I WILL NEVER EVER USE DOORDASH AGAIN!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STARS I WOULD. I OLACED AN ORDER WITH LITTLE CAESERS PIZZA ON FEB 1, 2024 NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD. DOORDASH DRIVER CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS PICKED UP. I CALLED LITTLE CAERSAR TO FIND OUT WHY AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS PICKED UP AND I CALLED DOORDASH. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE MY REFUND IN 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. I CALLED DOORDASH THIS MORNING AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT LITTLE CAESER IS TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!! THIS IS A COMPLETE JOKE.... NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MESS UP ON AND ORDER. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

We received the completely wrong order. Doordash did not reimburse for the full amount of the subtotal of the food - 98.00. I understand that the food was delivered, even though it was incorrect, and the driver should be paid. I just asked for a reimbursement for the amount of the food itself and they could not even do that. They reimbursed me 88.00 in Doordash bucks. Those will go unused and I do not plan to ever use this service again. Poor customer service Doordash, you should be ashamed.

Dasher lied about me because of the rating I gave him and got my account deactivated. After four years of being a DoorDash customer with no issues, I got one particularly crappy driver. This happened a few days ago. I placed an order for food, and it was after midnight. I live in an apartment complex. The Dasher refused to bring the food to my door stating they couldn’t find it (odd, because I order at least once a week, and every other Dasher has managed to find my door for four years). They told me I would have to walk out to the street to meet them to get my food. As a woman, I feel completely unsafe walking out to the street after midnight to meet a stranger for any reason. I sent my husband to retrieve the food and gave the Dasher a three star rating, because I had tipped them six dollars for this horrible service. The next day I awoke to an email stating that my account was deactivated for unsafe behavior. I was unsafe for the Dasher because he wouldn’t do his job and wanted to put me in an unsafe situation? Not only this, there was no chance for me to explain my side of the story or dispute anything. They just decided to take this dude’s word for it and delete a long time faithful and good customer over a lie. I have now switched to UberEats, and used them three times without any issue finding my door. Their system is far more efficient as well. Beware of DoorDash.

Have used door dash in the past for restaurant deliveries and small grocery orders with no problem. Today, I ordered groceries at 3 p.m. Delivery was scheduled for 5:45 p.m. approximately. Received messages that shopping had started and one item was even substituted ... then the shopper's name changed and I was advised that the shopper was 'on the way to the store' ... long story short, I cancelled the order at 8 p.m. Was advised by text that my funds had been returned, but have yet to confirm that. No explanation or apology for their failure to fulfill their contract to deliver by approx. 6 p.m. No explanation on how shopping was underway and then wasn't. Super poor business. Have zero trust in them now.

Ordered $60 worth of food for our family of 5 last weekend & they lost our order. I watched our door dasher’s name change at least 4 times. It took two hours for me to get in contact with someone from Door Dash to learn that our order had been stolen. I reached out via the online support & the representative was unprofessional & lethargic regarding the situation. We were credited a whole $10 ( thanks for nothing ). I called the next day to speak with a supervisor & was told I would hear back from someone within 24 hours. A full day passes & I don’t hear from anyone. I call & get the same schtick, wait 24 hours. At this point I’m livid. I spoke to five different people in two days & it wasn’t until I threatened to call my lawyer that I actually got through to a manager. He repeats to me several times that they gave me a $10 credit & that’s all they can do. So the company just steals money from their customers like that often? Why does it take 24 hours to speak to a manager? They tell me it’s not their fault that my food was stolen, apparently the restaurant is responsible for keeping tabs on who picks up the food. So the restaurant is at fault? He tells me no. He tells me over & over again that he will send an appeal into their “specialists” but I’ve already made an appeal & it was denied because they “didn’t have any contact information”. Which is queer because I order off that trash app multiple times in a week for the past year & never had this problem. Currently waiting to hear back from another “supervisor”. Stop supporting this company.

I used Door dash last night for the first time. I got a message my food was picked up. I never received it but was charged for it. Maybe the driver ate it. Want to be reimbursed. Otherwise will never go through you again. First time experience was bad!

they literally take one and a half hours to deliver the food and then it is cold. they have no warmer or cold pack to keep the food. then they tell me they cant speak to the driver because they dont speak English. what kind of company hires employees they cannot communicate with? I got rid of the dash pass because of this and now I will always use uber eats. half the time, the driver cancels the order becuase they just dont feel like delivering or they drop it wherever they want. company sucks

My order was cancelled by them, 2 months later still have not received a refund. I have 2 emails from them, but no response from my replies. I would not recommend any company that behaves this way to anyone.

Doordash is the complete worse when it comes to delivery services. When their service messes up, they dont care. Ie:logans roadhouse 400.00 delivery that was completely to the wrong address. Doordash Fort MyersFlorida

These people stay messing up your order but wanting to keep your money. Go to a different app your going to be let down and robbed of your money over and over with these people..I'm done. Uber eats here I come!

Even though I have a free DashPass through my Amazon Prime membership, DoorDash is still withdrawing the standard membership fee from my bank account every month. I tried to get help with their live chat but the agent told me to contact my bank?!

There is absolutely a reason why DoorDash is getting the negative reviews. Please have competent customer service team… the ones that exist truly aren’t doing their jobs and making up excuses for their lack thereof. I am waiting on a refund as well and am getting a run around…. Sad… they truly messed with someone who used them daily.

I've used Doordash several times over the last few weeks. In every case, the driver has bad directions from Doordash and can't find my address. They call and most of the drivers don't speak English so it's very hard to try to give them directions. My last delivery was today and I had to literally chase the driver down the street after trying for ten minutes to give him directions over the phone. He couldn't understand that I was a couple of doors down from where he was parked and standing right in the doorway trying to get his attention. Definitely will be trying a different delivery service.

I will never order from doordash again! I ordered it from Chipotle and I have special instructions to have the driver call me because I am in a wheelchair when he gets in the area so I can have time to get to the door because I have it as hand it to me. After 45 minutes being late I realize my food wasn't here so when I looked outside and no food. called customer service to get a refund and they denied it twice. First they said they sent it to the escalation team then they sent me an email denying it. When I called back they said they were going to send an appeal it then they sent me a second email which was worded exactly the same as the first email which I don't understand how if it was the appeal Department. So I received two automated messages and no reason of why I was not allowed to get my refund. So I called them again for the third time and they had a manager call me back just to tell me that I could not get my refund because it showed the driver text me mind you the person I spoke with before told me that she see that there was no picture, no food delivered also no contact with the customer now all of a sudden the manager says there was contact which was a damn lie!! So I told her what is the point of having special the driver is not going to follow the instructions. It clearly says call so why would they text which they did neither!! I even offered to give them my cell phone bill but they still did not do my refund. I think that's wrong because I get money from disability and I needed to order food for me and my daughter and now I'm out $50 and no food. They don't care about their customers they're only worried about getting their money. It's a shame that I spoke to two different representatives and our manager and my problem still did not get resolved. And it's also messed up just because they lied about the text message didn't believe anything that I said and like I said I am disabled they rob me for my money and I will never never ever order from this raggedy place again. I hope they go out of business so now I only order from the actual store itself and not doordash. Do not use this service! I would give zero Stars if I could

They failed completely to deliver my food on 2-5-24. Called for a refund and was told 10-12 business days. It's been 15 and no refund. Called them back and was told tough luck, call the restaurant. The restaurant. The restaurant did their part and gave it to door dash who didn't deliver it, so they told me tough luck too. Fast forward to tonight (2-26-24) where I got half my order and that was cold. Same story, 10-12 business days... I guess we shall see.

I’m starting to hate door dash the customer service sucks to where they don’t truly(if they don’t they need to find another profession)all the way to some of the of the drivers they don’t care if the person gets all there food, they just want that money they making (they must feel like how the customer feel.) Make us want to come back… but search for other deliveries places.
