This is the 2nd time not receiving food out of 3 times. Door dash never picked up my order and still charged me the 64 dollars for my order. Called customer service and they said that in the fine print they can take your money and not delivery anything and that we should read the fine print. This issue of not getting the order, being charged the amount regardless and then the absolute horrible response from customer service will result in me clearly not using them ever again. I highly recommend that you do not take the risk. Absolutely DoorDashs fault with poor customer consideration or and lack of service

I guess I complain too much. I've received a few orders that either had a mix up with the restaurant or the driver. Apparently if you let doordash know everytime something is wrong they start to refuse to help you. Last night my order was delivered late and the picture was taken, I went out to get it and the driver sped off with it in hand. I contacted doordash and they immediately told me I would not be refunded. I tried to chat in and the agent just repeatedly sent me pre-typed messages saying sorry they can't help even when I hadn't said anything yet. I calmly tried stating what happened because I'm in the CS industry and believe in being respectful even when frustrated but they continued to ignore me. I canceled my membership and won't ever use them again.

They have the worst drivers who steal the food. These low life degenerate drivers steal the food knowing DoorDash will just issue a refund. Then they change their name and keep delivering. One day I will find the dasher that does this and I will teach him a painful lesson. He will physically feel how frustrated I am.

This company doesn’t like me I don’t know why but they personally descriminate against me. I applied thinking a misdemeanor wouldn’t make them say no. You’re just delivering food but noo. They made it clear an assault charge from 10 years ago makes me the most dangerous candidate. Not to mention the apps customer service sucks you never get to talk to a real person to get real results. I won’t be using their business either for job or pleasure. They hate me at door dash lol

I had an order for my family that was well over $100.00. The DoorDash person picked up the food and cancelled the order. I called the restaurant and they confirmed such. I then had to spend over an hour trying to reach out to DoorDash and they ultimately just said “we will file an incident report!” They “gave” me $20 credit towards my next order (which there won’t be one!). I’m supposedly going to get my money refunded. It’s been over a week and that has not happened. DoorDash condones stealing without consequences and thus defines themselves as one of the top scam businesses in the US. Absolute trash of a business.

( JEREMIE .. IS HIS NAME ) T he door dash worker that went to a closed business location .. that Cleary wasn't the address I place down for the delivery . And the thing is the place was right across the street ' clearly showing the address . Look at the provided photos and you will see . But yes .. this guy JEREMIE had to either be senile or he JUST " DID NOT CARE ; WHAT SO EVER . Because he didn't even bother to call me by using my direct number that was provided by door dash . This guy NEEDS TO BE ( FIRED ) IMMEDIATELY. !!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is trash. Takes no responsibility for mistakes, customer service just dishes out generic responses. Not sure what to recommend, but anything is better than DoorDash

My DoorDash does not care about their current needs anymore. Every time we order something is wrong every time we report the DoorDash they do their memory 60 they give you 10 back that’s unacceptable business practice. I will no longer be using their services which is a shame cause I order all my groceries and sometimes three times a day from DoorDash of thousands of dollars Service has gotten Horabale

Loop you in with several other orders and food is soggy and melted by the time you receive it! I didn’t save anytime and will now go get food myself. Overpriced added fees for low quality service. No longer using

I placed a order it got cancelled I reached out to the help desk. They said they don't refund any orders that got cancelled. So my order was cancelled no product and they refused to give me my money back. In my opinion they are thieves

there was literal hair in my chips & a cut in the bag. when asked for a refund the dasher support told me no & that the system wont allow it, but there was a humans hair in there that couldve got me sick.

I purchased a year prescription from DoorDash $89 starting in December through December From Walmart, I noticed on my bill every month starting in December $9.99 plus tax. Beware you’ll be double charged. I quit DoorDash.

As a dasher's driver I can say if your a dasher and you make it to the platinum dasher stauts that doordash will actively sabotage you. Multiple days with only 1 or 2 orders after reaching platinum levels. So just be ready for some jerkoff BS after you get platinum. Plus their dasher support can barely be understood and lack the ability to resolve any complex issues. Enjoy.

Forgot drink. Blamed me. Sent picture of receipt. They said to call support. I had tipped 25%! They couldn’t even check to see if they had all the order for a 25% tip. Very Disappointing.

Doordash will allow shoppers to buyer incorrect items and they will not give refunds. Beware! just because a company is known does not mean that they will not commit fraud. Do not use this service.

DoorDash deliverer left the food in front of our garage when we requested it to be left at the front door. Who would be so dumb as to do that?!!! Use your common sense that the good Lord gave you!!! The front door is just next to the garage via a short pathway. Moreover the container looked like it had been opened. Reported this to DoorDash and the restaurant. This person should be fired!

I received someone else’s order and they automatically refused to give me a refund even though I showed them the receipt and order, honestly 1/5 stars, because they refused to give me my money back I’m never ordering from them again, deleting my account with them right now.
