“I have tried to call doordash for help and all they say is go to a spot and it will reset I told them I want to schedule but I can't because they have me going 4 hours away they told me to reset the app. They don't help”

“Worst service ever they are stealing customers money. They say you'll receive a refund but you NEVER DO GET A REFUND. I'm still waiting since February 2nd 2024 for a full refund because order was canceled and now today April 13, 2024 refund for missing items I ordered. DOOR DASH ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS and having problems with writing reviews I'm contacting the BBB”

“Door Dash is a Scam. I have numerous fraud charges from Door Dash and can’t get a single person from Door Dash to assist me. I have been trying to call for the 4 hours and keep hung up on. The definitely DO NOT have a customer service department. Who can help from Door Dadh; that’s the big question.”

“Ordered from site multiple times. Either never receive order, or order is all wrong. Either way there is not much recourse for door dash. Worst site I need the 8nyernet. Stay away. Beware...”

“I placed an order today. I receive door dash deliveries on a regular basis. The driver today said he delivered my food. He DID NOT. He tried calling me several times but I could not answer. All he had to do is to walk in the building and leave the food at the front desk. He did not do that (we have cameras). He drove off and said he delivered the food. That one incident has caused me to no longer use DoorDash. I called and they will not refund my money. Their loss.”

“Had two Starbucks orders this morning and afternoon. 1st one this morning was a venti with extra paid 40$ in total for it and got banana loafs and a bagel. It came - my coffee was a small instead of venti and half was full. Ordered coffee again about an hour ago because I needed the boost for the day. You betcha I got my venti after the dasher dropped it on the concrete sent door dash all the pictures of coffee all over my table and all over my floor on the ground out side where it was placed but because they refunded me my 11$ from this morning there is nothing they can do about my 24$ venti with tip and paying for delivery service. 😂 I’m done with them. I made that clear but y’all be careful. Here’s my video and pictures yea I know I’m mopping and cleaning. Yes I know I have the option to go pick it up but I don’t have a vehicle. I spend hundreds with y’all. And because of issues I proved I was correct on. Your people told me there are no higher ups and they were not refunding me even after all the pictures I sent. Do better I’m done and disputing the charges with my bank.”

“Had food delivered to our apartment building, even though we did receive our order, the delivery person stole one of our neighbors packages from inside the building on their way out. Never using Doordash again. Un installed app as soon as we found this out.”

“Disgusting service and Customer Assistance by DoorDash. Our order didn’t come we contacted Lovepreet who said he was going to fix it. Then Vladimir cut off our customer service chat. Goodbye to nearly $70 only $30ish credited to my flatmate. Beware. Not usually an issue to get our orders”

“Agreed to a 30 day trial. Tried to order 19.97 in McDonald's box food card got denied because they charged me(door dash) 96.00 membership fee that I didn't agree too. How did a 30 trial for 9.99 turn into 96.00?? Telling me they can't refund me within 15 mins of trying to do a 19.97 order from McDonald's as I'm now out of 100.00$”

“I ordered through the Wendy’s app, who uses DoorDash. Not only was my order wrong, but my food was cold. DoorDash only refunded about 60% of my order. So they still made money while I had the ring food and it was also inedible.”

“I aced an order with them last night then saw that the item I ordered was out of stock so I thought I'd automatically get a refund. I was wrong. So I contacted them about it and they said they would review my order. After waiting so long they said I will NOT be getting a refund. So as far as I can understand they just stole over $22. from me which I do NOT appreciate. In fact I don't believe it's even legal to charge for a service you don't get...”

“Absolutely NOT Recommended! I travelled to SFO with family and staying at airport hotel for three nights. Wanted to relish some Indian food and placed order at RASOI via Doodash. Clear instruction written to provide us with paper plates, napkin and utensils or else it would be impossible to eat Indian food. To my surprise, when I received food nothing besides food containers were provided. I had also called Doordash with the same instructions. Doordash fellow (could not speak English) stated that he brought what was provided by Rasoi and asked them for napkins, etc but the manager refused to provide. Called Rasoi and was told Doordash never asked and they did not get any instruction/note. We were not able to eat the food. Next day as we felt desperate to eat Indian food, I repeated the order and very clear instructions. I was shocked to see again no paper plates, napkins and utensils provided. Called again and same old story from both parties. Needless to say, food went to trach. My money (over $140) was wasted. NEVER order anything from RASOI and NEVER use Doordash for delivery!”

“DoorDash is by far the biggest scam. They upcharge so much and tax is 50% of the total food cost. The poor dasher who is working probably makes 2% while the lazy greedy people who own the company and do nothing earn a majority. I accidentally placed and order for my work address and cancelled it within 30 seconds. They still kept over half of what I paid because they said they had already started preparing my food. again, a scam and I hope they go bankrupt.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service sucks they don’t want to help with anything. Ordered some food the dasher dropped it off at the wrong house when we call them to tell them they spoke no English at all. Needless to say never received any of my food.”

“I will NEVER agree to use door dash ever again. They are completely unresponsive and you cannot cancel an order once it’s been placed. I placed an order at a restaurant location in Ahwatukee and they moved the PICK UP ORDER to a Mesa location without telling me before I paid. Never again! And I suggest that NO restaurant EVER use a third party online site for pick up orders!”

“I ordered tacos from Torchy's Tacos. I ordered two unsweet teas with the order. I received two sweet teas. I was charged $7.40 for two unsweet teas. When I let Door Dash know that I received the wrong items, they would only give me $2.29 back on the tea. They would not deliver the correct item nor would they give me a refund. They would only give me a Door Dash credit for $5.11 LESS than I paid!!! They just stole $5.11 from me. It was robbery to start with the price of the tea but it's even worse when they won't bring what you order and won't make it right!!!”

“In Key West Fl for work, ordered food, dasher took picture of my food by a door that was not at my hotel. Never received my order. Door dash wanted to offer me half of what I paid. Just a hassle with no help and no food. Rude customer service from both dasher and customer service. Finally compensated me but felt like being totally scammed. Not sure if Key West issue or? But decided not to use Door Dash any longer.”
