I did not receive my order from the Dasher. The dasher didn't even try and coordinate a pick-up spot with me after they couldn't find the apartment. They either gave my order to someone else or kept it for themselves. I couldn't even make a formal compliant on the dasher. Doordash needs to do a better job of keeping dasher accountable.

Just had the worst experience with them! Picked up my order and they had it for 35 minutes. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. The dasher wouldn't answer the phone or let me know what was going on.

Would be zero stars if I could leave less than one. Driver picked up oreder... than proceeded to waot over 30 Min for a second pick up.... resulted in food that was barely edibile.... soggy and cold...

I did not get my food. 65.00 from PF changes. I was promised a refund for 20 less than what I paid. Terrible customer service no resolution . Don’t use them

Order took over an hour to get to me. Food was cold and soggy. They advertised delivery within 36 minutes. Then they insult me with $3 in credits towards my next order? Obviously this company has no respect for customers. I don't know about anyone else, but why would anyone order from people like this again?

Supposed to have no service or delivery fees but I sure got charged them after my order had been delivered. Never again will order from DoorDash. They suck

They lied to me. Were supposed to credot a spoiled order that couldn't be eaten. Said had 5 times, cut me off on chat when I tried to tell them hadnt, like hanging up on you. Doubt they meet health dept. guidelines. Not when drivers show up wearing nothing but a pair of shorts. Shirt, clean, would be nice. They need to be shut down.

After years of being a Doordash customer we have cancelled our service after our order was delivered two weeks in a row with a wet bag that the restaurant Abelos created however the second week the bag tore and our food was lost on the floor and Doordash only offered the tip $10 as a credit. Be very careful with a company who we had no problems for years and now customer service is not worth their efforts. We cancelled our service.

If you're going to order from DoorDash. Know that most of the time the food comes wrong, I've had food that was half eaten. I've had food that the driver was too lazy and just dropped it off at the front gate and I've had food, that was the wrong food or that they didn't have a heating bag so. The food came out cold. And they don't believe in returning what you spent.They give you a third of what you spent, even if it's an edible or a safety issue so before you order from DoorDash.No, that if your food comes out bad, they're not going to give you your money back.They don't care

I never received my order and DoorDash denied my refund. I had to work thru lunch so i decided to get something delivered. I guess i am starving today!!!! I will never use DoorDash again. this is the 3rd time this has happened. I put company name and address on my order and they still did not deliver. the driver didn't even take a picture of where it was delivered or who it was given to.

I placed an order from GenjiGo for a steak bowl with fried rice and just mushrooms, no other veggies. I received it and it had no steak and onions and bean sprouts which I specifically did not click as I did not want them. I could not eat the food. I reached out to both GenjiGo and Doordash. Doordash wanted to give me $3 for a $12-$14 meal and GenjiGo never even bothered to reply. I reached out to DoorDash again and they said the following: "I understand and hear you. Please understand as well that we also have limitations and still follow the policy of DoorDash. This was also indicated on the TERMS and CONDITIONS provided in the app when you signed up for an account with us. It is indicated in Section 11, paragraph B that DoorDash has no obligation to provide refunds or credits but may grant them, in each case at DoorDash's sole discretion." When I told them this is evidently why you don't pay for a year in advance of DoorDash and I would be switching to Grub Hub or Uber Eats intstead of renewing with them, I was simply told "I respect your decision". They are a joke.

Okay, when they are not delivering it to the wrong address they sometimes almost refuse to give me my order because they mis-prounce my name and believe I am trying to con them. I had to explain to my last driver that Michael is prounced Michael. Not Michelle.

Ordered sandwiches from WaWa, 1hour and 22minutes later we received the wrong order, everything was cold and we tried to contact the dasher, he finally picked up his phone but didn’t speak ENGLISH!!! We were still charged $53.84. Door Dash refuses to refund my purchase and even had the credit card company reverse the charges back to my account a month later. I will never use door dash again and they use non ENGLISH speaking people.

Be very careful doing business with Door-Dash We live in Miami. After being notified that Chinese takeout was purchased and delivered in central California, twice, using our credit-card, we notified Door-Dash about the problem. Doordash responded that the order had been processed correctly and that no correction would be made. We had never done business with Door-Dash and never will.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Highly recommend not using this company unless you want your account to get hacked and have all of your money depleted from your account. Be smart and get the stuff yourself instead of being lazy.

Most disgusting delivery service! Their map system is wrong… They can never find my address. The delivery drivers are wonderful, the problem with with the app!

Put order in for Chinese food. Door dasher left our order at the gate of our complex ( complex has 15 buildings). He didn’t call, he didn’t text. We have specific instructions that is to be handed to us. Try getting any customer service.

Horrible customer service. Spent an hour trying to resolve an issue that was their fault. Told me I had to wait until delivery to address my concerns and then said there was nothing they could do once delivery occurred. Will not be using again!
