I ordered long John’s silvers $60 order. The driver “delivered” my order. But the photo he sent was not my house, so I immediately called the driver and told them they didn’t drop it off at the right house. He replied “oh I’m sorry you will have to call customer service” and he refused to turn around and bring me my order. When I finally found the house he pictured there was no one home and no food on the porch. The driver stole our food after deliberately dropping it at the wrong house. To complete his order. And now door dash is refusing to refund me the $60 I spent for food I didn’t receive and was stolen by their driver. So the driver while my $60 food order. And doordash stole my $60. Great customer service and their drivers are nothing but theifs. Everytime we used doordash something is missing or we don’t get our food. Photo attached below shows where the long John’s silver was dropped compared to the KFC ORDER that did deliver to us the same evening. Clearly not the right house!!!
