Drivers need to be trained to deliver to the right address. Food was left on neighbors porch and driver ran.

Restaurants usually are on time. DoorDash has been extremely late 2-3 times - all on weekends - and I’m done. So much easier to just drive and pick it up yourself.

I haven't had an issue with the restaurants or dashers before, but I was sketched out when the DoorDash customer service representative told me tax was non refundable (on the item I was refunded for because it was sold out). I paid sales tax on two items originally, but one item got marked sold out (that's fine), but to tell me sales tax on that item is non refundable is incorrect information. It's unclear if that's a company policy or was up to that individual to say.

This is absolutely horrible. They're always 1/2 hour behind. Not the best if you like warm food. Why does the app tell me they're delivering at a certain time and the driver is stuck delivering in the order it asks for, only to be 1/2 hour later. Not the driver's fault. Terrible platform. Last time I use this for sure.

My order was incomplete and when I called DoorDash they said they would "look into the matter" and here it is two weeks later and not only did they not return my phone call but they also refused to refund me.

I've used Doordash many times since 2017. However, more and more my orders are missing items or are not delivered. I feel like the drivers are stealing.

I M A DOOR DASH DRIVER N THIS ORDER I Spend almost 2 hours due to customer input wrong address in the system n i arrived at the address they put but the address does not exist n system will mot let me mark delivery so i have to call yhe customer n they text me a different address about 4 extra miles of where i m at. finalllg arrived at the address that customer provide but there were unit with sign street but no on Google map or any another map app. call customer n was informed you go toward here when u enter from gate n i told them please come security cause i can not find the address that are not on map. finally hand the food to customer but system will not allow me to mark delivered since it was too far off. had to contact support btw second time contact support foe this order n were on wait list 30 minutes wait average till a live chat agent available. i only get pay $8 from door dash drove 10 miles total n spend almost 2 hour.

I'm a dasher. Been dashing only a few weeks, but enough to tell that this job sucks. Base pay is 3.00 no matter what delivery is like. Example 1: go on interstate for 5 miles. Get off interstate and go 4 miles. Go inside restaurant and order food. Wait 30 minutes for food. Go 6 miles to deliver food. End payment for dasher equals 3.00. Like, really? That doesn't even cover the gas it takes to get there! Not to mention the time waiting on this food! Then you drive even more! The customer didn't even tip because 3.00 is the base pay for deliveries. The most I have gotten for a delivery so far is 9.00. That's it! I also do instacart and I must say the pay is alot better for that one. Not the greatest but better. That's why I will accept an instacart batch over a doordash order everytime.

Ordered 3 times in the span of 12 hours. ALL orders stolen, the restaurants are making the food, but my orders "somehow" get lost in transit and says it's delivered. Customer service offered a refund and more credits, which was used on the 3rd order. Stolen and still said it was delivered. All I got to say is just expect shitty drivers during this pandemic

The only thing crappy I have unfortunately have came across is the refunds. Multiple times I have placed an order for dinner.. doordash will confirm my order and charge me. Then 20-45 min later I will get an EMAIL ONLY saying my order has been cancelled. The first time I had to go online because there’s no help option thru the app. The second time no one popped up to msg so I emailed.. haven’t heard back. I spend $30+ each time and I feel DoorDash SHOULD NOT CONFIRM AN ORDER THEN CHARGE THE CUSTOMER ONLY TO HAVE THE ORDER CANCELLED. Please work on updating the availability hours to order please.

Forgot an item...daughter had no dinner. The driver told me the restaurant loaded it and he wasn’t allowed to check it. Then I get not a refund to my card but a four dash credit? Don’t have to use your lane asses again? Oh, yeah, it excludes tip. I’m furious! You can’t get a live person to save your life. Done!!!

The menu on DoorDash is limited compared to the restaurant menu, they have always been late. Food arrives cold.

I have not had issues with delivery, however, it is a JOKE that some menu items they charge almost double for. Who is getting this money? They already charge for delivery and tips. Makes no sense that they feel ok to charge so much extra.

We have used DoorDash twice in the last week. The drivers have both been very courteous and efficient. The second driver was wearing gloves, which was nice to see. However, when we ordered dinner on Friday night, we thought the price was a little high. I checked tonight, and saw that DoorDash had increased the price of the food we ordered by 195%. Charged us almost DOUBLE what the restaurant charges. We will be ordering straight from the restaurants going forward. DoorDash is trying to sound like they are helping us out during this pandemic. Instead, they are trying to rip us off. 5 stars for the drivers. Negative 3 stars for the corporation and their policies.

One dish was left out. But my issue is that what they don't tell you is that, while they are waiving the measly $1.99 delivery charge, they add an 11% service fee, and then you tip!

I’ve been a customer at doordash for too long now and today is the first time I’ve had issues with my order. I ordered around 10:56AM and was expecting my order to arrived around 11:25AM, but it’s already 12:30PM and my order is still not being pick up. I called the restaurant to where I ordered and they said that my order had been ready for an hour or so already and that the dasher was not there yet to pick it up. They’ve been waiting for it as well, but nothing still. The update in the app says that the restaurant was still preparing the orders. Which took a crazy an hour already. I tried contacting the dasher and door dash but cant get a hold of anyone. Really disappointed and so hungry now too. 😑 My stove wont work this morning so had no choice but to order for now, guess I’ll just switch back to SkipTheDishes next time.. ☹️

So as a dasher I have a couple things to say with pros and cons. The pros were that you can choose your own hours so whenever you go do it it’s a choice it’s not like you don’t have a choice but to go, so you could do it like twice a week if you wanted. The cons are though that sometimes it takes you out somewhere far so you waste you time and gas sometimes the orders suck like are heavier they’re never too heavy that you can’t carry them but sometimes some are a bit heavier which is annoying. So honestly it’s more worth going and getting a sitting job then doing this tbh

The dasher did not check the bags when she picked it up. Our mozzarella sticks and marinara was missing. Doordash will not answer our complaint and Applebees states it is up to Doordash to refund. I guess no one is going to take responsibility. Plenty of other services and restaurants who would appreciate our money.

Not the best food app in comparison to UberEats and Deliveroo. Delivery times are exceedingly long, food typically cold and more often than not the wrong items show up? Not sure what's going on but I'd advise any new users to just avoid.
