I placed a Door dash order at 3:40 PM. The ETA was 4:13. The restaurant was 1 mile from my house. The Tracker showed the dasher picking up my order driving past my house and then stopping 3 miles from my house. The dasher stayed at that stop an hour. The screenshot of the tracker says the dasher was waiting on the food. I called the restaurant & the had dasher picked up the food at 4:08. My food ETA kept being pushed later and later. Eventually, the tracker updated the dasher location even further away from my house.
I called Door Dash customer service. After 10 minutes on the phone , DD finally cancelled my order and issued a refund. Which I won't see for 7 to 10 days! Someone somewhere is eating free food this afternoon and I'm short $40 for over a week!
