The doordash driver admitted he delivered my food to the wrong person. He told me he got it back, but one problem, this person opened my food container. He asked me if I still wanted it, I stated no due to a health and safety risk and it was an OPENED FOOD CONTAINER. Who knows if this stranger who opened my food tamperd with my meal transferring germs. I requested a refund from Doordash thanks to a legitimate safety concern. I was denied the refund. Unbelievable. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!

The wrong food got ordered by their app. Food I cannot and will not eat. Food was delivered 48 minutes late compared to what it originally said. It would be delivered and then I couldn't eat it after all. It is now too late to place an order anywhere else. And of course, sterdash takes no responsibility for it. Because it looks like that's what I ordered. App deleted And I know it doesn't matter but they've lost someone who has placed orders with them 3 - 4 times a week for the past two years

Charged me for an order that was not delivered. Deactivated my account and won’t refund my credit or give my gift card back!

Ordered breakfast at 6:30 AM. Got a notification not too long after ordering saying my order was heading to me. Then it changed and said my order was being prepared with the name of a different driver. The second driver called me and told me the restaurant didn't have my order. Well, duh! The first driver picked it up. I called doordash. They offered me a $5 credit and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or wait for it to be delivered. I told them I would wait for the food because I was hungry. Then I checked the app on my phone. It said my order was canceled. I decided to order food from a different restaurant. It seemed like things were going well. I got a notification my order was delivered. I looked out my door and it wasn't there. The picture they took was a picture of the front of my house obviously taken from the street. No bag of food in the picture. I contacted Dr. They declined my request for a refund. I contacted the driver and let her know there wasn't any food at my door. She insisted she just dropped it off at my house. I pointed out the picture she took showed no food. She came back and got the food from one of my neighbors porches. I would've looked at my neighbors, but I can't walk so I couldn't go searching for it. I shouldn't have to. To make it worse it's snowing heavily here. My food was all really cold by the time I actually received it. Today was a terrible experience with dd. I am canceling my dash pass due to the unnecessary issues today. I originally ordered food at 630am and didn't receive any food until 3 hours later. By that time I didn't really want the food anymore. Both restaurants are only a couple minutes away from me. I usually use delivery services often due to not being able to walk or drive. DD sucked today!

I ordered some food today 2/24/2024 Beaumont California the door dasher name is Mercedes. Delivered the order in a different area then where I was. DoorDash won't give me a full refund the order wad 32.14 they want to refund me 8.14 she couldn't follow directions if you plastered it on the windshield totally disappointed

ordered food at 1:30 pm... NEVER received the food ...and the app showed the delivery complete! Called the restaurant, called Doordash, they were unsympathetic to my story (as if it happens all the time). They did credit the amount but it took over an hour, not a great experience at all!

I actually don't have doordash but a couple of family members have ordered for me through theirs, mainly due to my disabilities. The people who decide to work these jobs need to understand that they signed on for whatever pay rate they're offered, they're not guaranteed tips; which are a courtesy gesture. To make a delivery and right in front of the customer say I knew they weren't going to tip is just crazy. The entitlement mentality won't get you far I could've handed him a physical tip but wasn't given the opportunity because he put his foot in his mouth before I could

First of all, our food was never delivered to us. It was delivered to the wrong house. I tried contacting the dasher multiple times with no response. I sent a complaint to customer support, and they said that they would review it. After THREE MINUTES, I received an email saying there had been an "extensive" review of my complaint, and I would not be granted a refund. AGAIN, WE NEVER RECEIVE OUR FOOD AND THE DASHER WOULD NOT RESPOND TO ME!! I called customer service, and I was told that she would send in an appeal for me. She said I should hear something back within 24 hours. That was three days ago, and I haven't heard a word from anyone. Terrible customer service. That fact that we never received our food means that our money was stolen from us. I don't understand how Doordash stays in business.

Hello, I want to inform you that I placed an order on February 9, but one of the items I ordered was unavailable. Without notifying me, my order was substituted with an item I do not use. DoorDash is still charging me for this item, and despite contacting DoorDash support, nobody seems to understand the problem. They claim that a refund has already been issued, but I can see on my receipt and in my account that I am being charged extra.

I'm somebody who prioritizes his work takes pride in what he does and always excel because of that. Tried to do DoorDash and found out it was commercial garbage and you are just a machine they don't give a s*** about you! You could be a disciplined person and prioritize your schedule to go to all the hot spots but yet you still don't get priority by being disciplined it's really a joke. You wake up look around see where the money's at and follow the money not your passion in this job! You have to have a life that's going nowhere to want to work here for a career otherwise it's just to make money and f*** doordash corporate America!

Absolutely horrible! I placed a drink order with Starbiucks and waited an hour an a half. With no update. I texted and called the dasher and ultras to chat with an agent who told me I could cancel the order but I could not receive a refund bc the order was already processed with Starbucks. After chatting with a couple more agents I was told they would refund me but it would take 3 business days. This is ridiculous and unethical! I’ll never use this company again.

Door Dash is garbage.Platinum dasher means absolutely nothing they still have the nerve to send me $2 & $3 orders with no tips I’m done my time and car is more important then bottom of the barrel money!!!

Door Dash doesn’t priorities long-term customers, or any customers as far as I know, and you receive ice cold food. More amazingly, the restaurants that have chosen to use Door Dash do not take responsibility for unacceptable Door Dash service, and point the finger at Door Dash. A plague on both houses. Please, someone call Harvard Business Review, these case studies write themselves.

DOORDASH is the worst to order from every single time I order from them I get the wrong things and I spend too much money not to have the right order. Everytime you chat with a representative on the app they have the worse dang attitude ever. If you don't like you're job find something else. This app needs to be shut down.

Ordered for the first time. 26.00 dollars over the original total ( minus the 6.99 delivery fee). We received only 3 of our 4 items ordered. Not hard to tell if your order is short when ordering from a pizza shop. Usually 4 items come in 4 different containers. Door dass holds no responsibility for the driver not checking the order. What does my money go towards? Will definitely not use again.

I had several issues recently with DoorDash. Rude drivers, drivers who mishandle food, missing items. Why are we paying all these extra fees and forced to tip first when it should be AFTER. Why am i tipping 20-25% minimum when half the time there’s problems. Free money for not doing their job? Use a different service im canceling my membership.

Never order from here go to instacart they don’t hire these and drug addicts ordered DoorDash three times in the last week and never showed up in my doorstep. I suggest you do Instacart every time you do their that shows up or Walmart app DoorDash only hires drug dealers

My Dasher was Brittany and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct after Taco Bell told him they didn't have any sauce and I called and they said they had sauce so the guy that she had talked to apparently didn't know what he was doing but she got it all straightened out excellent customer service on Huron and now it's time for me to go give a review for taco hell
