So I ordered from two places, one order was correct but the other was the breakfast for my family. A sole cup of green juice was delivered to me instead. So I went to the app and I was declined a refund. The Dasher took the drink back but I never got our meal; which was
Way more than the drink. So I call customer service and am told it will take 1-5 hrs to resolve. What kind of customer service is this; no meal, no refund and delay the resolution! Seriously, I will cancel my Door Dash and never use them again.
