“Doordash don't deserve any stars from me. I barely use doordash and so far I have had nothing but bad experiences, this time was the last time. I had my account deleted after they refuse to refund me or credit me for items I didn't receive and food that was not what I requested. I use doordash every three or four months. I would not recommend them to anyone. Everyone please use Uber Eats or GrubHub, please do not use DoorDash they do not care about people nor do they care about giving people their money back or a credit when a mistake is made at the restaurant. I think they think that everybody is trying to eat for free when they're telling them the truth.”

“Terrible service. I placed an order and I received a call saying the driver's car broke down. I was given 3 options - place a new order, refund or credit. I went with the first option as I still wanted the food. 40 minutes later I received another call saying the restaurant ran out of food. I requested a refund and called the restaurant for pick up. Turns out they never ran out. Even though I requested a refund, they refunded me in credits which apparently can't be switched to a refund. Terrible service. Will never use them again.”

“I've never had such a bad experience with any of these types of companies until I used doordash I had ordered two coffees and an English muffin which cost me about $25 the driver delivered it to the wrong apartment and when I tried to get a refund because I never got my order about a month ago I still have not received my refund they are not willing to compensate!!”

“New to DoorDash. Had location services on. Traveled to LA. Open DoorDash and assumed the app would pin my location appropriately. So just search the area for food. Ordered $55 worth of food. Then when it was delivered driver calls and asks where I was. Told him LA Sheraton hotel by airport. He says he is in downtown Seattle. Door dash refused to give me credit or a refund. Not sure how it was my fault for the app not pinning my location correctly. On top of it all, the Seattle location has no association with me or my life.”

“I sent a door dash gift card to a friend who was ill so he could order food. I made a mistake, one number wrong when typing the phone number. The card was never claimed and door dash will not fix the mistake. I called customer service, but because the order number on my receipt did not have enough digits, they said there was nothing they could do. So I am out money and my friend was unable to order some food.”

“Premium prices for food and fees to boot. Add tip, and it's gets pricey. That being said, I expect food to arrive fresh. 2 out of 3 orders have resulted in a driver never picking the food up and having a different driver get reassigned. Food was ice cold. Called customer service and when I asked for a refund, Doordash hung up on me. Very unprofessional at every level.”

“I purchased a few things from Vons through DoorDash. I got the receipt from the dasher and a receipt emailed from DoorDash. They were completely different in price. Nearly $30 difference. I complained about it and was told that the price would drop off in 3 days. Come to find out that they changed me the higher price. I think they are just a complete joke now. Out to ripoff the consumer. I will never use them again. Not to mention I put instructions on how to enter our gated community and the dasher calls me to buzz him in. Rudely might I add. This company needs to revaluate their business or they will be looking at a lawsuit.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would! DoorDash is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TRASHY MONEY HUNGRY SERVICE! They don’t care about their customers only their merchants as long as they get their cut. They won’t give your money back for wrong orders no matter the amount! I will NEVER use this service again. I hope they go bankrupt!”

“I placed an order the dasher went the opposite direction of my location I called and text no response she sat for 10mins bringing my drop off time later than expected I chatted with an agent named Fadrous whom was very very rude and denied my refund how this agent handled the situation DoorDash needs to reevaluate who represents there business”

“I ordered a pizza from Johnny Gios & as I placed the order I realised I put in the wrong address. Within 1 second I went into the app the cancel the order so I could correct the address. The app offered me a refund of $3!!!! This is pure robbery. I contacted the restaurant to make sure they didn’t make the pizza and see if they could cancel the order from their end however they couldn’t. I message support for assistance and they concluded I did t qualify for a refund. I will never use this shocking platform again and recommend avoiding it at all costs!”

“Horrible experience!!! I ordered 8 items, was charged nearly $200, and received only 1 item after double the stated delivery time! When I called the restaurant, they stated that they had double-checked the order with Door Dash, due to the large number of ordered items, and Door Dash told them to only send 1 order. After 2 hours on the phone, and after speaking to 4 different Door Dash reps, they refunded only $54. The family members who were expecting meals had time constraints due to travel plans, and they were unable to eat before leaving. I still have not received my refund—the last call I made reported a 3 hour wait time. Door Dash has my money, and I do not have the food and the service that I paid for. They deserve 0 stars.”

“This is the worst I've ever seen or been treated by dash. I'm owed money so they ask me to accept the credit I did but it never loaded.so since then I've tried trying twice to explain in the chat but both times they just ended the chat. This is poor customer service stop ripping people off to earn your money especially a mother with kids.”
