“I have been a customer of Door Dash how over 8 years. I have always had a good experience until an order from Rite Aid. It’s not Rite Aid fault it’s the customer service representatives on Door Dash’s end. I could NOT believe the last call I had today with there representative. She so condescending and rude. I was promised back from earlier calls that management would call me and they never did. After getting of that last call I am still debating whether I should cancel my membership after all these years. I have spent so much money on Doordash. To be treated that way by one of there customer representatives is crazy. I have been in management for years. I would not tolerate any employee to treat clients like that. I am very disappointed with Doordash!”

“I usually get my food on time, but perhaps we could teach Dashers that they have a headlight switch so neighbors on their porches aren’t getting blinded during the delivery, very simple. Turn off headlights, leave parking lights on for safety. Ever been at Sonic across from someone who doesn’t get it?”

“Do you realize that out of over 20,000 reviews you have an average rating of 1.3? Doesn’t that bother you? You don’t treat your customers right and Customer Support is no help. They refused to help me, too, but looking here I realized that you don’t care. The latest is that I paid for Express Delivery and my order took an hour. No help from Customer Support. But, the horrible part is, you obviously don’t care.”

“Kept getting a monthly charge for $9.99 from door dash and they refused to explain so I called my bank and was told it's a "door dash pass" which I had never requested. Imagine the thousands of people who don't pay attention to their bank statements. It's theft, plain and simple.”

“I try to avoid DoorDash because I’ve had problems receiving my orders from them in the past, but I ordered from Panda Express and they use DoorDash apparently, and sure enough I didn’t get my order. I was standing outside waiting for the driver when they marked the order as delivered. The street was empty and there was no sign of them. I tried to call the driver but they didn’t answer. I got a refund from DoorDash, but no dinner and now I’m hungry and I’m back at square one. DoorDash is an absolutely terrible service.”

“The DoorDash driver pretended to call me and ring my doorbell. Then he walked off with my medication and stole it. DoorDash needs to pay close attention to whom they are hiring. They seem to hire just any scum off the streets.”

“Two nights. Two deliveries. First delivery was an HOUR late. The driver claimed his battery was low. Urm, don't accept deliveries then! Second delivery never came, though I received a text saying it had been delivered. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. It's a SCAM.”

“The customer service is beyond horrible!! I'm still speechless. The driver didn't want to wait for the order and left the restaurant. Apparently, that's the end of it. Doordash won't send a new driver. They also won't issue a refund!!! I don't even understand how this is possible. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told that there is no manager. WHAT?!?!?! They said they would cancel the order but they won't issue a refund. We're just sitting here trying to understand how insane all of this is. NEVER, NEVER use Doordash. Ever.”

“Horrible experience. My daughter ordered from Jack in The Box and Taco Bell was delivered. After we called to advise the order was wrong, provided receipts as well as photos they declined a refund and advised that they can only refund so many orders. The order was clearly wrong and we provided proof of that. So we can receive an incorrect order 10 times on your companies behalf but you will only honor refunding two of them because you have a limit. If your company messed up its your responsibility to right your wrong. Horrible business and we will no longer be using your service.”

“This is not a review of doordash but a review of the customers who travel to Las Vegas and stay in a hotel on The Strip. If you order food from doordash or any other delivery service and want it delivered to your hotel room, please remember that parking in NOT free at the hotels for ANYONE, including food delivery drivers. Most hotels charge $20 or more to park and then it's a very long walk from the garage. BE PREPARED to meet the driver in the valet or rideshare area and also REMEMBER to tip very big because the construction and traffic on the strip takes forever to get through and that knocks your driver out of getting any other orders until they finish with you! YOU are costing your driver a bunch of money to deliver to you on the strip. ALSO, STOP ORDERING FROM RESTAURANTS HALFWAY ACROSS THE CITY TO DELIVER ON THE STRIP!!! There are tons of restaurants near and in your hotel! If you order from across the entire valley to have something delivered to one of the strip hotels, be prepared to have your order declined by nearly every single delivery driver out there because it's simply not worth the hassle!”

“Dear DoorDash if y’all are broke just say that. don’t go stealing from me. I can donate a dollar or something but I’ma need my whole $31.49 back expeditiously. You best believe I will be disputing this with my bank tomorrow. Every time I call someone from India answers the phone. Y’all trusting those people with our accounts who be calling me a me scam likely telling me I was approved for a loan I did not apply for?? Yeah I need all my money back”

“First time with #doordash and it was a rip off and scam. The first delivery is supposed to be free, then I had a coupon code also but didn't get to use either and got charged $10 for my first delivery I will never use this app again”
