I’ve had the worst experience with DoorDash and I like a fool continued to order because it’s convenient while at work but every time I order food it’s never correct or something this missing and typically I’m compensated but this is my last draw I will never do business with them again I order off menu read what comes in the rice and literally received rice n a few pieces of chicken no vegetables no eggs no nothing and then when reported I’ve been advised no compensation so order and use DoorDash at your own risk because I’m now out of money and no food and stuck in the house with my sick one year old who has the flu

I like the Door Dash app above the others because its very user friendly. .. HOWEVER: why on earth is it impossible to remove items from your card or delete a whole order before its submitted? Changes and updates happen often and sometimes I even just below off the order and do not place BECAUSE I do not have the ability to update or delete items in my card. Its very frustrating. Of course I went to google and researched.. have to go to the help option which I did - must not be updated because it didn't make any sense the solution. Right now.. thumbs down to the door dash app. Needs improved !!! Also, the full menu isn't always available even if you request it.

I manage a restaurant that used doordash for delivery. They are just terrible. Their system frequently goes down. Items that we no longer carry will reappear on the menu and we are constantly calling customers to tell them we don't have what they want. Orders will come through and be ready and no drivers are available for a long time. Then another order will come through and there will be a driver who picks up the second order while the first order sits there. We are constantly having to remake food. If you are a restaurant considering doordash- don't do it. It may make you a couple extra bucks but you will end up looking bad whenever doordash messes up.. and they mess up A LOT. This is just a few examples and there are many more issues.

This the second time I had issues with door dash.. and it's not the company but the people doing the deliveries. My first experience my food came cold and it look like it been open by someone.. I end up throwing the whole order in the trash... Thankfully I let door dash know what happen. And the good about them.. they refund my money back.. the second time. Which was today. By the time I got to my kitchen I notice it wasn't even my order but someone else's.. I contacted door dash once again.. and thankfully they refund my money.. my problem not with the company .. but the drives who doesn't look who they giving which order to.. I wish you can fix this issue. Because I'm sure this not the first time dasher made mistake and the company has to pay for it.

I ordered from red Robin to be delivered right before I got off work so I would have dinner to take home from work. They delivered food 55 min earlier than request. When red Robin gives big portions these meal sides were smaller than normal. The bread was wet and soggy because it sat 55 min longer. I suspect the delivery person didn't want to wait so they altered my order to earlier and helped themselves to some food. Taking the bread off the sandwiches the inside was good but cold. The steak fries and onion rings were soggy and very small portion. Way too expensive and won't use again. Don't use this service.

The ETA given in the app is all over the place. Went from 12 to 7 to 3 minutes saying 'your order is on the way' to all of a sudden 18 minutes. For a store that isnt busy because I had to call after placing my order through DoorDash-no options to change any single thing on the items I ordered so had to call after the fact. First experience, glad it was free delivery. 50 minutes for 1 sub. No thanks.

Twice my order was cancelled from 2 different stores and its because the stores was closed. Twice in one day!!! I'm highly upset and hungry because you promote false advertisement. I'm glad for the refund but next time and explanation or a phone call would be nice instead of automatically refunding my money then sending an email. Horrible!!

Second time in two days that I’ve had problems with my order!!! Yesterday it took 2 hours to get food. Someone else picked up order and it had to get re-made. Today the dashed told me to cancel with zero explanation after it had been over an hour wait!

Overall I have had mixed experiences with doordash. I had dashers that took over 1.5 hours to get to me with the food. When my house was a 7 minute drive from the food place. Several other times, they have gotten lost to find where I live. I don't live in Osh Kosh and aren't Osh Kosh from the places I order from. Also, the doordash app sucks because I can't make special instructions and because I am lactose intolerant, this isn't a good thing. The doordash drivers are nice and customer service too but they aren't punctual and the app developers need to fix the bugs and other related problems associated with doordash app.

I've placed orders through Doordash in the past for friends in different cities, and as far as I know those orders went well. Tonight, I placed a delivery order through Doordash for myself and family for the very first time. My order total was a little over $40, and $15 of that was a salad, that I never received. The driver was not overly helpful. He said that is "ALL they gave him". He didn't read the receipt where every item had a ticket that read 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, etc... He delivered only 4 items, not 5. KUDOs to MOD Pizza, who regardless of the drivers error, made it right. They will refund me. In my opinion, Doordash owes them the money back. I will be hesitate to order through Doordash again.

Only received 2 thirds of my food, And the driver Sat in the office of my building instead of bringing it to my DOOR!! Should rename the company to OfficeDash

Food never showed. App was loading for hours, called 800# on hold forever. I went to sleep with no way to even contact them to complain or anything. When I woke up I checked the app, it said no previous orders? Checked my account and they refunded my $ not a word from the company, guess they say let's pretend that never happened. Who pays the restaurant for the lost orders? I wouldn't recommend this service!

We have used Door Dash several other times and have had no issues. Tonight however, we placed an order with a chinese restaurant at 4:43pm. We were told that the delivery should come about 5:30. We were assigned a driver. The time came and went. . . . . tick tock. . . . THEN, our driver was reassigned and I contacted the "help" line. I was told that the driver was on his way. I called the restaurant to get an idea of how long the food had been sitting there. I was told that it had been ready since 4:55. The delivery was finally made at 6:29pm. Our driver told me that with Doordash, deliverers can change their mind before they take possession of the food. My biggest frustration was the lack of communication. When I tried texting AND/OR calling the driver, I was told that the number can no longer be reached. Food tasted like it had been sitting around. Take your chances.

They never deliver my order on time. Today,they cancelled my order after the delivery hadn't shown up for an hour, and they texted me saying that they will switch my dasher...so that my order could be "delivered on time" after an HOUR maybe they could have done that 30 mins earlier?? On top of that, I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant I ordered from, the only reason I requested delivery was because I needed to get work done at my house and I didn't want to be interrupted and go to a restaurant (lazy, I know), but it makes no sense why it took over an hour to deliver something to an recipient address that is only 10 minutes away from the restaurant. I should've save myself the trouble and went to the restaurant myself...

I have had several bad experiences with Doordash. One experience was a few months ago when the driver stole my food. Another was a month ago when the driver got annoyed with me because I was busy at work and unable to answer the call. And was rude about the fact that I had ordered the food was got busy after the order was placed. The worst one was today when I ordered the food, had to wait 45 minutes for a Dasher to accept the order. Then another 15 minutes for it to be delivered. In total an entire hour went by from the time I placed my order until the time I was able to actually enjoy my food from a restaurant that was 5 minutes from my house. The only compensation I got was $15 credit to use on a site that can't even get orders right or in a decent time frame.

Doordash is so VERY unreliable! When it works it is great, but so much of the time I get the same canned response, (despite a 4.99 or 3.99 delivery fee plus service fees and tips) I get doordash had a dual order. I’ve picked up yours but am waiting for the other and oh by the way, I am dropping off theirs first. My food arrives soggy and cold and despite multiple complaints to service they do little or nothing. Doordash is the absolute WORST of the delivery services in my opinion!!!!

Food doesn’t arrive hot. The drivers don’t use anything to keep orders warm. The worst though is that no good restaurants in my area participate. It’s all fast food and chain restaurants.
