I ask people to use my doorbell, specifically I ask ring the doorbell, they don’t have to wait for me to get to the door. I don’t keep my phone on me and they often come when I’m in another room. This garbage of relying on texts is exactly that garbage. Texting is so juvenile and impersonal great if your a 13 year old school girl but not so much for an adult.

Not sure why I keep trying to drive for this company and exceed their expectations of their OWN goals they set for the drivers when they keep sending you on offers that sabotage your progress. Oxymoron situation here.

Utterly incompetent. We have had several problems with theft of our food, and the incompetence of their team stole 160 dollars from us. DO NOT USE SAVE YOUR WALLETS

We want to make the public aware of some bad practices of Doordash! We would like to share our experience! We ordered a meal online from Doordash in Vancouver, Canada on April 5, 2024 & filled the online form with our name, street address, suite number, postal code & phone number. We also checked the box that says “Hand It To Me” & we filled the special instructions section saying "Please buzz our suite number on the intercom located at the entrance to our building & please bring our order to the 20th floor to our suite." We could track the delivery person’s position & saw when he arrived at our building. We waited & waited for a phone call from the delivery guy but nothing happened. My wife then noticed that the tracking information said "Delivered". We looked outside our suite door & nothing was there! We later found out that the delivery person left our order on the ground outside our building to gather all the bugs & germs out there! It was almost impossible to speak with customer service, but we finally spoke with a representative named Mark. He said that there was no suite number or phone number on the form, but that's ridiculous as my wife witnessed me type in all that information! It doesn't make sense that our street address would appear on the form but everything else would go missing! These doordash support people are scamming liars! It seems Doordash has very unreliable communication & doesn't follow through with what they say! The support person named Mark said we would get an email confirmation about a refund within an hour! Nothing ever came! When I called back the next day, I was told our refund was denied! We tried & tried but it seems that Doordash never communicates honestly with their customers! Too bad we can't leave a zero star rating! Terrible Service! We will NEVER use Doordash again & we have told all our friends about this experience! They all said they will not use doordash ever again!

Absolutely awful. I live in an apartment and DoorDash provides a way to locate. Despite having Geo located several times orders consistently do not arrive. What makes it worse is they say that they do and then it’s an hour plus till any sort of resolution through the help channel.

Never received all items from Little Caesar order. I received a text message that my Dasher, Teffiney, has confirmed that the order was handed to you. First of all, she rung the doorbell and sat my order in a chair. I walked out to try and get her attention, she looked, turned her head and got in her vehicle me and drove off. I texted the number provided to inform her that I never received my 2 liter Pepsi that was also ordered. No response from the driver.

My customer service was horrible. Your driver Thomas who delivered from the party city in morrow Georgia. Delivered my items to the wrong address or street . This was for my baby 4th birthday. And when I brought it to his attention he wanted to argue with me. Telling I should have explain how to get there . The information provided was as clear as it could be a baby could have follow it . Then I contacted the store and they told me that door dash could do anything about and I’m supposed to lose my money . I will never order anything else from that store and door dash . That driver need to be fired rude ass. If I could give a zero I would . Now I have to contact my bank for the refund .

I placed an order from chipotle.it kept saying my payment did not go through, I check my bank statement and DoorDash took $96 from me….now I have to wait 3 days for my money and I still can’t buy anything to eat!

My first order was canceled after I waited for 40 minutes because "the dasher could not get to the restaurant" what the heck is that. Doordash gratefully gave me expedited service for free. My order took over an hour because dasher delivered other orders my understanding of expedited is that doesn't happen. I canceled service.

I always order from door dash but have been very dissatisfied with the delivery. I waited one hour to get food that was cold because they are at another restaurant waiting on other customers orders after the food was delivered the driver was mad at my mother because she complained. In the future this must change.

I found hair in my food earlier today, and I went through DoorDash to report the incident. I sent pictures to DoorDash and I had no result and they're refusing to give me my money back. I just ordered food since I am studying exams for college and I wanted to treat myself. Since I reached no conclusion, I contacted support about the issue and they're claiming I never sent pictures. I am retracting my DoorDash plus and never using DoorDash again.

The service is terrible. The don’t honour their own advertising and promotions and the customer service was difficult to contact. Customer service is terrible once you figure out how to reach them.

There is always something wrong with the every order I place. I ordered Crumble, and they gave me the wrong cookies. Not one was what I ordered. Than I had to wait 30 minutes for a new order. I DONT recommend. This has happened 6 times already, and I can't take it happening again. Come on. 😠

Thought I would give them another chance. Order from two different stores. 45 minutes later the driver pulls up to parking lot, begins eating food and then I get a cancellation notice!!! WTHeck! Then when I called doordash, they refused to refund my money and only said I could have a doordash credit!!! WHat, like give my money back for the order you cancelled!!
