My Dasher was Brittany and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct after Taco Bell told him they didn't have any sauce and I called and they said they had sauce so the guy that she had talked to apparently didn't know what he was doing but she got it all straightened out excellent customer service on Huron and now it's time for me to go give a review for taco hell

I have never seen customer service so horrible they tried to blame the restaurant because they don’t have a Dasher that can pick up the food within the reasonable time. Maybe they need to hire some more Dashers maybe pay them some more money I don’t know. And then the customer service is horrible. You asked to speak to a supervisor when you finally get one you can’t understand them because they don’t speak English and they are rude to you. I had two different agents and a cat when I wasn’t done talking. took 45 minutes to receive food that had been waiting for over 30 minutes for the Dasher to pick up so of course we received code on edible food. It was nasty and disgusting.

If I could give u negative stars I would. Door dasher picked up my food in quick time. The dasher decides to pick up more than order and drives around dropping other orders off with my food for 40 minutes. My food was cold and had to theoww most of it out . And the brilliant minds behind customer service supposed have decided that I do not qualify for a refund. Hate this company . They truly suck

Can you imagine your food being stolen by the DoorDash Representative who accepts your order. After seeing all these drivers complaints about not getting a tip for delivering, I made sure to add a tip and a good one. This is one of the reasons why tips are not left...What worst there are no consequences for these dishonest drivers. Called DoorDash and was told the only 2 options I have are to either order my food through DoorDash, pay their fee, and then go get my food myself; or wait 3 to 5 days for my money to refund back to me....How is this a solution that benefit me at this moment when I am working late and hence the reason for using DoorDash to get my 6 children dinner.

This is the worst company ever. My dasher account got stolen. I have called them for four months. I found the thief myself. I got my account back from the thief. Now they have locked my payment card and will not communicate with me by phone. I should have never drove for them after the treatment I received trying to get my account back.

I would never use door dash again they lost a loyal customer they just take your money and don’t refund you back and they don’t get in contact with u when it comes down to situation

I ordered food through IHOP and doordash was supposed to deliver it to me at my place of employment. I placed my order at 10:30 am on 02/22/2024 and an hour went by and no food. When I called doordash, they said my order had been delivered and it was left on the steps. Who does that? I tried calling the number of the driver and that person never answered. This was Ayanle. Why wouldn't you answer the phone or my text message? I called back to door dash and was told they were calling IHOP to put my order in again, and it would take 30 minutes to an hour to get my food. I waited for 1 hour 1/2 and still no food. I called doordash back and was told my refund was sent to IHOP. This is very bad business. I went to IHOP, which I wished I had done before and I was told by the manager that doordash did call them to re-order my food, but know one came to pick it up. I have diabetes, and felt myself getting sick trying to wait for my food to be delivered. I will never do business with doordash again, you guys hire people that don't give a damn. You just leave someone's food on the step, don't make sure it gets to the correct place. Your drives don't give a damn and it's making your business look bad.

The last several times I ordered from door dash, there was a last one thing wrong. One day, my dasher simply seemed to have taken my meal and I had to be refunded and order again. Another time, I was brought entirely the wrong food and when I submitted a report, I was refunded a small fraction of what I paid. In both cases, the money was less an issue than the fact that I ended up with either no food or food that I couldn't eat. Even though door dash offers some delivery options that say UberEats doesn't, I will not be patronizing door dash any more.

Dashers in my area get. $2 per delivery. Waiter wages from the 2000. They live on tips. No idea. Thought the cost of the service is high. I thought they paid their dashers better This is my state. Az.

It’s rare that I have a poor experience with restaurants. However, I’ve had many dashers pull into my yard instead of staying in the clearly marked driveway. I use this service daily at work and several times a week at home. They won’t do anything about it. We had a water leak due to them driving into our yard. All they wanted were pictures. Who takes their phone to get food on their porch? We do see them pulling out of our yard though. Sigh…we cancelled the service as all the resolution we wanted was a blanket statement stating that dashers shouldn’t pull into someone’s yard. That did not happen after multiple occurrences.

The "customer service" is complete trash. The dashers apparentlydo not have to have any skills at all, including knowing how to read. I had three times where the food was not delivered, and then I was done. This is a completely garbage company.

We have ordered food from numerous restaurants. Not 1 not 2, not 3, not even 4 times have we received our orders. These restaurants use door dash, and I’m tired of this. They charge back the restaurant’s for the fees and such for their mistakes and take No responsibility for their actions. I just went to the house where they claim to have dropped it, have pictures of that house, then went to the house with the address, totally different houses. Not only that the picture they gave was the food on the driveway, not a porch or anything. These people are the worst. Therefore I’m contacting the news and others to expose them. DO NOT USE THEM.

The website is horrible, you can't find what you need. If you have queation, thay have the answer, however in order to proceed with the solution YOU CAN'T BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS GRAYED so you can't start the process of the solution. You have to go around and around, and when finally you call the customer service doesn't know what's going on, and when you ask to be transfer to US customer service, they say that I have to call again.

Order not delivered. On phone and chat for over an hour. Went through four “agents” whom all promised they’d taken care of it. NOPE!!! Paid $96 for years subscription and have made 6-8 delivery orders and still charged the delivery fee!!! DOORDASH IS B*** S***!!!

Have had a couple of issues with door dash before but nothing like this. Customer service is horrible! Had multiple agents dismiss me through chat. Received someone else’s order. Even on photo that delivery posted had someone else’s name on it. No sympathy from live chat agents nor supervisor. Very sad how these big companies hire such unprofessional people. Also didn’t even wanna credit me for my order I never received . Don’t order from door dash, Uber may be a little more pricy but they definitely have better customer service and professionalism, Definitely will NOT b using app again for customer service, supiorvisor and team.

Discriminated against because of my religion. I asked for the number to the store as it wasn’t on google (new wawa location) and they provided me with the incorrect number. I explained that we are muslim and don’t eat pork, and need to contact the store so they don’t make pork sausages sandwiches. Whoever CA is, doesn’t like muslims as you can see he disconnected the chat immediately without assisting me!

Dasher stole my food, contacted customer support to inform them with proof and they declined my refund. I ask them to provide me pics of my food being dropped off and they failed to do so. The driver lied and said he called but screenshots to show he didn’t.. bad company with bad. Drivers.
