The have a policy that you waive your right to a refund when you sign up. They cancelled my order due to no drivers and then refused to refund me (didn't offer credit either). Seems like they have problems in every country they operate in! My country - NZ consumer protection say's they have a legal obligation to make it right, yet unless you have spent a certain amount it's not worth the fee's to try and follow up.
