The worst customer service I have ever been through. Broken incoherent English. No one has good English and terrible service. Why are you based in America and don't speak understandable English. Disgusting

Ordered food from Chick-fil-a (which isn't that far from my house). The time of delievery kept getting pushed back and the map kept showing that the driver was driving around my block. The customer service called and put me on 3 way with the driver with no explaination. The driver immediately hung up. After another 15 minutes, customer service called again and asked to put me on a 3 way call "to give the driver instructions". When the driver go on the phone this time, he claimed that Chick-fil-a didn't have my order. To which the customer service representative asked if I would like to re-assign or cancel my order. This has never happened before and definitely left a bad taste. Will not be using doordash again. The driver's name was Akhad. Didn't catch the customer service representative's name.

Terrible I just canceled my account because they literally robbed me, I ordered a pizza for my kids & the dasher Raphael never delivered it but it was marked complete, I reached out to doordash we called the dasher on 3 way & they literally heard him for themselves say he dont know where the order is he never delivered any pizza yet he is the dasher assigned to my order. So after reviewing all of this they still declined my refund and I told them hey I don't even care about a refund just re-deliver my kids pizza, they couldn't do that & put in another refund request & declined that as well even after having the evidence that he did not deliver my food so yeah I'm out Uber eats here I come. I work hard for my money yall are wrong for out right stealing from ppl & I already have to pay $9.99 a month so screw doordash

Dont order delivery unless its the company your ordering from drivers. They go through your bag take stuff out ,and even take your order. Some pick up order and release the order and take your food and then door dash has to resend in order to place of buisness you order from. Then it has to be prepared again. And i have seen it be several hours later that you are finally getting your order. Boycot door dash and all other 3d party delivary companys.

Takes forever and food is always cold by the time I get it. Last 2 times I have had non English speaking drivers who couldn't understand our street addresses so I had to spend over an hour using Google translate to type back messages trying to explain where they were going wrong. Doordash offered me a $3 credit on my next order. I spent $58 on 2 hot deli sandwiches and they were stone cold by the time I got them. Keep the $3. There won't be a next order.

This complaint is on Doordash themselves. There is a store only less than a mile from where I was and does deal in door dash exceptance cause it dileverd before. Today doordash sent my order across the town, miles away and I waited for over 2 hours. Dashers canceled multiple times before one actually accepted. Someone needs to update there address on this. Luckily the dasher waited half an hour in the parking lot for me and all I was able to do was give this individual a good rating. I commend these drivers that go above and beyond and wish you can rate not only store and driver but the doordash buisness themselves.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DELIVERED FOOD TO A VERY SICK PERSON, AND DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL 5 DAYS LATER THAT SHE NEVER RECIEVED IT. PER DOOR DASH SINCE IT TOOK SO LONG TO TELL THEM I COULD NOT GET A REFUND. I EXPLAINED THE THE SICK PERSON COULDN'T TALK TILL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doordash is a great concept. Not sure if the fast food place or the driver puts the order together, but they literally forget an item, or two every damn time.

When requesting a driver to leave my private residence, she refused until order was confirmed. (Took 15 minutes) My dog was losing his mind and driving my family crazy. When a homeowner requests that you leave the premises, and you fail to do so it then becomes TRESPASSING! Called customer service and they stated that driver couldn't accept another order until my order status was completed. NOT MY PROBLEM. If drivers do not leave, when homeowner requests them to, it can then become a legal matter. Spoke with customer service, what a joke, had to make them state a simple yes or no to the fact they and their driver were in the wrong, which she finally admitted it could be a legal issue. That being said, if it happens again, I've got admittance and will not be so nice. Seriously, DD, do better!!!

Driver picked up our food and never delivered it!! Would not answer the phone then eventually turn the phone off! Drivers name was Shenandoah

DoorDash is awful when it comes to how they treat drivers, they expect you to wait forever for orders is you cancel you get nothing and it affects your score

I have been a customer of Door Dash how over 8 years. I have always had a good experience until an order from Rite Aid. It’s not Rite Aid fault it’s the customer service representatives on Door Dash’s end. I could NOT believe the last call I had today with there representative. She so condescending and rude. I was promised back from earlier calls that management would call me and they never did. After getting of that last call I am still debating whether I should cancel my membership after all these years. I have spent so much money on Doordash. To be treated that way by one of there customer representatives is crazy. I have been in management for years. I would not tolerate any employee to treat clients like that. I am very disappointed with Doordash!

I usually get my food on time, but perhaps we could teach Dashers that they have a headlight switch so neighbors on their porches aren’t getting blinded during the delivery, very simple. Turn off headlights, leave parking lights on for safety. Ever been at Sonic across from someone who doesn’t get it?

Do you realize that out of over 20,000 reviews you have an average rating of 1.3? Doesn’t that bother you? You don’t treat your customers right and Customer Support is no help. They refused to help me, too, but looking here I realized that you don’t care. The latest is that I paid for Express Delivery and my order took an hour. No help from Customer Support. But, the horrible part is, you obviously don’t care.

Kept getting a monthly charge for $9.99 from door dash and they refused to explain so I called my bank and was told it's a "door dash pass" which I had never requested. Imagine the thousands of people who don't pay attention to their bank statements. It's theft, plain and simple.

I try to avoid DoorDash because I’ve had problems receiving my orders from them in the past, but I ordered from Panda Express and they use DoorDash apparently, and sure enough I didn’t get my order. I was standing outside waiting for the driver when they marked the order as delivered. The street was empty and there was no sign of them. I tried to call the driver but they didn’t answer. I got a refund from DoorDash, but no dinner and now I’m hungry and I’m back at square one. DoorDash is an absolutely terrible service.
