I was a very loyal customer until I didn't receive my order twice within the same week. I could go into detail, but it's a long story. I chose to receive a refund. Their refund process takes a long time. If I never received my food I think I should receive an instant refund. DoorDash is nowhere near cheap. As a result of what occurred during the last incident with a Dasher coming back to my house, which is a complete violation on all levels. I will never be ordering DoorDash again.

It took almost an hour to receive my cold food. BTW I already had cold food in the refrigerator. No more. I won’t be ordering again.

Sometimes the service is quick and easy, other times missing items, long waits, and dashers who drive miles out of the way after picking up your food, not to mention the few times I’ve had children of parents driving orders around deliver my food, just weird if you ask me..

Will be deleting my door dash app! Been having issues on my past 5 or more orders.. in a row!! Either something is missing (the receipt is on the app.. they should check the order before they leave the restaurant!) or there’s no dasher available to pick up my order so it comes late and already cold. This last order (today), the dasher came to my apartment but on the other side and “completed” the delivery which I never got. Texted that dasher and said they weren’t my dasher when I got the automatic text from doordash giving me his contact. So basically he just stole my food! Come on door dash! Get it together!

I hate that they pick up multiple orders and your delivery time jumps and additional 15-30 minutes. They never arrive in the time frame. The timing just keeps changing. My food arrived cold and soggy. They do not refund money if there is a problem. They just give you a credit.

Twice now, the driver has bailed on finding our place, which is a condo half a block up the street from a Ralphs market, so it's not that difficult. The first time, the driver didn't even contact us, but supposedly left our delivery by the front door. If that was even true, there was nothing there when we went to check. The second time, the driver (a different one), circled us three times while yelling on the phone that she couldn't find our place and we needed to meet her in a back alley. DoorDash used to be great, but now they hire anyone with a car and don't bother to make sure they either know the city or know how to use a nav app. We're done with DoorDash.

Ordered once....... driver never brought food but said he did. Re ordered and then after waiting half hour they cancelled my order and tried to credit me. Never order here. Asked to speak to supervisor, and they wouldnt let me lol

80% of the time, I have issues with DoorDash. Either they deliver to the wrong address, deliver wrong items, deliver late, or don’t deliver at all. My loyalty belongs to Uber eats. Consistent, reliable, everything that doordash isn’t.

Doordash is the worst! Ordered a couple times. Never on time, both times, close to 15 minutes late than time promised for delivery. Also food quality very poor: super cold and soggy. Doordash never again!!

So I decided to order some pizza from a place that I didn't realize delivered. When I finished ordering online I actually received a text message from doordash saying that they were the ones doing the delivery. It was news to me but I thought maybe I overlooked something and decided to go with it. I don't think that the delivery driver ever delivered a pizza in his life. He carried/tilted the pizza sideways and it was all smashed on one side of the box. It was unrecognizable and practically inedible as most of the toppings and cheese were on the left side of the slices of pizza and everything on the right was just crust and some sauce. The parts we didn't eat were the slices on the right as most of the toppings were stuck to the other side of the box. And it should go without saying that the slices on the left had too much cheese because it was just all one gooey mess. I feel like I wasted the better half of 20 bucks on this pizza that we had no pleasure in eating.

Cancelled my account. This last order received wrong dinner entry item and food was lukewarm to cold. I had also gotten tired of seeing that the food was sitting an average of 15 to 20 minutes before pick up and delivery. Received one too many orders with wrong item, missing item or missing sides. One too many instances where, after having called the restaurant, I discovered that the DoorDash representative who called in the order had ordered the wrong item. Every instance I had called customer service I was connected to someone whom I could barely understand. Service should be renamed to DoorDawdle or DoorDissatisfaction. I hope I get better service with GrubHub.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A SLOGAN “WE CANT GUARANTEE FINDING YOUR DOOR OR DASHING, BUT WE WILL CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT TO BE INCONSISTENT,AS ALWAYS” Folks, it isn’t worth it, trust me. About 50 percent of the time the order is wrong, late, or delivered to someone else’s home, Here are a few examples of actual quotes from Doordash drivers “Well, I’m here, what do you want me to do with your food?”.Mind you, I have in my instructions to leave on my doorstep. Last night I ordered food from a place less than a mile from house. Although the street number on my building is in big numbers with a light shining on it. She left the restaurant and ONE HOUR later I had no food. She called, and I very calmly explained directions. She might have been on drugs because she never could find it. Doordash is a good idea but is terribly implemented, at least in the Dallas area

I've ordered many times from door dash, and every time they're always 30mins past their delivery time because they throw in another stop without telling you. I'm pretty sick of this because when you're the second stop it's always a long wait and your food is no longer hot.

I ordered 2 milkshakes from 5 guys along with 2 burgers and fries. All was fine except for the milkshakes. The Door Dash driver came and said that 5 guys had a problem with their milkshake machine. So what I got was 2 pretty expensive chocolate milks. They were not frozen at all. I'm curious why I wasn't called to see if I wanted to cancel the milkshake portion of my order.

I ordered a dinner from Shakey’s for my son’s family, because I don’t live in the area. The DoorDash driver didn’t pick up all the items. He/she delivered an incomplete dinner. When I called Shakeys they said they had talked to DoorDash and DoorDash wouldn’t send the driver back. Shakeys wouldn’t deliver it also. Shakeys said my son would need to come pick it up! Seriously!!! They would not credit me a refund for the undelivered item. DoorDash you let me down. I’ll think twice before I use you again.

Ordered some bomb tacos from Torchy's only to have DoorDash deliver gross burritos from some other restaurant. They gave us a refund but refused to contact the driver to find out what had happened and see if we could still get our correct order. I've had other orders from DoorDash with no issues but it was very disappointing that they couldn't resolve this issue more satisfactorily.

They have their drives take multiple orders out at once so my food always arrives cold. This is a horrible practice from a customers point of view. Convenience of having food delivered is always a plus, just wish it came right from the restaurant to my door.

Door Dash is always extremely slow. And, 4/4 orders were in some way incorrect and one of them we even received the totally wrong order. Do not recommend.

* Application has so many glitches. support representatives take longer to be reached. delivery time is way off than stated in the app. the driver was nice but the restaurant took long to prepare the food. i knew that because i could see driver arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes a go. the applicaiton kept saying "OOps sth went wrong" everytime i tried to change something.

Please, if you use the service & tip your Driver do it in cash. DoorDash takes tips from drivers often reducing the agreed $5.50 fee by $3.00 if a $3.00 tip was left. This leaves the driver with only $5.50 instead of $8.50 ( fee plus tip). Thats alot if running around, gas, in & out for them to deduct tips.
