“Last night, for my birthday, I ordered dinner for delivery through DoorDash. The restaurant got my dinner wrong, and clearly did not read the customization notes that were clear and in all caps. My birthday dinner was inedible, and I had to resort to something else. DoorDash denied my request for a refund!!! I canceled DoorDash and highly suggest nobody use them as they are thieves and scammers who do not have any customer service.”

“I hate this company. I ordered food with drinks. Dasher provided pick as well as myself. The 6.75 lemonades were not sent. I contacted door dash who stated that they had to review my case but I should provide them pics of what I received. I did and they sent me an email stating upon investigation, they cannot offer a refund. What do you mean. I had to dispute charge with my bank to get my money back. Never dealing with this corrupt company again.”

“Will never use again. I put in an order an hour before the store closed. They kept sending me txt saying that their employee was waiting on my order. Then an half hour after it was closed they tell me they cancelled cause their employee didn't make it in time. Now every restaurant in town is closed. I have no food. And they took my money for 3 to 5 days. I'll never use this service again”

“They CRY ALL the time that they need drivers, but FAIL to employ drivers. Might be the NUMBER ONE REASON why people don't get deliveries and/or get INCOMPETENT service...”

“They will make you pay on order you never got they thieves there is no other word to describe there is no one to talk with they will torture you until you break down and stop calling them and accept the fact that you paid money on order you never received so yourself favour and avoid from them”

“My food was left at a neighbor’s house. By the time we found it the food was cold and not fit to eat. Door dash would not offer a refund or bring me fresh food. They will not do anything to make this right. I waisted my money. I should have ordered my food from Grubhub.”

“I had a bug on the bottom of my pizza which I threw out in disgust outside in trash immediately. Door dash would not refund my order partially without picture. I am out twenty dollars and will never use door dash or La Bella Pizza again.”

“This company needs to be shutdown. The app states “someone 18+ to collect” an alcohol order, the rejected it because my 22 year old brother was at the door to collect it and not me. Not only did the not refund my money but the store says it was never returned. Over 10 different conversations (calls and online chats) all offering no help and ending conversations early to get away with it. DoorDash is a massive scam and they are stealing with no intentions of actually helping. I’ve gone to fair trading and I recommend everyone else does to. They can’t get away with how often this is happening to so many other people.”

“Door Dash shouldn't be able to take your money, immediately cancel the order, then make you wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I mean come on guys, you're not delivering the product but you're taking my money. Furthermore, if restaurants are not doing Door Dash orders because they're busy, they shouldn't be accepting the orders in the first place. Going to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money faster.”

“I ordered from Logans Roadhouse in Fort Myers Fl., second time. The doordash driver arrived with some type of party platter, that actually had not one item i ordered. She called , im assuming doordash and was told to leave it any ways. I added it up close to 300.00 worth of food. But none of it was mine and i never receivedmy order and after contacting the great scammer doordash, they said they delivered it and the case is closed. I gave the food to the local mission. Doordashis and always be a scam. Use grubhub, ubeats or anyone except Doordash.”

“It always pisses me off when companies can take you money without a problem but when it time to refund it’s 5-7 business days. I wanted over an hour for my DoorDash order to be placed and picked up. The store in which I’m trying to buy food from has been open for at least an hour and a half. But DoorDash continuously pushed my order further back. When I finally had enough and canceled my order they sent me a message stating that my refund has been sent back to the original payment method, which was fine. I’m waiting for my refund and nothing. I call DoorDash support they’re telling me 5-7 business day. Wtf if you can take my money immediately you should be able to refund my money in the same speed. This completely unacceptable.”

“I find my 30 hours a week job as a dasher ,has enhanced my life totally in my lil community of Smithfield Virginia greatly , i love meeting folks ( or not) n do my lil dance in view of camera doorbell n make several dollars but cheer someone same time! What’s wrong with that?! n U stay busy w blessings from above”

“I order with Doordarsh all the time I just ordered from taco bell my food was Ice cold missing special instructions and I ordered and iced cinnamon delight coffee which was not available once driver arrived so I switched to the hot one it was disgusting no flavor had no sugar or creamer and burnt like it sat there all day”

“I ordered from Jak's Beer and Wine, I wasn't called. The order never arrived. I was still charged for items I never received. I was not even allowed to dispute with Door Dash. I'm out $50, this is not good business.”

“I ordered Wendys through the App and it never fails something always goes wrong, always missing items Etc but tonight my order was stolen and according to Wendy’s it was remade the dasher called apparently but both the first and second order was never delivered!! Only solution was a refund that takes 7 to 12 days I’m not rich so I order again potato missing, Wendy’s says it was there but remade it. Has to be a better way to monitor the deliveries. To protect everyone bc this is wrong. After 3 hours on the phone angry, hungry family and 7 to 12 days. Do better!!! I know that driver took both of them orders.”

“Driver picked up another delivery when mine was scheduled for 30mins earlier. So he ends up bringing my food 45 minutes later instead of the original 21-25 minutes and leaves it outside the building gate because he didn't read the directions that had the code. Someone took the food and I never got it. I called DoorDash twice and both times received an email with refund denied. Removed app today. Done!”

“How does door dash stay in business? They can never find the address I put in! Also I had big plans for Valentine’s Day and put an order in 4 hours ahead of time. The restaurant couldn’t fill my order because they were too busy so they let DoorDash know at 2:02 pm and Door Dash didn’t let me know until 5:00!!! So basically I was screwed for my dinner plans because everywhere else was full by that point! I’ll never trust door dash again! Thanks for ruining my Valentine’s Day!”
