“DoorDash cannot seem to deliver an order either at all, or at least to the correct address. (We have a street front house with easily visible number markings, so I’m sure that’s not the problem.) On two separate occasions we have been out of food and also having to wait 5-7 days to receive a refund. The last order that I will EVER place with DoorDash ended with a picture from our dasher 3 doors down from ours, taken from the road. I asked this neighbor if they had seen our food and they said no, and that they haven’t had anyone even pull into their driveway. Once again out of the food and stuck waiting 5-7 days for a refund. Very frustrating especially after trying to deal with their non helpful customer service, and their drivers, which seem to be impossible to get ahold of. Just save yourself the headache and stay away from DoorDash.”

“Terrible Scam. Put order through without me clicking any approval, filled in a default $15 tip. Refused to cancel when I contacted customer service, and very rude.”

“My order was supposed to be bundled but when I checked out it wasn't and they refused to do anything about it. So I had to pay separate fees and tip for each order.”

“I ordered my food to be delivered to my job. It clearly said hand it to me. The food never made it to me. The driver claimed they dropped it outside and their camera wasn't working(conveniently)lastly the driver didn't speak English so the communication was terrible.”

“The drivers do not follow instructions, groceries they choose not good quality and customer service do not help as they don't care much of the customers. Hidden fees and fraudulent fees are charged without you knowing.”

“Order never deliver driver named Rin delivered to the wrong address, he called me and I gave him my address and he never showed up with it I called door dash cs and spoke with ass hole who pretty much said I couldn’t have a refund. Rin marked the order as delivered although bye knew it was not!”

“We ordered from Burger King and received someone else’s order! I sent them the receipt and pics of the food that was in the bag and they denied my refund! Their drivers mistake and I am out the money and food since it is so late! I contacted the driver.. no response! I contacted the customer service several times. I’m very frustrated! This has happened so many times along with my order being up the street or completely wrong!”

“Was using this service more after Covid. It was okay except the fees are high. The biggest problem is not being able to contact the driver sometimes. Today I needed to change the address and the driver could not be contacted. Eventually he called me but did not speak enough English to receive changed address so he hung up on me and delivered to the wrong address.”

“Horrible service they just cancel your order out of no where like 10 min before delivery. Dasher Adriana G is horrible so if you’re in the Oxnard area be careful with her She makes lies and cancelled orders and says the restaurant is closing when they damn close super late and my order was at 7pm so not near closing time. And trying to keep the tip ha I called doordash to report her and because the order was cancelled there’s nothing they can do to report her How does that work so I’m putting her out here ADRIANA G FROM OXNARD DOOR DASH IN VENTURA COUNTY BE CAREFUL WITH HER!!!!!”

“Although the app showed my order was delivered, it was not. There waa no picture of the order either. I reached out to DD and one of the options was redelivery, which I chose. The Dasher reached out to let me know there was no order. She cancelled the "redelivery." I reached out to DD and they offered credits toward the next order. Customers should not be forced to accept credits for cancellation of "redeliveries" due to no fault of their own. After having my chat sessions ended twice, I called customer service and was able to get a refund. Two hours spent, waiting for food-I never got and having to debate about "credits" is too much of a hassle.”

“We had DoorDash for our pizza place, what a mistake. We phoned for help over ordering not coming through our clover system and tonight they actually yelled and called us liers. Never again will we use them for our deliveries”

“TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY Doordash charges me hidden fees AFTER I confirm my order. Customer service refuses to refund and hangs up on me after forcing me to accept a credit instead when I said I no longer had confidence in doing business with them.”

“My order was from inexpensive Mexican restaurant. Received my food short 99 cent dressing and 2.99 relish. I told DD and they refused to refund my money. My ticket from the actual restaurant did not list these items. So I realize that DD charged me for the items and did not call them in when they placed my order but charged me. I know it’s only $4 but when DD does this to a lot of people, it adds up. After the $8 tip, $3.95 fee, and $4 missing food, never again. I don’t trust DD.”

“Promos that show up in my account online aren't eligible through the app and vice versa. Also was given $5 in DoorDash credit which shows up in my online acct. but not in the app. Also, promos will show up and when I go to use them I'm told my account isn't eligible.”

“They overcharge from the menu..The sandwich is 11.00 at the restaurant but DoorDorks jacks the price to 13.75..ALL items are jacked we ended up paying more than 20.00 for the food than the restaurant charges...NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM DOORDASH. The restaurant was out of chicken salad and we got charged for something we didnt get too. FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND LAST...GOING ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO LAMBAST”

“I placed a Door dash order at 3:40 PM. The ETA was 4:13. The restaurant was 1 mile from my house. The Tracker showed the dasher picking up my order driving past my house and then stopping 3 miles from my house. The dasher stayed at that stop an hour. The screenshot of the tracker says the dasher was waiting on the food. I called the restaurant & the had dasher picked up the food at 4:08. My food ETA kept being pushed later and later. Eventually, the tracker updated the dasher location even further away from my house. I called Door Dash customer service. After 10 minutes on the phone , DD finally cancelled my order and issued a refund. Which I won't see for 7 to 10 days! Someone somewhere is eating free food this afternoon and I'm short $40 for over a week!”

“I fell into the trap the door dash pass which I was billed $11.49 every month on my visa. When I realized this was a monthly fee whether or not you use Door Dash I cancelled by canceling my subscription but today I see they are still charging 2 months later. I spoke to an agent today and was told they couldn’t find my cancellation. How convenient for them. I said I canceled my subscription again and they said that should be the end of it. I took a screen shot of our dialogue. Do I have to change credit cards to-get rid of them! .”
