Horrible customer service and the supervisors/management is even worse! Worst experience ever and supervisor called me with music and a kid crying in the background. I also could not understand every other word they were saying. I have deleted my account, DoorDash has went down hill. Absolutely the worst

Doordash driver arrived and his perfume smelled like a cheap whore. Maybe he arrived looking for a client. The driver arrived without a warmer bag. Food was cold. The plastic bag smelled like awhore. My food smelled like a whore. I thought I was eating a cold smelly whore. I complained to DOORDASH. DOORDASH EXPLAINED THEY ONLY HIRE THE BEST WHORES MONEY CAN BUY AND DOORDASH EXPLAINED ALL OUR WHORES SMELL NICE.

The customer service agents are some of the worst people I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking to. They’re wildly unhelpful and will not resolve any of the issues you need them to. Uber eats is 10000x better.

I signed up to be a driver but they couldn’t get their act together to even respond to my requests for support in getting started. They collected all my personal data and then just disappeared. After two weeks for 4 follow up messages and not a single response from the company, I withdrew my application and am requesting all my data be deleted, but I feel very uncomfortable haven given it to them in the first place, and feeling pressure to do so. Never again will do any sort of business with them. The company as a whole seems super sketchy and I hope they’re investigated soon.

PLEASE STOP HIRING DRIVERS WHO DONT SPEAK ENGLISH! I DONT CARE THE CIRCUMSTANCE IF YOU WANT A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOW THE LOCAL LANGUAGE OR CONTINUE TO GET ZERO TIPS BC NOBODY KNOWS WTH YOURE SAYING!!! This includes dade, Broward and palm beach counties! Stop employing illegal immigrants !! You’re taking jobs from locals and if I get one more immigrant who doesn’t speak English at my door sent by you I’ll make steps to shut you down. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! I am an AMERICAN and shouldn’t be liable to speak Spanish to your illegal employees! What does this mean? It means your app and your company suck at communication. My last order was for a bottle of wine. It usually takes less than a half hour. This time it took almost two hours. STOP HIRING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OR STOP DOING BUSINESS!!!! Especially when we are paying MORE for your services we expect MORE in quality. Not MORE “no habla anglais”

If I could rate a zero I would. The lady got loud with me and called me a liar when I told her I could email her the proof. I will not use this company any further. I have been not only ripped off by door dash but by the rude people that even reliever there food. When you contact customer service it’s horrible and inconvenient and unacceptable. I will be telling people not to use them because they will also charge you for two different memberships and call you a liar and not help you.

Okay I order food tonight through door dash and my dasher delivered my food I paid for to another person. So I text my dasher after it said order complete, Where's my food and he said he delivered to the wrong person. I talk to door dash company that guy tells me it has to be reviewed first before giving any money back. I am here no food and no money back, dasher said only my 3rd day doing this. That doesn't make it okay though. Call me if you need to that's what the numbers for but it wasn't that he handed to the other person that order not paying attention to the name on it hmmm. Yet you only had 2 orders. Wish there was another way to get food. This makes 2 days in a roll door dash has messed up and doesn't want to fix it. Taking my money and I didn't even get my food delivered to me. Be careful using Door dash

I paid for my girlfriend dinner , they delivered to wrong house admitting it , and still won't return money or bring food , got text from driver admitting it and they still won't do anything , screw door dash , thieves

Twice now,a driver drove on my lawn, one turned around on my lawn, even though they drove right by my well lit driveway. The 2nd time, which was the other night, the driver threw a cardboard box on my lawn, I have the camera video to prove it. Absolutely unprofessional.

Driver re-buzzed my apartment stating the elevator wasn't working. I explained to him that it takes a minute if it's in use or on a different floor and to just give it a minute. Buzzes me a third time and says it doesn't work so I have to go down to the lobby because he's too stupid to understand elevators and too lazy to use stairs. I take the elevator down to the lobby, waving at him as I step out of it, receive my order and then take the elevator back up to my apt. Tried to complain through their customer service live agent and after they offered me a partial credit/refund, the agent simply ended the chat while i was still trying to discuss the issue. I have now canceled my DashPass and will be using their competitors. Terrible service from a rip-off company!

New customer, they cancelled my order, gave some bs excuse, another person in my home ordered it fine! Called because it was my order had a coupon code, they cancelled my order and told me to try another store, then would not allow me to use new cus coupon code when the cancelled the order. They gave a 10credit to make up for part of the coupon.Went to try to use service tonight and it said temporary closed. I called to see what the problem was, the woman was rude and gave her bs story! She deactivated my account ! Never got to order even though I attempted 3 times! I would never try it again!

I wish i didn’t have to give them any stars , i will not be useing DoorDash every again, customer services is horrible with no really answer only to keep waiting a hour, even talking to a supervisor is a hour wait and they don’t call. I have never deal with a customer support system so horrible and i won’t again

I’m furious! To begin with I’m sick and cannot go out, so I ordered from Door Dash. I received a message with a picture of a house (NOT MINE) where my order was delivered. I immediately attempted to report it, but was unable to communicate. I sent an email, and refund was DENIED!! The house number was the same as mine, but obviously a different street. I tried chat. It was totally ridiculous. I even sent pictures of that house and mine. I’ll never order from Door Dash again. It’s not that hard to ascertain you have the correct address. Also, customer service is horrible. They just want to “get rid of you”!! 😡

thievesbought some wine from Liquorland and the driver attempted delivery on wrong street as per GPS = i saw him and yelled across the road and texted him. He ignore me and drove off and marked it delivered. later on it changed to returned to store. Logically you would assume i would be refunded. Doordash refused a refund and NO REASON WHY- so they steal your money. DO NOT USE THEM- Current fair trading complaint underway

It really says something about a company that lets their reviews stay at 1 star…I didn’t receive my order, got hung up on by customer service with no refund, AND they called me after harassing me about bad reviews, by someone I could barely understand. I don’t know how they are still in business with all of the competition out there that is wayyy better. Never would have ordered that Taco Bell burrito if I would have known it came with being harassed…

It is always a pain to use Doordash services. I've had several issues with delivering to the wrong address, and eventually Doordash customer service tried to refuse my refund, claiming I had to get it from the restaurant when it was the dasher's mistake. This company is terrible and it needs to know so.

They don't deserve the one star. I made an order, paid for it and never recieved it. Not only does Door Dash jack the price up on food but then u get cold food. It never fails. Then when you are out should I say IF you are awarded a refund you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back. With the process of the food higher and the forced tip... Use your gas and go get your food yourself. This app is a joke and I will NEVER IN LIFE use them again.
