“Door dash has to be the worst app to order food from. They piled my order with three others, had the person dashing running (speeding) trying to get dropped off. I called and complained because my order was 20 mon late. The person said they would disciplin the driver. Who sends these drivers delivering 3 orders over a 30 Mile route? This app is the worst. Grub hub is fast, my food is always hot. Never use door dash again”

“They are fraudulent they steal your food and they steal your money. I will never order from this fraudulent place ever again I’m in dispute with my bank right now to get my $20.55 back because their driver didn’t knock on my door and give me my food, they gave my food to a whole Nother unit on DoorDash app. It says deliver to me and my hand not leave at the door not give to someone else give to angel and her hand and that was not done nothing was left on my porch. Nothing was given to me. My unit has my apartment number and on the app. It has my full address with my apartment number. and they don’t wanna give me my money back I spoke with the representative that was very, very rude Told me that I was going to be issued a refund and hung up in my face. I informed him that I was also recording the call so I can send to my bank so I can have all of my evidence do not order from this place, they are fraudulent . 0 stars then I happen to go back and look at my orders, and they happen to change in order saying refund was issued when there was no refund that needed to be issued because that food was delivered to me, and my hand they lie representatives are liars and cannot be trusted be aware do not order From DoorDash, you’re better off going with Uber eats”

“This company sucks . I have never written a bad review or a review about any company because I am not a complainer and very empathetic . For me to come out and say a company sucks , says a lot . I ordered food the other night and paid for express delivery which should have came within 20 mins . My order was 50 min late , completely cold , and my order was not right . I tried speaking to a representative who denied my request for a refund . After complaining more they brought it to another department to overview . I received an email saying they still denied my request for a refund . After using this company for the last few years and spending so much money with them . I deleted my account . Do not give this company any of your money . Big POS”

“Ordered a bottle of wine like have so many times in the past. For some reason the driver had technical difficulties scanning my ID. He called CS on speaker and he was told to take the wine back to the store. Whatever, tech issues happen but I then contacted CS and requested a refund and they said it they will send it someone. I call again, I get a one sentence answer and they hang up on me. Next, I get an email denying my refund! So I have no wine and am out 23.00. Never again and will be disputing with my bank. I have included a phot of nothing as that is what I received!”

“It's frustrating you can't add your account for specific restaurants. You also can't add simple instructions like add mac sauce to a burger. Very convenient but so limited at its best. For a huge company you should be allowed to get your food as I'd u went to the restaurant and just pay for the delivery and this is not the case. The website is beyond more at cost and without your favorite details, it only allows the basics from the restaurant and needs to partner and expand.”

“these asspuppets charged me 11.29 service fee on top of the fees i already paid for my order, i called, and spoke to someone in India who didnt speak english, go figure, and they told me it was the resturant who charged this, well i know the owner of said resturant, who told me he has had nurmous complaints about doordash ripping people off by doing this, so i started a facebook page to boycott these asspuppets. And i had NO choice but to give these rip off artists a star as ZERO was not an option....do not use them..Uber or Skip..but do not use these asswipes.”

“If I could I would give customer service a huge 0 star rating I have had issues with the dashers not delivering my food and them leaving it at random locations I contacted doordash support they said they reviewed my case but they are not issuing me a credit let alone a refund to my account. I always order from doordash there is no reasoning why I shouldn't be compensated for my orders they need a better customer service support system because now I paid for food that never even arrived...”

“It deliver my food to dollar general instead of to my house . If I wanted to drive to get my food I would never need door dash. I lost 30.00. Never using it again.”

“Food totally cold so we had to put it in oven for another 20 min after the hour and 10 min for delivery. We ordered deep dish pizza and all the toppings were over to one side, regular other pizza we ordered jumbled and folded on itself.”

“I was a DoorDash customer for over 10 years, a dashpass users from the very first time it was offered as a service, most months spending between $1500 to $2000 per month, and having a VIP account for almost 8 years. Their customer service, dasher training, and overall support have become almost non-existent, very difficult to use, and very rarely helpful. You can no longer adjust the dasher's tip if they screw up, they have made refunds very difficult, and no longer off re-orders or replacement items. I even setup and maintained their Palo Alto HQ network as a consultant. I gave up 3 months ago... deleting my dashpass, my doordash account, and have vowed to never use this company. If they ever get back to a customer focused company I may try them again.”

“This company is absolutely terrible to deal with - they are scammers - BE AWARE!!. Their driver STOLE $400 of Pizza (we had a kids party) - their automated system sent me a message that the pizzas had been delivered. I then couldnt get hold of the driver. We went up to the restaurant and they were horrified. I cannot get a hold of anyone to lodge a complaint. DO NOT USE DOOR DASH!@!!”

“The delivery people are terrible. They lie and are rude, high, and the app is busted so you can't message them. It's awful. The customer service on chat is appalling. The phone support is slightly better. Doordash you have to train people or have rules. It's not fair to anybody. My Dasher lied and said there was a strange man in my stairwell and I had to meet them outside. That's a security issue and I was going to call 911 but I thought better of it because hey, this is Doordash after all. Turns out there was NO ONE there. I met the Dasher who was in their car and obviously had issues. I said I hope you are telling the truth. They didn't say I am or of course but the tell tale - why would I lie? I didn't say this but the reason is that: BECAUSE clearly you've been lying a lot and that's how you do things.”

“Let me tell you something, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT SUBSCRIBING TO DOOR DASH PASS, BE FOR SURE ABOUT YOUR DECISION BECAUSE IF YOU DO THE TRAIL, AND DECIDE ITS NOT FOR YOU, DOOR DASH WILL ABSOLUTELY ATTEMPT TO CONTINOUSLY COLLECT $4.99 FROM YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR DASH PASS SUBSCRIPTION. YOU ALSO MIGHT POSSIBLY BE TOLD THAT THE REASON THEY KEEP TRYING TO CHARGE YOU 4.99 IS BECAUSE IT TAKES THIRTY DAYS FOR THE REQUEST OF CANCELLATION TO GO THROUGH WHICH ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. OR YOU MAY BE TOLD AFTER YOU ARE CHARGED 4.99, THAT THIS IS JUST A ONE TIME COURTESY BECAUSE TECHNICALLY THEY SHOULD ONLY BE REFUNDING HALF OF THAT AFTER YOU'VE ALREADY DONE YOUR PART AND CALLED TO CANCEL THE TRIAL. MORAL OF THE STORY, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE TRAIL UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY LEANING TOWARDS BECOMING A SUBSCRIBER”

“They left my pizza on the dirty floor even after I complained to Doordash outside the apt twice UNDER THE LIE THAT I MADE CONTACT!!! Lie, bum, liar, I'm at home waiting and I'm at home! Pizza came wrong twice! THE WORST, They didn't give me a refund but a credit! ABSURD COMPANY! I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE IT. TRASH TRASH TRASH”

“I item was missing gangura Gongura Chicken even after cotacting DoorDash for help they declined to help or support with this issue Im so disappointed with doordash and decided to discontinue with doordash and use Uber eats instead. The worst thing is to put your trust in someone and he betrayed you”
