DoorDash's customer service is one of the best. We order a lot and they are always quick to resolve an issue. If you need extra help, they will call you. I have deleted all other food delivery services because they cannot compete with DoorDash. Their rates are very reasonable and better than any other food delivery service I've ever tried. Thank you DoorDash for treating your customers like they really matter.😊

They delivered my food to the college in front of my house. When I reported it, as it is easy to tell from the picture showing it was delivered where it was dropped off. They stated they wouldn’t refund me as their terms and conditions say they don’t have to. So too bad for me. No food and I’m out the money. I will never use DoorDash again.

Why do I have to spend more money (over $12) JUST to not be charged extra fees? If someone wants one item or 2 we shouldn’t get charged extra for not spending a lot-us still tip the dash no matter how small the order. Businesses are GREEDY! I didn’t buy anything this time but was about to place an order and changed my mind, just wanted to share the total.

Ordered food for my family 4 sandwiches with fries and a drink and I received a bag with one sandwich and a fries, called customer care, I mean the customer careless and they had the guts to tell me that they need to look into it and get back to me, meanwhile me and my family having no dinner wasn’t an issue of concern at all. Asked for my account to be deactivated immediately and I’m going to have there bad service exposed

I have used doordash many times and each time I say will be my last! While busy at work and not getting a chance to take a actual lunch I end up hopping for a better outcome but it never fails!! I ordered threw them again, from a sandwich shop just 2 blocks from my work, $35 for a sandwich and fries that I NEVER RECEIVED!! It was apparently delivered to someone on a completely different street then my work and once I contacted them they sent me a text stating they would let me know in a hour if they were going to refund me!!! Mind you in the mean time I still had not eaten!! I bit the bullet and clock off to drive the 2 blocks and order the same sandwich and fries and it came to $20!!! So they charged me $15 for a 2 block drive that was not made!!! They then sent me a email the next day saying they denied my refund and when i emailed them back why, they blocked me!! Thank you doordash for the $55 sandwich and fries!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered food and this is the second time I’ve had an issue but this time my driver picked up my food brought it to my door sat it to the side of my door, red flag! I grab the bad, which is a different bag than the restaurant, red flag no. 2. Pick it up and liquid starts poor out the bottom. I ordered ramen so the liquid was in a separate container. - mind you there’s no liquid trail coming down the hall so it looks like the driver intentionally spilled the liquid in the bottom of the bag. Yes, they were tipped.

Horrible service! Liars and thieves! Don't let them get you too. Can't do there jobs and don't care. Cook your own food are risk getting very sick.

DoorDash sucks! We ordered our food through DoorDash. The restaurant made our order. The DoorDash driver picked up our order and drove off then canceled our order. Don't ever use DoorDash. They are a crappy service and company and have crappy, unethical, unprofessional and unreliable drivers.

Doordash has horrible customer service. I ordered a 60$ bottle of whiskey and it arrived with no seal. They said that the best they can is refund me 10$

Moron drivers can’t speak English. 25 mint texting back and forth gave inst 3 times. Finally I’m on u streets. Can’t find 609. I’m at 605. Put my shoes on went outside. Showed them my mailbox with 4 inch letters on it. Dumb ass

This is the worst company of them all , I can’t believe they’re still in business . DoorDash takes your money when ever they want , and fail to give it back as if they’ve worked hard for the money you’ve earned .

Dasher picked up my order, another dasher arrived to pick up my order and it was already gone so he cancelled my whole order. Customer service is a joke, 10 days to get my refund and that’s ā€œall they can doā€ for their screw up. I deleted my DoorDash app and will never use these clowns again.

Poor customer service, the dasher never read information in the delivery note. I won't reorder again on this platform. I recommand to everyone to move to another platform.

Ordered pizza for $84. I asked for it to be given to a person and not left at the door . It was left at the door without even ringing , pizza was cold and bad . Terrible service !!

Many of the restaurants don't include eating utensils. Very frustrating that it's not required or at least allowing the customer to request them.

On two occasions, the DoorDash driver brought my food to the neighbor's house instead of our home. I reported it and got zero refunds. We have two clear address markers for our house. One in big numbers on the Garage. The other is a little sign on the ground right by the door. I will NEVER NEVER EVER use their service again. Making an error is one thing, but when there is zero customer service to back it up, that is unacceptable.

I ordered Wingstop and a dasher picked up my order and delivered it to another townhome and when I received the picture I immediately called and got no answer so I sent a text saying that it was not my home. I called customer service and was told it wasn't their responsibility to make it right because I chose the option to leave at my door. It was raining so I didn't go looking for my order, I ended up getting something somewhere else.

I have DoorDash a few times and decided to order from the local diner as it is snowing in our area. When I put the pancakes in the cart, they came up as $10.95. I went to the diner's website and they are $5.95, so DoorDash charges almost double for the product, charges the restaurant, and the consumer pays a fee and tip. It's ridiculous. Never again. Deleted my account.

I'll never order from this company again. Im almost in tears typing this. Im very sick and was also in a car accident recently. No one to really assist much this weekend. Had to get my children and I some food for the night. Ordered from door dash. Not only did I not receive the food, they refused to issue a refund. My children ate cold cereal that night because of it. I was in tears! Thankful for my friend who came to cook for us the next morning. I will NEVER order food online again! 😢😭i feel like they robbed me!

Door dash is lying to it's driver's. They claim to pay 2- 10 dollars per order, but a few months ago they cut pay. Now if there is 2 orders on one order dashers only get paid for 1 order. Dashers beware if you get 2 orders on one offer you may be working for free.
