This is the 3rd time I've ordered food and nothing has been delivered. I only gave it 2 stars because they refunded my money..

This service is only as good as the delivery driver. I have used this service about 10 times to get take out delivered to the back door of my work. about 75% of the time I get someone who CANNOT follow really simple delivery instructions!!(and probably didn’t even read them to begin with) and it turns into a HUGE aggravating headache, arguing with someone on the phone that doesn’t have a any common sense!!! when I am trying to work at the same time 🔧 and can’t go to far from my works back door. I gave this app one last try about a week ago and I got by far the dumpiest driver EVER it took them a extra 50 minutes after the original 25-35 minute window the food was stone cold and they forgot my drink I am never using this service ever again! 👎

We ordered Taco Time. We ordered 10 hot sauce packets and we didn't get any at all. They sent an extra taco instead. I don't get it, if they knew that they made a mistake why didn't they just give us hot sauce instead of an extra taco. Won't use it again.

I have been dashing for a year now. Doordash needs to Acknowledge thier Dashers. Maybe by giving them a bonus after 1000 dashers. Incentives are a good thing for both the individual and organization. Now that we get 100% of the customers tips(which i thought we were getting from day one. I believe its illegal to keep tips, but maybe that is why they changed their policy) Doordash reduced thier payment to us. I propose that Dashers should get $1.25 per mile from Doordash plus 100% tips. I bet a weeks salvary that your business will increase tremendously.

only received a portion of my order - necessary items to complete the items - driver was willing to go back - but then called to say he couldn't pick it up without the code and DoorDash would not provide it. I contacted DoorDash and the ONLY option was a refund. Can you imagine getting something like Gravy but no mashed potatoes, or spaghetti with no marinara sauce. a refund was not acceptable - if they had totally left out a full item it may not have been such an issue. I ended up with all meat and none of my vegetables. Iwill NEVER use them again. I have had much better success and service with DoorDash

I waited an hour and 30min for my second order from red robins that they had to remake twice! They had the wrong address so I texted the dasher tried to give them the right one. About time the poor man made it, my salad was basically warm and my royal burger was cold asf but I'd give them another chance though.

The first couple of times I ordered the dashers were great. Then we got a Dasher that stole our order. Also, doordash inflates the actual prices of items and only shows the menu items it wants to so it can over charge us. I'm still waiting for doordash to refund $110 to my CC for the charge to Hooters that the Dasher stole.

I have tried multiple delivery companies and I have found Doordash to be the most unorganized. The company has major issues with paying their drivers therefore Doordash has the least drivers. You could wait an hour or more for your food because there may only be 1 or 2 dashers in your city. I always check to see if my favorite dasher is working in my city b4 I actually place an order. Miss Renee doesn't fool around when it comes to her job. She lives in Georgetown and travels back and forth between Georgetown and Round Rock. Make sure you double check your order before paying for it. Best to let dasher know if u need any condiments, utensils or sauces. Make any special notes to driver about gate codes, sleeping children or animals. My home is very hard to see at night so I add notes to driver. Uber Eats and Grubhub seem to have plenty of drivers due to amount paid per delivery I was told. Doordash does not pay very well compared to others. Watch your tips. Doordash was taking employee tips as far back as September but I haven't read the court ruling. Good Eats!!!

I have ordered with door dash a couple of times now. Every single time that I order with them, my food arrives cold OR it takes them 1-1.5 hours to deliver my food from the time I placed my order. This is the LAST time I am ordering with them.

I have gave them so many chances every time my order is missing an item or they are hours late. It’s hard for me to get food because I do in home health care and I can’t leave my client to take a break. I’m at work for 10.5 every day. And I sometimes forget to bring food or coffee. I have no problem with the service itself. I usually receive my order in the time frame that it shows on the site (around 40 min usually, but that's not a big deal since that's around the time it takes every other delivery near me), and haven't had a problem with a dasher or anything, but my complain comes from the customer service. The customer service as TERRIBLE. My account got deactivated for literally no reason (I can't order or even login), I send in 2 support tickets over the course of 2 weeks, since I was promised 72 hour response time but have yet to receive a response for either one, so I call the phone number. The lady on the phone was great and looked into my account and told me that there wasn't a reason why my account was deactivated and that it would be activated with 72 hours. That was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing has happened. Absolute joke of a customer service and now I can't doordash because their customer support leaves me in the dark and apparently won't activate my account.

I work in one of the restaurants that your company has partnered with in Fond du lac, WI. Every time Julia S. picks up an order she is short and rude, I've watched her tip whole pizzas on their sides and she is impatient when she has to wait. I find this disappointing as I have to wonder how she treats our/your customers.

DoorDash wasn't willing to deliver to a different delivery address despite the delivery address having a typo in it that was corrected via a phone call to the driver. I had to pay for a meal that was never delivered. The driver got a free meal to eat.

I've only used DoorDash twice and will not be using it again. My first order was wrong. I asked for a plain bagel from starbucks and received an everything bagel. My second order was over 15 min late. I had order 3 coffees and it looked like one had been spilled because coffee was all of the cup and and the cup tray. Neither drivers were very friendly. Wish I wouldn't have tipped on my card because I wouldn't have done so in person. Not using it again.

Unfortunately, with Doordash, you'll never really get the same experience reliably. When I initially signed up, food was on time, warm and accurate. After 3 months of fairly decent service... the next 3 months were absolutely terrible. Late deliveries. Cold food. No response to texts to driver asking "where are you at?". Customer Service is nonexistent. The only "refund" or service I ever received was through the automated system that refunded ALMOST my entire money spent on an order that never arrived. Minus tax. I guess despite every other place on earth refunding your entire $$$ for something that never was fulfilled is YOUR problem. Bottom line. It's risk every time you order with Doordash. Maybe it'll be OK. Maybe it will be terrible. Roll the dice when using Doordash.

Not a pleasant experience. I try to order on door dash and when I got to the checkout its giving me error message that my location is out of delivery. I chat with Yah Yah Ramen Manager and did what he can to resolve issue but Doordash said at first that if my location is 5 miles then they cannot really deliver but I checked my location is actually 4.4 miles then one partner called me from the Restaurant and door dash suggestion to let me be closer to the restaurant so I can get my order delivered. So what is the point of getting it delivered if I they want me to come closer to the restaurant which defeats the purpose of it. It doesn’t make sense at all.

The service is fine if the driver picks up one order, but there have been a lot of times where I order food and the driver picks up 3 other orders before even trying to deliver which makes the delivery time well past when it was initially said it would be. I won't be using any more

I've used Doordash twice. They've gotten basic things wrong both times. Both from Taco Bell. First time, I asked for no tomatoes on some nachos. When I got em, not only did it have tomatoes on it, but only one of the extras I ordered on it were on it too. Next time, I ordered nachos again and a pair of 5 layer burritos. Nachos were spot on, but neither of the burritos I ordered were anywhere close to what I ordered, instead getting some tiny beef and rice burritos instead. So I use the sites missing items thing, and I end up getting credited for the burritos I ordered... which was then basically useless because I had to put in another order that ended up just costing more money to order the things I never got because of their service fees, basically forcing me to pay 5 extra bucks to fix their screw up. I'm not using this service again. If I wanted to mess up my orders, I can do that myself. Dont need to pay more money just to have these people mess it up for me.
