was lost by the driver. The driver said that I have to cancel because it isn’t his fault. When I go to cancel, it says I won’t receive a refund because the order has already been picked up even though my Dasher said he didn’t have it. I reordered from the same place and got my original order refunded from the support team. My second dasher roamed around for 10 minutes trying to find my VERY clearly labeled apartment. Then he delivered to the wrong building. I asked him to bring it to me and it took him 10 more minutes and by that time my food was cold. THEN I go to bite into my food and it was completely made wrong and I almost gagged because it contained ingredients that I despise. DoorDash is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Just go get your own food, it isn’t worth the hassle.”

“Sent my order to be delivered to my work. They delivered it to my house instead and then lied that I said to deliver there. Refused refund of over 80 dollars. Never again door dash”

“I would give 0 if I could. Overpriced , unreliable with 0 customer service scam. Any time I order food , it arrives with missing items, spilled , or something else. But the worse part that they cancel your order for no reason at the time of the arrival. The driver probably get a “ better deal” and just gives up on your order. It happened to me a few times . I was left with no lunch . They don’t even apologize or explain the reason for the cancellation. The will offer you to order ( and pay!!) again. That’s all you can get. Biggest scam! Deleted this horrible app and highly recommended anyone to do the same thing. There are many other services that are not so bad.”

“Ordered $119 worth of food with door dash, the food never arrived, the resteraunt never got the order and Door dash will not refund the money, These people are crooks, do not use unless you want to be ripped off also. We had to borrow eggs from a neighbour to feed the kids”

“Doordash certainly doesn't give a flying F about the customers. They don't care about service, satisfaction or integrity. It took so long for my food to get to me that I had to reheat it in my fryer. I wish we didn't have to tip at all. The containers are so soggy they are falling apart. They shouldn't get a tip until you actually get your food.”

“Doordash... 2 orders... 2 failures... both times drivers LOST. 2nd time, driver extremely RUDE after getting LOST on a delivery only HALF A MILE AWAY! Never again will I order from Doordash or any business using them. Doordash sucks!”

“The company has zero respect for their clients . I have been a loyal customer for years. Spending way more than i should have . I placed an order the day prior for over 200$ as i was hosting a party . The fact that they didn’t even reach out to me to let me know the order was able to be filled is ridiculous. After contacting the company and letting them know i haven’t received my order they kept saying “ i will receive Your feedback” . Zero cares . I’m disgusted with the treatment . I urge everyone to use a different service provider before this happens to you.”

“For one Tips are based on quality of services rendered, who heard of tipping before you receive Services? It completely backwards and so wrong! After placing and Order and an was accepted was updated order was being prepared. Dasher was assigned and was waiting at location. While Dasher was waiting, Doordash assigned and Bundled another Order with mine and you would think at the minimum my Order which came 1st would be delivered first, but noooo Dasher leaves and takes another over my order and my food is delivered 30 minutes later than the estimated time I was given! You can't make promises and not deliver... In sales or retail a vital rule for success is never give hope and take it away, don't over promise and never perform to standards on which you wish to be judged. This has happened 2x's now and the 1st time Dasher delivered it to the wrong address and proof was evident by picture of food left at Door wasn't my door evan though Dasher was informed was wrong door wrong building. What happened to this company? The level of care and services has declined rapidly and more like that of a Used Car Dealer who rips people off. I have a couple of Solutions one is when the Tip comes up, make it a range with a minimum amount amd a maximum based on the services That Were given, Who TIPS before services are rendered is Ludacris and Not Expected. 2nd is ask if want to get your order bundled before you place an order! Doordash has serverly lost it credibility.”

“The door dasher delivered my food to the wrong address. They took a picture of my food at the wrong address. I notified the driver that I did not get my food. The driver returned to grab food at the wrong address that had been sitting outside unattended for several minutes. I requested a refund from the door dash, and I was denied.”

“Lousy. Don't count on getting your order. This is the third time I've not received food. It has been delivered to the WRONG address and DoorDash DOES NOT offer to replace the order in a timely manner. There is no one to speak with all automated. Sorry company.”

“Horrible service. The last two drivers I had couldn't even speak English, except to say "Door Dash" and "la puerta." The last one was also really rude. And the fees are ridiculous. I decided to save money and aggravation by just picking up my own food. Screw Door Dash.”
