“Terrible ..ordered food to my bussiness and in a busy downtown and they left my food on side of the sidewalk when in another 4 ft they could have knocked on door or brought it in ..usally can’t communicate due to driver usally busy on phone with India ..won’t use again ..most time VERY incompetent drivers with absolute zero common sense ..”

“For some reason now Macy’s is using DoorDash to deliver online orders. Four different purchases were made through Macy’s and they use DoorDash to deliver my items unfortunately all four of the items that were individually purchased never made it to my house but yet DoorDash turned it in that they were fully delivered then DoorDash went back to Macy’s and told them yes they’re fully delivered and Macy’s believes DoorDash over the customer so basically DoorDash has stolen all four of my packages because my wife is home every day all day so there’s no reason for anybody to steal we live out in the country we don’t get random drive-bys and you have to drive in off the main highway to get to the house so now we know that DoorDash is nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars stay away from them avoid them at all cost”

“I just witnessed a dasher try to help out a customer that wasn't his by contacting Door dash support because an illegal immigrant picked up a lady's order and stole from Way back burgers in Englewood Co and the support person could care less. I will never order from door dash again knowing that my food, groceries or anything has a chance of being stolen because some migrant stole my purchases.”

“They banned my account because I reported the store to them Chilli’s I believe “just wings “ for giving me food poisoning took pictures and everything and they cancelled my account how is it my fault 🤦🏿‍♂️ you allowed for me to get food poisoning blame the people that cooked the food don’t banned my account because I ain’t make the food what a bunch of idiots”

“I ordered food, half an hour after the ETA I hadn't received any updates. Called customer service, who said driver was on site. I then called up the restaurant who denied that and said they had my food. I ended up picking up my own order and when I called back customer service to get a refund for the delivery they only ended up refunding the tip. Essentially I paid them for a delivery that I provided the service for myself.”

“I work in a store and Door Dash do the deliveries. Not one driver not one speaks English. I waste 50% of my time daily making sure the Door Dash drivers pick up the right orders because they can read English either. What a joke I have to do their damn job for them , maybe I should deliver it too. Ridiculous company. Communication is the key this is America at least have drivers that speak the language they live in. Stupidity at its worst!!!”

“I am so disappointed!!!! I ordered food last-night, Taco Bell. My husband and I are staying at a B&B for our wedding anniversary. First off, we never received our food!! There was never a picture of the delivery posted for me to even see if the delivery person just delivered to the wrong place. I also messaged the delivery person within minutes of being notified that it was delivered and they seen the messages but rather than replying, they just closed out the chat with my reply!!!!!! I am a faithful DoorDash customer but I will not remain one if this issue is not resolved!!!! The drivery person needs to be reprimanded someway for his actions!!!!!”

“Your customer service is pathetic, the fact that door dash accuses the customer for their mistake sickens me, I promise you this that I will be going over your heads in this matter, you people clearly care nothing about the customers concern, I will be reporting you to the better business bureau.”

“I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with DoorDash that compelled me to share my dissatisfaction. I placed a $42.00 order from Zaxby's, and upon delivery, I discovered that the Dasher had long reddish braids, and unfortunately, some of their hair was entangled in the handles of the food bag. This was not only gross but also highly unsanitary. Immediately, I contacted DoorDash to report the issue, providing them with clear photographic evidence of the unappetizing discovery. Their initial response was far from adequate, offering me a mere $16.00 refund. This was unacceptable, as the situation rendered the entire order inedible. The case was then escalated to a "specialist" for further review. Despite being informed that it would take up to an hour for a response, I surprisingly received an email within 10 minutes. The response left me utterly dismayed — DoorDash decided to deny my refund request. What baffled me even more was their reference to my "overall account history" as a factor in their decision-making process. What does my account history have to do with receiving contaminated food? Disheartened by this experience, I've decided to cancel my DoorDash membership, vowing never to use their service again. I feel compelled to share my ordeal on social media to warn others about the potential risks associated with DoorDash. This incident has severely undermined my trust in the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and food safety.”

“Door Dash sucks! We order Szechuan Chicken and Beef Lo Mein. When the order arrives it was sweet and sour meatballs and some chicken dish that was inedible. We then got another order delivered from Outback for Alice Sorings Chicken that looked like it had been sitting in the container for two weeks. If you are hungry and want the food you ordered……..DO NOT USE DOOR DASH. They won’t refund your money and will only give you a credit to order with them again.”

“Only received one of my two orders. From DoorDash. Slice Pizza Works and DoorDash blame each other. So a 12.00 charge. I only get credited 7.00 can only be used on DoorDash. I'm out 5.00 after adding a tip to the order. Just best to cut the middle person and go yourself 👎🏻”

“Did not receive my order when it said it was delivered. Tried contacting the delivery person but of course no response. When I called the company they said they could not redeliver or refund my money. This is the second time my order was stolen.”

“This is a bulshit service , even their drivers are not happy to work with them . they dont pay enough to their drivers also very rude and orders are not worth the money because no one use doordash in city, the only who use the doordash live outer are of the city which is too far from the reasturant in the city. If you dont accept orders they stop giving you the orders . This is tottaly waste of your time and money. Dont work with then better work with uber , skip the dishes , you will better value to your time and money.”

“Dashers need to pay attention to unit numbers on apartments and condos. Numerous times my orders have been left at 403 and I am 1403. Taking a picture of someone else’s unit. Ridiculous”
