this is update to other review i was suppose to get a call from supervisor but havent heard from yet ive turned it over to bbb im deleting my account after i hear from bbb they wont even give me the food

You can't cancel an order in your cart. DOORDASH support recommends uninstall the app and reload the app again. There's something funny going on. Beware!!! I hope it's not to trap you inside the app itself.

I’ve been using DoorDash for several years and within the last 6 months they have dramatically declined in quality across the board. I used to be able to reach customer reps within minutes and now I have to fight a robot to speak with one. As a VIP member, I find that despicable. Often times the dashers switch hands one or even two times, delaying my order as much as an hour or more. It didn’t used to be like this. I canceled my membership and will tell all my friends and family to cancel theirs and go to Uber eats. It’s WAY better.

I will never order through Door dash again. Employees are rude, dumb and thieves. Always missing items and deliveries always take longer than expected. If there are 7 items on the receipt and you feel the bag is a bit light, check it, check with associates, "is this all of it?" Common sense people!

dashers regularly don't follow instructions. There's no point in having a section to give instructions. Support is lack luster and dismisses the issue with "we'll note the account". Nothing changes. Would not recommend.

I WILL NOT USE DOORDASH AGAIN. If it was possible to put no star I would. I made a 35 dollar order consisted of a large Dave's double meal, with large fries and a large sprite. Then a chicken biggie bag with water. When I received my order I got a chocolate milkshake, 8 piece spicy nugget, chili fries and a small cheeseburger. I don't like ice cream or chocolate, I don't like their chili so why the chili fries? I'm allergic to tomato so go figure that and I simply didn't want spicy nuggets. Nonetheless I got credited $6.54 out of a $24.91 order. I called the number last might at 7:30pm and they said they'd fix it. I woke up this morning nothing changed, so I called again. Yet, nothing. This is not the first time of having issues with doordash. I'm will not using doordash anymore nor do I recommend it to anyone else.

The drivers leave your food on the ground behind a gate. He didn’t take a pic of anything or call us then you wonder why p don’t want to tip them.

I'm surprised there, hasn't been a class action lawsuit yet. Against this company you're paying for things. They are not providing then keeping your money. And when you demand a refund for Express delivery that doesn't come during the time promised or a refund on food that's not being delivered. They will not refund it or they're offering you partial credit. This cannot possibly be legal. And if you don't contact them to get a refund on the Express delivery extra fee, you pay to have orders come faster, they don't refund that money even though they're fully aware of when your food was delivered they know it didn't come during the time promise, why do we the customers have to contact you and argue with you about a refund on a service we paid for that you did not provide. I can only imagine how much money this company has that they've kept that wasnt theirs to keep. It's theft, fraudulent, it's illegal. It's crazy to me. But they absolutely should have a civil lawsuit against them!! And whoever owns this company shame on you. I'm sure you are fully aware of how you've gotten rich keeping money through theft.

i recently accepted a free year through Amazon and now my cards keep getting declined I contacted customer service they are a joke and keep saying the same stuff over and over i have contacted them three different times with the same issues.

I order 3 items from Victoria secrets and they gave me Doordash adjustment of 33.52. I asked them what is that adjustment for? Am i not getting some of the item? So i guess they adjusted for two of the items which total gonna be 34.95 and i'm getting only 33.52. Thats straight up scam. They won't be tell me anything besides thankyou for choosing DoorDash and good bye for now. I cannot even upload the pictures, everytime i upload something it won't give me option to submit the review.Well i'm not using DoorDash anymore.

Irrespective company, the order was cancelled by the support but then refuse to any refund. Doordash is run by scammers and useless support.

Scam Alert! Beware of Double Charges: Doordash isn't just delivering food, they're delivering scams! I've been charged multiple times for a single order without any explanation. It's like they're sneaking extra charges hoping you won't notice. Shame on you, Doordash!

Have placed 3 total orders with DoorDash in the last 2 weeks and they can’t seem to get a simple order right. And now all of a sudden instead of credit (which it what was offered the first 2 times) they are only allowing a refund that will take according to them, 7-10 business days. So they pretty much stole money from me and refuse to refund the full amount.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We ordered and didn’t receive part of it, the items we did receive were barely warm. When contacting DoorDash, they could care less. This company does not care about the paying customer. Ridiculous

I’m tired of the 30 to 40% markup for their services to be straight trash. Then you won’t see your order for an excessive amount of time if there is no tip. Then upon receiving my order they are incorrect. I’m over it. I work hard as hell. I’m a professional chef and I make sure every order goes out as I wanted to. Why am I paying for something that cost 6.49 to be $17. I have had Dasher not bring my order. I’ve had items missing. I’ve had so many inconsistencies on this app and I pay out the ass for the service.

I advise no one not to work for door dash I went to another city to dash because door dash had me block from dashing in my town but as soon as got to a city in Durham to dash I weren't accepting orders because of the orders they where sending which was 2.50 for 7 miles I didn't accept by the time I came from the city to back to my city they deactivated my account because I was in a racism town its how people of citizenship have top priorities and authorities to get rid of you because you trying to make a living.

this site is a joke for retailers if you want a massive headache for minimal reward sure sign up, however if you value your time and sanity i would avoid it, nothing but hassle, customer service is absolutely useless, it took over a month for them to do our menu and they still missed at least 1/2 the products on it.

Delivered the wrong food then refused to make it right. ordered for my sales staff and had to order from somewhere else and lose work time. very unhappy. would not reccomend to anyone!!!!!!
