“Door dash is a complete joke do not use them when orders are screwed up they won’t refund the money there so called stupid ass policy says they won’t! We had an $88 dollar order and the hole thing was wrong they refunded $8 and said that’s it! Everyone should delete door dash hopefully they go out of business!”

“I'm so thankful for doordash my toodler has been in a mood everytime we leave the house today twice she lost it the hole time we were out today so I decided to order skip the dishes McDonald's happy meal easy I'm tired it's to hot out so skip the dishes wouldn't accept my bank card I tryed 5 times them wrote to them then thought of doordash and you guys were less then half hour bless you people”

“I placed an order through door dash and only received half of my order. I called the driver and was told that she could not see what my order was and had no idea what she was picking up for delivery. I call the store and was told to call door dash customer service and they only wanted to refund me 40% of my total that did not paid for the missing items from my order. I should receive the total amount of the missing items as well as the delivery fee and half of the tip i gave. This is not the first time i have not received my full order from door dash. If this is how you run your company, you are doing a very bad job of it. Not making sure that your delivery person knows exactly what they are picking up for delivery. I will never order thought door dash again and I will be stopping payment on my credit card.”

My experience was so horrible with this Customer Service , whose representing DoorDash, He didn’t help me solve my issue nor he was professional about it, and he just disconnect on me without really supporting me or hearing me out!!!! “So here I am again waiting for my dash pass to expire. Seems like ever since I have signed up for dash pass the service has gotten worse. The chat consistently cut you off and says there's been no response when you are actively typing. Now to the order. I order a 5 piece chicken dinner meal with BBQ sauce, n apple pie and a gallon drink. I got 3 pieces of chicken, no BBQ sauce, no apple pie and a large drink. I complaint to customer service they offered me a credit of 5 dollars when this was almost 30 dollars. And a credit only. This is ridiculous. Not to mention that I the other was late after trying to reach the driver only for them not to respond.”

“I never received my food, the dasher sent a picture of where they delivered and it was not my house. I was told I did not qualify for a refund. So I had to pay for food I did not receive. Absolutely got ripped off. Will never use Door Dash again.”

“Doordash has terrible management, treats their employees horribly, and could care less about the struggles employees have to face when coming across terrible customers. 1-proposing a dash of $4.75 for over 13 miles is crazy and unacceptable to even send out to dashers to complete-- how are dashes supposed to make money?? 2- dashers are NOT a catering company-- expecting us to carry 6 drinks and 6 entrees is crazy, and for minimal mone 3- doordash takes advantage of their older employees and gives them trash orders so their acceptance rates plummet + cant schedule orders in advance 4- with business principals like this, I hope doordash goes out of business ASAP-- currently waiting for a better delivery platform that treats their employees with respect and cares as much about employees as they do customers.”

“Ever since door dash allowed drivers to pick up multiple orders door dash sucks. I’m not paying $3 extra to have an order come directly to me. DoorDash already charges more for every single item you order then you’d pay ordering directly from the place. Paying service fees delivery charge AND a tip. I ordered ice cream from dash mart bc dash mart is supposed to be really quick always has been under 20 minutes since it’s right by my house but today the driver took TWO other deliveries after picking up my ice cream and one of the deliveries he said had a mistake making the order take over 45 minutes to get to me. This is about half a dozen times I’ve had an issue since they added this feature. I will no longer be ordering from door dash. Ordering through slice or right from the restaurant is better”

“Doordash not only did not give me my order, but hung up on me calling their customer service number after being charged and never getting the order. Would never use them again. There are other services that deliver better than Doordash.”

“Second time that a business did not give me part of my order. Called business and they stated "we gave that $21 salad to the driver." Called Driver and was told "nope. I never received a salad." I contacted Doordash and they said "we will give you a $2 credit for your next order." Can't get a person on the phone. Well, I am done with Doordash.”

“Everytime I order doordash it is disappointing. Several times I have had an item left out of my order. The other times the food is so cold and gross it is not edible. I give up. I have credits on my account for food not delivered but I don't plan an ordering again. It's such a waste of money especially when you add up all the fees and tips they want but don't deserve.”

“this doordash is the big scammer food delivery if the restaurant don’t have the food available they won’t give you back the money instead they will give you credit but only available in few hours which is a big scammer of this planet. they suck my money twice and i swear they will get there karma very fast of what they do to people.”

“DoorDash suck. The food is always cool once the dasher made it to you. They always mess up and you have to wait 3 to 5 to 7 business day. And that’s if they send it back. Cause they will take your money and credit to your DoorDash account without your permission. If you decide to use it your order is way much expensive than it would normally be with the credit. DoorDash is Horrible Horrible. I will never use DoorDash again.”
