Garbage company!!! Total trash nothing better. They will get your orders wrong every freaking time and then say sorry no refund . You’ll waste money with them . Instacart is way better for anything . DoorDash is a nightmare and they don’t care

Had pizza delivered from a 4minute distance and came with the door dasher barehanded with no insulation bag super cold and mishandled. Door dash is garbage use. Uber eats instead

DoorDash canceled my order on me because the exit the driver tried to get off of was closed so he had to continue 15 minutes further up the highway to the next city just to turn around. The driver was willing to deliver the order still but DoorDash canceled the order anyways. We had 5 extra large pizzas that we were waiting for and a house full of guests and hungry kids. I had tried to contact the driver to tell him that his gps was bringing him to a closed exit, but it was too late. Luckily that gave the driver my number to contact me back. He called and told me that they canceled the order on him and told him to dispose of the pizzas, so he said he would just bring them to us anyways if I gave him my address. We gave him a big tip to help him out since DoorDash would then not be paying him either. The driver was great… DoorDash needs to get some better policies on how to treat their customers and their employees.

If I could I would select zero stars. Their dasher dropped and spilled my soup order and delivered as is. I contacted their support and they would only refund $10 for the $40 order. Next, they charged my card for a DoorPass which I did not authorize. Next, they charged my card a second time for the order. I spent over an hour on the phone with them because their rep cannot do simple math. Then another rep said they would credit the second charge to my account. I still do not see any of these refunds or credits. And why do they think it's okay to charge my card without my authorization and credit my account to force me to spend my money on DoorDash? I told them repeatedly I don't want store credit because I will not use them again and that doesn't mean anything to them. I have cancelled that card. I feel like I've been robbed.

They are the worst. Always deliver to wrong address. Drivers argue because they get sent wrong information. Not their fault. Company doesn't care.

Food arrived late and when it was delivered the Dasher wouldn't give me my food as he needed to take a photo of ordered to prove it had been delivered. This took 5-7 minutes as he couldn't get internet connection to which he asked for my wifi. I then contacted support and was connected to Charles Jordan who basically said that I was only entitled to a $9 refund from a $58 order and was told that the food is reheatable. That's all fine and well if you have an oven or microwave but I'm in the middle of renovations and have neither. He turned very rude very quickly and his last message to me was - do you want your refund or not. Will never use DoorDash again.

I work at a retail store and most door dashers are fine however we get several who have no idea what they are doing. They walk in with no regards to customers waiting and expect us to ignore customers to tell them where an item is. They don't even bother looking. Then they don't know how to run the app and ask us to show them as if we know how it works. When payment doesn't go through they constantly shout I'm doing door dash, as if this will force the payment to work.

Hi Door Dash, My name is Michael Kelson, I made over 1,000 deliveries for Door Dash and I always maintained a 4.5 rating or higher? And I got pment of complements . Once your rep asked me to carry 44 items 3 of which were cases of water up 6 flights of stairs when the customers elevator was broke and out of order and I did it because the customer was a senior and for the company. That was grueling Im 58 bit I took one for the company. I was stuck in grid locked traffic the few times I was late out of 1,000+ deliveries and some of those times I was given an additional pick up. Im a Septwmber 11th Survivor worker that has a lot of dust logged in my lungs ( Thank God no cancer ) and with this job I was able to be seated and dribe and earn an income and it worked well for me I delivered over 1,000 deliberies. Almost every time when I would select busy areas in north brooklyn or williamsburgh Id be told there are no available slots so Id try to scjedule 7 days in advance and still Id get the same message There are no available slots. You have thousands of Illegal immigrants workinh that cant read or speak english taking up spots making American tax paying citizens like me not be able to work because od Door Dash being intentionally negligent by lookinh the other way and knowingly Knowingly accepting illegal immigrants working when the law says their not allowed to. Many cant read or speak english . Im puzzled by this and This is Maddness thats you allow illegals and they farm out their registraitions and you allow it and look the other way to make profits. For shame on you for crushing American jobs ( For Americans that want to do it ) Money Money Money and no scruples Where is your fairness or empathy for the American worker looking to work. Iuved in brooklyn all of my life and I cant even work in my boro becuse of the bad way you run your business. I know the term User Friendly well with tbis goung on Your Not American Worker Friendly . That saddens me Thats not right Thats Unamerican.

They steal money, do not complete the order. Then they say you should get a partial refund in 5 to 7 business days. Not to be trusted.

Door Dash is a scam they will give you cold food, take for ever, and with me give me someone else's order. Then refused to give my money back. This has happened twice, the first time I left it alone but the very next night, happened again. They're robbers do not order with them please. Boycott door dash!

Sick and tired of tipping and they not doing their jobs. I suggest not to tip until you get your order. My daughter just placed an order the man had a problem paying on his end, doordash refunded her the money but not the tip. Not cool at all. Do better doordash.

DoorDash just SCAMMED ME! They just sold me products that are just about to expire, without notice! Is a new way DoorDash start making money out of innocent people. Total SCAMMERS!!!!!

Absolutely the worst delivery experience I have had many times! Seems the drivers don't, can't or, wont read delivery instructions. When the driver calls 3 or 4 times regarding the same (no contact) delivery you know it's a bad experience! Especially when the driver can barely speak English!

They send promotions you can’t use they never hold the restaurant accountable for the ridiculous prices, the only good is the people who deliver the food. They also play with the refunds when your order is messed up offering 2 or 3 dollars it’s ridiculous. So I’m done with door dash I’ll pick my stuff up for now on. And customer service is a joke. Check the photos I was on hold forever.

My daughter just recently arrived home from the trauma center after a tragic ATV accident she is blessed to be alive! She can finally eat chicken wings which is her favorite! The dasher marked our food as delivered and STOLE OUR FOOD! The daughter was in the car with her looking scared! This is disturbing and disgusting! I will take action! DoorDash does not do anything but block them from being your dasher in the future but I will NEVER use DoorDash again they are NOT SAFE! I’m going thru a crisis and dealing with a thief is not ok with me! AND THE DASHER USED A FAKE NAME!!!!!

ordered from Fantuan, got delivered by Doordash. Delivered by driver Sukhvir S, phone number 2494962933. I received text message that my food is delivered, however, nothing at the door. called the driver, he was arguing that the address he received is another address, he ask me to check my order said I input the wrong address which I did not. he said he will need to contact the customer service. ask me to call later. I called again, he is not answering his phone. I had to contact Fantuan to get refund. This is such terrible behavior and customer service and wasted my time.

If I could rate lower I would. We received our food from a local Kinder's. Normally great food. This particular time we had it delivered from DoorDash and it was inedible. We called the Walnut Creek Kinder's and they told us we needed to complain and request a refund from DoorDash. We called explained our dissatisfaction and requested a refund. They emailed and denied our request. This is unacceptable!! I would never recommend them or use them again. Kinder's on the other hand will treat us to a meal on them. At least they stepped up unlike doordash

I ordered food through a restaurant who delivers using doordash. That dasher supposedly delivered my dinner to the wrong address with zero regard or attempt to call me. I called support to get a refund, they told me they had to put in a request with KFC. I tried to make a complaint against the dasher to doordash in their chat and the agent disconnected the chat while I was typing out my message but not before he told me I had to contact KFC so basically the other agent lied to me.

There were items missing from my order and the resolution offered by doordash was to refund me only 1/3 of what I paid for items I did not receive. Have used doordash many times and have issues more times than not. Not their fault my orders are incorrect but the resolution from them is less than fair.

We ordered food and one of the entrees was absolutely disgusting. My child had two bites and threw it in the trash. That entree was $24.00 and I had to buy her something else for dinner. DoorDash said sorry you don’t qualify for any type of refund. Never use them.
